Kate went above and beyond to get me in at short notice on the Saturday morning between Christmas and New Year for what turned out to be an abscess under a molar. I'm shit scared of dentists but this turned out to be one of the most painless experiences yet. The dentist and assistant were both very professional and caring talking and informing me as to what was going on the whole time. Already booked in to get some other repair work done. Thanks so much for the instant relief of pain going right up the side of my head.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled and my god my dentist did a sensational job. Local anaesthetic was all it took and I was back eating properly within 24 hours. Granted I only had one tooth pulled, but the residual pain was minimal and my life continued on as normal basically straight afterwards. I wish every dental appointment I had throughout my life was this pleasant! Can't recommend these guys highly enough! Thank you, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Awesome team there. I called last minute on the weekend for my child suffering from tooth pain. Their staff went out of their way to shuffle their schedule to accommodate us. We were seen to by a lovely dentist who is great with kids, all within an hour of calling. Would definitely return, and recommend them.

Negative experience: Had to pay a $75 consultation fee for no consultation or service provided. Explained what the issue was and what I needed over the phone, they booked the appointment and then on the day I was told they couldn’t do it but still charged. I was meant to hear back Friday regarding a refund but still no call. I have now received the service elsewhere. Pretty disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place

Negative experience: After getting one of my rear bottom teeth extracted, today is the next day, The Right side corner of my lips are red raw and have looked like they have Been shredded to pieces. Very painful. The extraction itself took over 2hrs with the dentist pushing really hard on my lips. I repeated Advised him of the pain but he continued. “That’s Not meant to happen” Says everyone that sees my mouth today. Because it was an urgent extraction it could not wait for my regular dentist Dr Ragu Which has resulted once again in a botched job. Dr Ragu is a fine dentist. But I have not had a successful visit with any other dentist. Here.

Fantastic experience: My mum went there and had this to say: she was super anxious about visiting the dentist left it way too long. So there was a a lot more work to be done, but they were awesome. Nowhere near as bad as what she thought it would be. Wish she went earlier because the cost would’ve been so much less. She feels relieved that everything is fixed. Staff were super friendly and listened to me which totally calmed her anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Just want to praise the team at Ooralea Dental Care. My daughter is 5 yrs old and she gets scared when it comes to new things especially medical things and her anxiety increases. Dr Thamarai and her assistant Bell were lovely to me as the parent and understanding and were sensitive to her needs. I liked that they allowed me to lay with her laying on me until she was comfortable to lay by herself in the chair and I was able to sit on the end of the chair and hold her hand while she was put on happy gas and her fillings were done. I liked how they communicated with her throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend them for people wanting a good children's Dentist. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Praveena Sivanujan and the team at Ooralea Dental. Dr. Praveena Sivanujan listened to my concerns and gave me a various options for treatment. I have never been to a dentist this gentle and efficient. I thought I was having a break from the procedure, and Dr Praveena Sivanujan had already finished. I am a person who only goes to the dentist when I am in pain. After the caring treatment I received today, I will now begin having regular checkups. I will never use anyone else.

I went in for a tooth repair and a treatment plan, this tooth repair is the best one I've ever had!! It's like you can't tell it was ever broken, even the mouth feel straight away was good. Fantastic experience: I had all of my wisdom teeth removed at Ooralea Dental, 3 were removed from under my gums by Dr Raghu and one that was already exposed weeks before by Dr Farmina. I had a really bad experience with a procedure in a Brisbane Clinic that left me with anxiety around being so vulnerable in the chair, but Dr Raghu kept my informed and allowed me to take in the information and steps at my own pace, whilst he was so speedy and painfree. I am now no longer anxious about my appointments as I have had nothing but amazing care and can't believe how easy it was to have my wisdom teeth removed. I am so grateful I came across this practice and won't stop recommending this place to anyone and everyone who will listen. I really appreciate the care and professionalism, whilst the team are personal and friendly. Thank you a million!

Fantastic experience: Had such a lovely dentist that actually listened to my wishes. Had a kind of difficult extraction that wasn't pleasant (anxiety wise) but the dentist was so good. And ultimately as gentle as she could be under the circumstance. Great outcome. Cracked toothed gone and now just recovering. And a big thank you to the staff for getting me in a bit earlier than expected.

Fantastic experience: The treatment I received today was outstanding,from start to finish,I had to have emergency treatment for a broken tooth,which had to be extracted, I had no appointment prior to my arrival at the practice,but was seen within twenty minutes and the extraction, one hour later,all the staff were very professional,efficient and so caring. The clinic lounge is clean, spacious and cozy. Nice and accommodating staff. Easy to book appointments. The receipt is also detailed and itemised so you know what was done and what you were charged for. Highly recommended.
