I needed a bit of acute help, I noticed, when researching, this dental practice had really good reviews so I called them, I was greeted with exceptional support and care from the admin team they moved things around to fit me in very short notice. From the moment I walked in, met the admin team , nurses and 2 dentist that helped me I felt I was in the hands of a team who cares. I’m a bloke who is very anxious about dental procedures, there was no need, this team is obviously well skilled in providing a professional and calming service. Fantastic experience: Let's start with reception, some of the nicest young ladies that I have encountered, always a smile and an attitude that makes you feel welcome and at ease, the area has a fresh aroma and tasteful light filled decor. Now the dental nurses and dentists, without question the best i have encountered competent in what they are doing informative and a level of care that would be impossible to improve upon, this practice is equipped with modern fittings and is spotlessly clean it is deserving of every accolade it receives and more again, after several visits i believe they offer exceptional medical care at a price that is fair five stars and five more.

I saw Dinesh who investigated thoroughly and came up with a dental plan.He talked me through the process step by step and answered all my questions. I am encouraged by Dinesh's on going learning and the advanced technology on hand. I had a temporary bridge put in almost immediately,restoring my confidence.The permanent followed soon after.I then had my remaining bottom teeth removed,for the all on four process to begin. Because I was fully informed, I had no fear and found the process with little pain.My appointments went like clockwork to the original plan. I can eat steak ,bite an apple and chew gum.My smile is better than it ever was. My husband had a tooth that gave him intermittent pain and none of our previous dentists could find it.He saw Ben ,who found it on the first visit.We are both impressed with the technology,but even more so with the care. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the reception staff who were consistently warm and friendly. The dental nurses were equally kind, and most importantly, extremely professional. Of course, I must mention Dr. Dinesh - his expertise was evident. Initially, I was filled with anxiety about receiving the right kind of teeth. I had no desire for overly white, Hollywood-style teeth or anything that appeared excessively artificial. Dr. Dinesh was incredibly understanding, he grasped exactly what I wanted and was completely in sync with me regarding my expectations. His execution was impeccable: he was gentle, meticulous, and clearly very knowledgeable. In his chair, I always felt entirely comfortable. Integrated Smiles is my go-to for all check-ups and cleanings. I also had Invisalign treatments there, and the process for this was made incredibly straightforward. Every visit, I'm greeted with a friendly smile and enjoyable conversation; special mention goes to Jo, who is simply delightful! From when you open the door you're greeted with welcoming smiles and hospitality, there wasn't a long wait at all to see the dentist and the waiting chairs were very comfortable. Today for my check up and x-rays I saw Dr Penny and the nurse on with her was Amber. The rooms were very tidy and Dr Penny and Amber both naturally made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr Penny and Amber were the perfect mix of causal and professional, making you feel at home and relaxed. They were non judgmental and I felt encouraged to talk and ask any questions that came to mind. All my questions were answered in detail and I was able to walk away feeling listened to with all the reassurance and information I needed. I had a great experience and would 100% recommend Integrated Smiles to anyone, especially if you are someone who gets nervous when it comes to the dentist!

I cannot stand needles and almost had left the office due to being petrified, Dr. Penny was very calming, explained everything in detail, and was very patient with me, I DID NOT FEEL THE NEEDLES DR. PENNY INJECTED!! I was so shocked that I originally needed only 1 needle, but with how gentle and efficient Dr. Penny was I had 3 in total with no pain! A quick shout out to Jo and Kealie! Jo, you were my first interaction with the company and were so welcoming, kind, and had gotten me excited to see the dentist! Kealie, you were friendly, honest, and made me feel very comfortable once in the chair, sharing a couples giggles with Dr. Penny. There was another girl at the reception desk but I cannot remember her name but she was very lovely too! I cannot thank Integrated Smiles Bendigo enough!

Negative experience: With consistent and ongoing administration issues over the last 6 months, I can no longer recommend them. Disappointing as they were my go dentist. The people that were running it have left. Hopefully, they turn things around.

The great dentist I am seeing at the practice is called Danesh - and he has comprehensively explained every detail of my upcoming procedures so I feel very informed regarding what work that is to be undertaken in the process of improving both my teeth and my smile. From the moment you enter the practice to leaving it, you only get the best professional service and advice from them. During my latest visit for a deep clean I was treated with so much patience and professionalism. My treatment was interrupted by several emergency calls from family. Mr Mastoor and his nurse allowed me to answer my phone and also made sure I was calm and acceptable for my treatment. I received valuable information on future treatment plans and was given flowers on my way out. This gesture of care for their patients is rare. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the joy they brought to my day as well as the wonderful professional service by all staff.

Dr Aghera was amazing he knew i hated the needles so he fixed my tooth without being numbed. Tooth looks amazing so thank you Dr Aghera. Fantastic experience: Integrated smiles Bendigo Dr Osman I arranged an appointment for my mother in the morning to attend integrated smiles Bendigo and also an appointment for my self in the afternoon. On our arrival I requested would there be a possibility to see a doctor earlier than the afternoon as I was in incredible pain. Very quickly they slotted me into an appointment with Dr Osman who did a thorough examination and quickly wrote a script for painkillers and antibiotics. Later that afternoon l arrived for my second appointment. I found Dr Osman to be an exceptional exemplary dentist. He’s caring and attentive comforting manner was a breath of fresh air. Dr Osman’s assistant was also amazing and lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful polite and very friendly. An amazing wonderful and positive experience. I wish more dentists were like Dr Osman. I have always been way too embarrassed to show my teeth since childhood, as they were overcrowded and sticking out at all angles. I would always cover my mouth when I laughed and never smile with teeth. However, my teeth are now perfect and I couldn't be happier. I was looked after my Dr Osman and mikayla who were friendly and really understanding of my needs. Fantastic experience: Friendly staff! Great dentist! Normally I dread the dentist but Intergrated Smiles just doesn’t make me as nervous as most places do. Comfy seats too!! And they have After-pay, so a definite weight off my shoulders! Definitely sticking around :)

Fantastic experience: I had my first consult the same day I called for a non-emergency appointment, staff were really lovely and welcoming. I saw Dr Ali who was respectful, understanding, very thorough and communicated everything with me at every step. Dr Ali gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my treatment. Appointments were easy to make and they have lots of flexibility around payment options with the admin staff explaining everything clearly. I felt really comfortable throughout my visit.
