Despite nearing closing time, they fit me in for an emergency appointment. Ultimately, I needed to have the tooth extracted, and the care I received was outstanding. Dr. Matthew Moussa was incredibly gentle and compassionate throughout the procedure, and the entire team was warm and professional. Fantastic experience: After reading reviews I made an appointment with Dr Nicole. I am so pleased I did. Dr Nicole is very personable, puts you at easy and is non-judgemental (I hadn't been to the dentist in years). I needed a filling (amongst other things) There was no pain and Dr Nicole talked everything through before and whilst working on me. I have a few things to get done and have already made an appointment and also an appointment for my next 6 monthly clean and check up. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost (which can be a put off for future work). I am very happy to recommend Dr Nicole and her assistant Chloe was lovely too as were the front desk girls. Thank you!

Dr Karenza had the forsight to offer numbing gel which i kindly took her up on as she understood it can be uncomfortable. Throughout the process she checked in to see if i was feeling ok and in general the experience was very pleasant. Certainly not the rush job get it over and done with that i'm used to. Fantastic experience: Trixie was amazing with my 5year old son who had come into the clinic for his very first time for a check up and clean. He was also experiencing some tooth pain when eating. Trixie took her time to build rapport with my son and even made him laugh and smile. She was so caring and kind and made the process so easy. The dental assistant was also amazing and caring and we can't thank you both enough for this positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Riverside dental spa is awesome. Had some work & extractions done & they are good at their job. My female dentist was super understanding of my fear of needles & just pain in general. Walked me through each step, showed me my X-rays, waited till I was ready. Was willing to stop when I needed to. She was so relaxed so it was calming for me. My extraction was over in 30 seconds or less. Explained all the aftercare, gave me pain killers, gauze & aftercare information and let me know to come straight back if anything was troubling me & they would fit me straight in. Lovely clean waiting room & suites. Movie playing on the room. Super friendly staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have terrible teeth now I’m in my 50s, having kids etc. they were kind & understanding, no judgement at all.

Fantastic experience: My whole journey to cater to my complicated dental case was made super smooth by the lovely people at riverside Dental spa. I received thorough consultations with doctor Nicole, Grace and Dr.Anthony. Had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted with one requiring a surgical procedure. Needless to say they are worth every dollar and the best part about the entire experience was the level of care and compassion that they all provide you. Dr Anthony is a magician and he treated my sensitive case without any complications. Overall i am very happy and content with the level of care I received. Thankyou Riverside dental team.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my child to Riverside Dental Spa for an appointment, and I’m so glad I did! We’ve had previous dental experiences elsewhere, and they were less than ideal for both of us. After seeing positive recommendations, I decided to give this place a try, and I couldn’t be happier. The hygienists were amazing with my child – they really knew how to engage with him and made him feel comfortable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, which made all the difference. There were TVs to distract him, but honestly, he didn’t need them – he was so at ease that he willingly opened his mouth and let them clean his teeth, a huge improvement from before! The staff was so friendly, and at the end, they let him pick a toy and even gave him a certificate. It was such a positive experience, and I’m so relieved to have found a dental practice that truly cares. Highly recommend Riverside Dental Spa!

I won't be going anywhere else *** Update 21/12/24 *** I usually see James who is phenomenal but today I called up with gum pain and fly out to Europe tonight! Nichola squeezed me in with Kimberley to get it checked out. Kimberley was amazing and very thorough and sorted by gum pain out. She made numerous different types of checks to ensure I wouldn't have any more problems on my trip. The whole team are honestly amazing and I highly recommend everyone to go here it doesn't matter if you're comfortable with dentists or you have a phobia the team will make sure you're comfortable and looked after.

Fantastic experience: Nicole did an excellent job of fixing my composite veneers which I had done elsewhere. Cannot recommend her highly enough with her care and detail in her work. I had 2 needles to numb my gums and I could not feel them at all going in. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Have found my new favourite dental team. Thanks for everything

Negative experience: They are a rip off. My daughter had bad tooth decay. They took xrsys and said there was nothing. Few months later... now she needs root canal ! Thanks alot. Never coming back here.

From the moment you walk in the reception staff are friendly, engaging and so kind. I saw Dr Nicole Floyd today and was so at ease with the way she informed me about what I need done and also during the procedure, letting me know what all the sounds were and what was coming up next. I appreciated how kind Dr Nicole was when I was explaining how nervous I get and how I put off appointments. I didn't feel judged at all and felt understood and listened to. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience at Riverside dental spa. My daughter has significant disabilities and had to transition from our paediatric dentist to an adult dentist as was turning 18. The dentist and hygienist were so kind, gentle and understanding with her. They explained each step in a calm and caring manner. They were patient and did not push or rush her. Will definitely be making RDS our family dentist of choice.

Fantastic experience: Recently changed dental practices and discovered Trixie at Riverside Dental. So impressed with how thorough she is and her very kind personality. I previously went elsewhere and they continued to ignore the calcium build up on one of my front teeth (I didn’t know what it was), and after todays visit to riverside it’s finally gone after a actual proper clean! I finally have confidence and feel less anxious about having my wisdom teeth out as they have helped guide me through the process and have qualified oral surgeons in house rather than having to be palmed off and referred elsewhere. Thank you Trixie for making my visit a positive one. I won’t dread coming back now each 6 months for a clean.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming from receptionists to dentists and dental assistants. I had to take my 4 year old twins along and they made me feel welcomed and loved that they were equipped with items to keep my twins entertained whilst we waited. Once we got in the dentist and dental assistant were very kind and friendly. Loved everything about the clinic. Service was 10 out of 10, will be going back for my dental work that is needed. Fantastic experience: Our whole family has been going to Riverside for a few years now. We have always had fantastic experiences. My son (6) was nervous about this visit as he had recently had a tooth removed and my daughter (3) not overly keen on the dentist experience. When we arrived the kids were able to do some colouring in and play on the ipads which immediately relaxed them. Trixie and her assistant were absolutely incredible with the kids. Trixie was bubbly and friendly. Made jokes with the kids and laughed alot. Trixie talked the kids through every step and showed them how each tool felt by showing them on their hand, explained what it would feel, tase and smell like. Both kids amazed me with their co-operation (they even go to watch netflix during the process). I could not recommend Trixie, her assistant, front desk team and all the staff we have come across. The kids were able to choose a prize at the end and cannot wait for their next visit in 6 months. I would highly recommend Riverside West Gosford.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't speak more highly about riverside dental spa, my experiences there have been met with nothing but the upmost professional and caring team and environment. Negative experience: I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however this has bothered me for a long time. I used to be a patient at this practice, until I realised that I was mislead into believing that I required fillings for 3 teeth!?. I switched dentists wanting a second opinion as I did NOT believe I had cavities as I always had good dental health, and following my X-ray I was then told I had ZERO cavities and was extremely disappointed that they’re just after your money :(

Fantastic experience: Dr.Monique was so wonderful with my 10 year old daughter who needed a tooth extraction. My daughter didn't even realise her tooth had been pulled out. Bonus was the tv on the ceiling and my daughter getting to choose what show she wanted to watch. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: As a person who the very thought of dental work puts my senses into flight/panic mode Monique was fabulous. Had a broken molar couldn't get in to my regular dentist for a week rang Riverside. Receptionists were professional and courteous had an apmt with the dentisr that afternoon. It was all fixed and sorted that afternoon. I thought it would be root canal and a crown as it had broken at the gum line. It was just a large filling and at very little cost. Tks so much.
