Fantastic experience: I got my braces done here (finally off today). Everyone was super lovely and nice. Would recommend

Negative experience: As a loyal patient of Bella Vista My Dental team for the past 7 to 8 years, I have never left any negative feedback, despite the front desk losing or mixing up my family’s appointments multiple times. I have always appreciated the quality service provided by various oral hygiene practitioners. Yesterday, my son and I went in for our routine 6-month check-up. Upon entering, a trainee asked to take a couple of photos, and I kindly inquired about the purpose of these photos. She informed me that they were for the clinic, and I later realised they were for the orthodontist, as my son had previously done this during his consultation. After a couple of snapshots, I lost my patience because I had not requested this service, and the trainee was not executing it properly. The photos reviewed by Dr. Amasha Wahad were incomplete and missed details. Once the entire service was completed, I was perplexed when Dr. Amasha instructed the receptionist to book an appointment with Dr. Vy for both my son and me. When she returned to her room, I asked the front desk how this could be booked out with six months' notice. Upon returning home, I checked online for available time slots and called the front desk again. The lady I spoke with mumbled and asked if she could get back to me the following day after consulting with Dr. Amasha. I understand the clinic needs to attract new business, but I believe it is equally important for practitioners to treat their loyal patients with integrity, respect and professionalism. If Dr. Amasha is unavailable, we can always book with another dentist. However, the way Dr. Amasha handled the situation was genuinely upsetting and disappointing. You have lost our trust and respect.

Fantastic experience: Amazing people and place for braces. From the moment I went in for a quote for braces they done all the scans and quote free of charge, then from there it was easy going, staff were friendly and I was constantly kept updated on the condition of my teeth and anything happening. And on top of all that I ended up finishing my braces earlier than expected. Would definitely reccomend for anyone considering!

Fantastic experience: Dr Amritha was excellent with my son (15), who needed two teeth extracted ahead of having his braces fitted. She explained the procedure to him, made sure he understood how to manage the pain and extracted the teeth with the least possible fuss. He was actually laughing during the extraction. Follow up from my dental team as always was excellent too.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr Amritha. Highly recommend. She is calm, friendly, explains everything in detail. Warns you if you’re about to feel anything. Made sure I couldn’t feel anything for my filling. She was amazing with my daughter too who is hyper sensitive and normally struggles with dentist visits.

She’s super thorough, explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, and just has a really calm, reassuring vibe. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I always feel like I’m in good hands with her. Also, credit where it’s due—the front desk staff deal with a lot. You can tell their days aren’t always easy, but they still manage to stay friendly, organised, and keep things moving. Fantastic experience: Dr Ashley Ong is a fantastic dentist she genuinely cares about her patients and checks in on her patients after a dental procedure. Who does that right! Fantastic experience: Since I started my treatment at My Dental Team in Bella Vista, everyone at the practice was amazing! Especially Alyssa and Georgie. They always made my experience each time I came in for an adjustment super comfy. Fantastic experience: I am fairly new to the practice (Bella Vista) and after seeing the lovely Dr Vy I now have the pleasure of being looked after by Dr Cosmo. Don't get me wrong, visiting the dentist is not my favourite pastime and there is always a degree of anxiety even when I know my dentist well. Dr Cosmo Liu has been fantastic. Punctual, professional, kind and compassionate, thorough and conscientious and confident with his skills. He has impeccable bedside manners and I my anxiety eased away quickly. The My Dental Team team is fantastic, welcoming, accommodating and I can highly recommend this dental practice and Dr Cosmo Liu.

Fantastic experience: After avoiding the dentist for decades (think childhood fears!), my adult daughter's aligners inspired me. In my 50s, I needed a lot of work. My Dental Team Bella Vista was amazing! From extractions, to braces and bonding, they were gentle, empathetic, and listen to my concerns Plus, they offered affordable dental plans that made everything possible. My crooked teeth are perfect and I won't be embarrassed to smile ! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot commend Dr Ash and his orthodontic team enough. The standard of professionalism was extremely high at all times but giving an authentic friendly, safe and very informative treatment was of the highest standards. At each appointment myself and my son were welcomed with friendly smiles, they always called us by our names which made us both feel at ease. My son's treatment took two years and during that time required further surgical procedures, which he was referred to an excellent surgeon, which worked alongside Dr Ash. The end results after two years of treatment was an absolutely spectacular smile. Follow up treatment is now underway, my son left with retainers and a follow up appointment in a year's time. Negative experience: After attending at Bella Vista for some 10 years I was most disappointed that the appointment I made in December was cancelled because the dentist ( a new one to replace my usual dentitst who moved interstate) was unwell despite having received a text message the day before the appt confirming that the dentist was looking forward to seeing at the appointed time and date. They tried to use the excuse of me not answering my phone when they call and even claimed that they had sent me a SMS that they needed to cancel the appt and reschedule. When they could not find the claimed SMS on my phone amongst all the others confirmng the appt, they turned to attack by accusing me of pointing my finger at them. At this point I had had enough and cancelled my dealings with them and let them know that I would not be returning to them. I have two great dentists in the building in which I work so it will be most convenient for me to cut my connections with this lot who obviously lack the ability to communicate with their clients and are only too ready to turn the blame on to the client when they mess up.

Positive experience: Nice local dentist, friendly staff and doctors. Although from the 5+ years I've been coming here, I don't think they have ever been on time and I've had to wait around 30min from my scheduled appointment. My last experience was a whole 1hr late... What is the point of booking an appointment if they never adhere to it.

The receptionists were warm and welcoming, the dental assistant and dentist were kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. Negative experience: They are quick to ask for money however can’t provide a quote? The specialist here always give the wrong time frames. They manage to always somehow run out of spots for bookings? Try out dental placed avoid here.

Fantastic experience: I normally get nervous going to the dentist and this was my first time at my dental team. This the best experience i’ve ever had at a dentist. I had Dr Amasha and she made me feel safe to bring up any concerns without judgement, was really gentle with my teeth and made me feel so relaxed before she started cleaning/checking my teeth. Dr Amasha was so thorough, we took lots of x-rays to not miss anything and took the time to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Vidhi was amazing with my daughter. My daughter had to have 2 filings and was extremely anxious, Dr Vidhi took her time and explained all the tools she was going to use, and gave step by step explanations on what she was going to do. She gave her a rest at each stage and reassured her how well it was going. To be honest I didn't think my daughter would get through it, but Dr Vidhi was so calm and patient made the time fly and was finished in no time. Highly recommend.

You've got nothing to lose when the first consultation is FREE & the overall quote was more affordable than another ortho I had wasted hundreds of dollars on for the initial consult & was going to be charged much more, for some unnecessary additional treatment. At My Dental Team, Dr. Ashwin Nair (I just called him Ash) was friendly, answered all my questions & took the time to explain things in simple language. Similarly, the orthodontist assistants, Julie & Haley, both treated my 13y.o. daughter with respect, care, & gentleness, all while doing their job with a consistent joyful attitude. Other factors worth mentioning include the ease of parking at their Bella Vista clinic, keeping very close to the appointment time which meant we never had to wait very long, and the cleanliness of their clinics. As a busy parent, I need things to happen as scheduled as well as a one-stop shop if additional things had to be done (e.g. extractions), which they provided. I would highly recommend My Dental Team for their affordability, high level of care, ease of attending regular appointments, and no fuss experience overall. Thank you for the wonderful service you provided us.

Let's say my 4 year old wants to come back tomorrow and my 7 year old has learnt to brush teeth and genuinely. I myself visit Dr Adam here and he has taken great care of my teeth. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr. Ashley and Jo They did a great job with my cleaning today. Great team effort It was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Jo handled the suction part extremely well, which made super relaxed throughout the session.

Negative experience: While having my chipped tooth trimmed, my internal cheek was hurt. So many annoying reminders for the checkups and despite of advising multiple times did not take me off the mailing list only to get another annoying call today. Not sure if management has been checking their emails. Update: after the written request sent to take me off the mailing list and a phone call 3 months ago, received another call today on 21/06/24. When I called back to ask what this was about, was told it was by mistake.

Fantastic experience: Broke the side of my tooth off. Dr Amritha did a same day fix. Showed me exactly what was being done. Good communication and very professional. They had a crown computer designed and built from a blank on the spot by what looks like a dental lathe. Other than the health fund gap in the bill it was painless. Will recommend Dr Amritha and this practice. Many thanks for excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I had come to see My Dental Team after 20+ years of not seeing a dentist, I had put my children’s health before my own. I saw Dr Adam, and he was extremely patient, understanding, and extremely gentle. He explained everything to me in great detail and took great care checking on me throughout my appointment to ensure I was comfortable. My first appointment was gap free which made it all the better. I will be back again in 6 months.

The lovely Dr Vy Pham is the best dentist I have seen, from being very gentle and thorough with her care as well as having a lot of knowledge and experience. Fantastic experience: I have to give a big shout out for Dr Daniel at My Dental Team Bela Vista. I needed urgent dental treatment yesterday and he managed to fit me in early morning. Job done, he explained the procedure and kept me informed throughout. Today my tooth is much better, no more pain and I thank Dr Daniel and staff at My Dental Team.

Fantastic experience: Very patient with someone who hated dentist. Did a good job at my braces and now after only 2 years , I have perfect straight teeth! I always highly recommend anyone who needs a dentist going there . Have recommended many of my friend and family members . The cost is good as well and they offer payment plans for braces that are affordable and easy to maintain.
