Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life-Changing Dental Experience I have an intense fear of dentists, rooted in past experiences, so finding myself in excruciating pain and needing three teeth extracted had me absolutely dreading what lay ahead. I didn’t live locally — I travelled all the way from Box Hill — and chose this emergency afterhours dental clinic purely out of desperation and hope. From the moment I walked in, the team put me at ease. Hayley at reception was warm and helpful, Theres assisted gently and efficiently, and Dr. Jafar — honestly — was exceptional. Despite my anxiety, Dr. Jafar was calm, reassuring, and incredibly professional. I had to have three injections to numb the area, and not only did he get the dosage perfect — I felt no pain — but his technique was flawless. Before I knew it, the teeth were out. He worked quickly, expertly, and with such empathy for my fear that by the end of the procedure, my breathing had slowed and my whole body had relaxed. That never happens at the dentist for me. The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the pricing was fair with flexible payment options (cash, EFTPOS, Afterpay, and plans). Finding a good dentist is like finding a good hairdresser — when you do, you’ll travel the distance. Dr. Jafar is worth the trip. I’m so relieved and grateful I found this team

Fantastic experience: Used to use my health funds own dental service centre for years however their services have turned into more of a production line, barely seeing the actual dentist during regular check-ups. My wife found this place and the staff are great, so now we both go here. Waiting area is more like a spa than the clinical waiting areas otherwise with comfy chairs and refreshments. It is located next door to an x-ray place so easy if that aspect of your treatment is required. Plenty of parking around the K-Mart side of the shopping centre. They are open very late weeknights and on Saturdays so easy to fit around work, school etc. Now for the treatment; our dentist is Ms Nafeena and she is fantastic. Very patient centric, ensuring that you are comfortable throughout the entire process. Explains what she is doing and if you need anything more than general scale and clean she provides clear description of what is needed. I had an existing filling chip and she took photos to show me the damaged area that needed repairing. Definitely better service here than where we used to go.

All the girls were happy and welcoming, which was awesome. Fantastic experience: This review is for Dr. Jafar and his dental assistant Isabell. I’d like to thank them for performing a very complex tooth extraction for me very delicately and patiently. They made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the process. Anaesthesia was applied to make sure I feel no pain during the extraction. The decayed part came off pretty easily but the roots required more drilling and gum incision followed by stitching. The process didn’t take very long and they sent me home with a post extraction care plan. The receptionist lady was also very nice and warm (I didn’t get her name but she was there between 11:15 -12:30 on Tuesday 22 April 2025). Overall a nice experience and I look forward to my follow up appointment. - Fita

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever been too. He cared about my aniexty with dentists. Due to having a tooth out with no anasetic on 3 pieces. He made sure I was numb and took very good care of me as the dental nurse did too. I felt relaxed and he took my tooth out with no pain and looked after me. I really appreciate this practice. They took me in when my tooth cracked and spilt in half everyone was so nice there. I definitely recommend going here they make you feel valued. Thank you for today you are all awesome.

Fantastic experience: Patient and professional. I was very nervous but felt supported throughout. I didn’t have to pay for X-rays , they just sent me next door which was bulkbilled to Medicare. Only $50 for a consult and the remainder was pretty on par with other dentists costs. Would definitely use them again. 31/3/25 - had dentures made for a number of missing teeth. Had tooth extracted and rest cleaned. Excellent work done. Very professional. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this practice. They do not stand by their word and constantly change their story. After Dr. Georgia made dentures for my mother that did not turn out as promised. She acknowledged the issue and confirmed that a refund would be issued. Assuring me I would receive the money back within 1–2 days. However, they never contacted me, and later refused the refund altogether. The management is atrocious!! despite multiple attempts, they never returned my calls. Instead of working toward a fair resolution, they resorted to false accusations and fabricated claims about me threatening their team. Though we paid $4000, a significant amount, especially for someone on a pension. Their handling of the situation was completely unprofessional. Do not trust anything they say! Always insist on getting everything in writing because they go back on their promises. If you’re considering them for dentures, think twice!! they will deliver a poor product and then shift the blame onto you. I do not recommend this place at all. The poorly made product is still with them, and we have been left with nothing but frustration. I’ve lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and am awaiting a response. I want to warn others in the Mount Druitt area to avoid this practice. It’s been a highly stressful and unhelpful experience, and I will pursue legal action (NCAT Tribunal) if I don’t receive a positive outcome from NSW Fair Trading. Regarding your response: As I mentioned in my review, your response is nothing more than a fabricated story that does not reflect the truth. You didn’t take long to response to my review but wouldn’t respond to my concerns! I waited for two weeks, repeatedly reaching out to several receptionists, requesting management to contact me. I was ignored, only to later be informed that “management does not respond via phone and only communicates via email.” Even for emails to be responded I had to ask the receptionists to send my word across so I could get a response. Additionally, I was not given the option of taking dentures. After Georgia’s attempts on fixing the denture, it still wasn’t fitting well and pinching the gums. Georgia herself told me that she would refund the amount. I didn’t even initially ask for refund! I attended all those appointments, took time out NOT for a refund. I wanted a well designed good denture! Which you guys failed to provide. It’s very much easy to sit behind a keyboard and type whatever suits you! STOP CHANGING THE ENTIRE NARRATIVE!! Rather than deflecting responsibility, you should focus on improving your customer service. The way you have handled this situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. Additionally, your false claim of having CCTV footage of my alleged “aggressive behaviour” is laughable. I’d very much like to see Georgia bring that footage in court as an evidence. I’ll see you at the tribunal. To people who are willing to take treatment in this place, I recommend you don’t! But if you still want to go ahead, always get things in WRITING! Don’t trust their words!!

Negative experience: If you’re considering them for dentures or any dental work, I would strongly urge you to think twice. Not only will you receive a subpar product, but you’ll also be blamed for the practice’s mistakes. We will be pursuing legal action if the issue is not resolved, and I’ve already lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, awaiting a response. What followed was even worse. Despite our numerous attempts to contact them, the management completely ignored our calls. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation fairly, they falsely accused my daughter of making threats against their team, a claim that has no basis in reality. There is absolutely no proof to support these accusations, and it was deeply upsetting to see such unprofessional behaviour. Please, avoid this practice, especially if you are in the Mount Druitt area. This has been a highly stressful and frustrating experience for us and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we’ve endured.

Negative experience: Will not recommend 1 i had a big chuck of tooth in my mouth that I took out 2 doesn't talk to you as doing the filling or putting any gadgets in my mouth to keep it open and it felt like my lip was cutting 3 my bottom lip went to the left side and it looked like I had a stroke come back to normal after 5 hours 4 took 5 hours or more for the numbness to go away and got told 1 to 3 hours

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first dentist check up today. She is 6yrs and 10months. I shopped around but what caught me is their amazing service. They managed to fit me in with a braces emergency (emergency IMO) and it was a quick and easy fix thank god, but everyone was so lovely! Negative experience: The receptionist and staff were very friendly, and the area was professional. However, I went there to get a checkup and cleaning done, and the dentist was in a hurry to leave as it was near closing time. She spent about 10 minutes on the whole cleaning process, which usually takes 30-40 minutes at other places. It was done hastily and improperly, yet they charged almost $200 on my CDBS. If you book here, do not do it near closing time.
