Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend the team at Dental Precinct enough, all staff are welcoming, very considerate and friendly. After many years of not going to the dentist due to previous trauma, i had no option due to a dental emergency. I phoned several dentists in Townsville, left messages with no outcome, Dental Precinct was the only Clinic to answer the phone and im very glad they did. They were able to find an appointment quickly. Dr Iris was very helpful and understanding, putting my anxiety at ease, giving me options to choose from and explaining all information. Currently only half way through my treatment but am very happy to find Dental Precinct. Exceptional customer service. Thank you to all the staff that assisted me, I really appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: As always wonderful service. My tooth extraction was booked for 2 hours due to its difficulty, it was all done in about an 1 hour. Dr Iris got the tooth out in one go and in one piece. They are going to use the tooth for their students. My husband and I always enjoy going to the Dental Precinct Townsville for all our dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Dr Vic. I took money from my super to have the implants done. I have always had a phobia of dentists since a young age, it was a huge job to have my remaining teeth extracted and put the implants in but was made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process. After viewing photos from when we started to now I nearly cried to see this result. I've suffered with exma and psoriasis. The long term use of steroids to control this was the final straw for my original teeth with most of them crumbling in the end. Anyone who is thinking about having this procedure done i can personally recommend you do it. My heath and confidence have improved immensely since starting this journey. Thanks to Dental Precinct for giving me my life back.

From the ladies on the desk, assistants and to the dentist himself we are truely so thrilled with the care and consideration taken on our first visit!! Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the service provided from Dr Stella and her assistant Haley today. I have not seen a dentist since 2008 (absolutely petrified) and today both of these ladies and the ladies behind the counter were amazing. I was told I will need my wisdom tooth removed as I had a huge infection underneath and my experience with her will forever be remembered. They reassured me that it will be okay and made me feel calm for the procedure. Thanks ladies I will be back soon

Fantastic experience: This is such a great practice, best dentist (Dr Iris) I’ve seen in a very long time! She was just as wonderful with my young daughter, we won’t be going anywhere else. All staff are amazing and I would say the other dentists would be just as great! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dental Precint, the staff are caring, the clinic is very clean and everything was on site they needed for my dental needs. Absolutely 1 of a kind Dentist. I was made to feel like family, I had dental implants which is a long journey which took about 12 months. Everytime I went in I was welcomed with a smile, on my birthday Dr Vic got a cake and made me feel like I belonged. My took my 4 year old sold in to see the dentist, everything was explain for him to understand and a bit of enjoyment was put in to the appointment aswell; at the end he didn’t want to leave and asks to go back.

Fantastic experience: I have had all my fillings, clean and check up and even an ortho consult at this practice since I moved back here a few months ago. Dr Stella has been an amazing dentist, very friendly and very, very efficient. You can see she clearly has a passion for what she does. Both Dr Stella and Dr Vik have pointed out some interesting facts about my teeth and jaw that have never been raised for me before, and make a lot of sense. The dental assistants have always been kind and engaging, and the office staff very friendly. I have enjoyed coming here. If you do have an appointment with Dr Stella, it is great to start a conversation about Asian Cuisine :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Vik is honestly one of a kind! From braces to fillings and even a child with autism and sensory processing, I take my hat off to him. All the staff and dentists here are second to none and I can’t fault the experiences my entire family has had, and continues. Dr Stella Oh and Amber was amazing and made me feel at home as I hate going to the dentist. The process was smooth and did an amazing job. Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, and great knowledge from the dentist Dr Iris and the assistants. They took photos which was helpful in seeing my teeth health. They also did a great job checking and cleaning my teeth and explaining my current oral health and what options I could take to continue to care for my teeth and gums moving forward. They do a great job here. Oh and I also received some free items for being a new customer, which I thought was a nice extra. It was worth the drive out this way. Fantastic experience: Had an ever-increasingly painful toothache. Able to be seen on the same day and extraction of the problem tooth. The staff are amazing, with good after care as well. New regular dentist. Dr Stella is amazing, and assistant Erin too.

Fantastic experience: Dr G has been a star. He has started me on Invisalign and has made the process a breeze. Very quick from initial consult to getting my first set of plates. I took my 6 and 4 year old to him. He was so great with the kids. Letting them help him. My daughter was anxious and he did so well calming her down. She wasn’t quite brave enough to get everything done on the first visit but later on she insisted we go back as she wanted the “cover” for her tooth. Big breakthrough I’d say!
