Fantastic experience: I had 4 wisdom teeth removed in the same session. The bottom teeth were touching the nerve and the top ones were partially poking into the sinus. Despite all these difficulties, Dr. Christian and Nurse Rachelle performed the extraction flawlessly. I didn’t feel a thing throughout it, and their positive energy was so comforting and uplifting. The nerves were not damaged at all, the extraction was done so perfectly and carefully. I highly recommend coming here for anything.

Negative experience: I initially gave a 4-star to Magical smiles but I’ll lower it down to 2-star. The myobrace given to me seems a size bigger than I was supposed to have. Looking back, I was asked by the dentist which I prefer, but obviously I wouldn’t have a good opinion since I know nothing about myobraces. Then she said that she thinks that large size is better fit for me, so I went for that size. However, I now find it hard to use, it doesn’t stay in place and it feels like it will slip out of my mouth anytime. After several readings, I found out that they should have done some measurements to identify the best size for me. Now I feel I’ve spent a lot for nothing. I’m still using the myobrace even if I struggle with it. Also the exercises i should be doing wasn’t explained to me or demonstrated. They just gave me a YT link and called it a day. I wanted to be kind and gve them a decent review but I’m not really happy.

Fantastic experience: I did laser cleaning here and I believe this has improved my dental health. This procedure though expensive but definitely helps in comparison to other very costly options. Magical smiles have this facility , they are second dental clinic having this in Melbourne. Dentists are helpful, supportive at each step, with regular follow up we can manage our dental issues. They will give you follow up care if we face issues after clean or laser cleaning. Videos running at clinic also explains a lot about identification and management.

Fantastic experience: Dr Christian and nurse Rachelle made me feel at ease as I get very nervous when it comes to dental work. Dr Christian recommended we try airflow cleaning which was a game changer for me. I have very sensitive teeth and normally in pain for the rest of day after a clean. I didn’t feel anything during the clean and had no sensitivity after it. All I can say is these guys are magicians when it comes to dental work. Thank you ☺️

Fantastic experience: I had such a great visit at magical Smiles in Caroline Springs. I was booked in with Dr Rachna and Jade. All my concerns were looked at and could not fault anything! I learned so much of Dr Rachna which other dentists haven't told me. I finally felt like I was cared for! Also I had bought my baby in and Dr Jade was so kind to her as she was crying a little, Jade blew up a balloon for my baby! Fantastic experience: Dr Rashna has wonderful mannerism when working with patients. I like the way she checked my teeth and gums thoroughly before providing me with options. I feel that my teeth and their appearance are far better than when I walked into Magical Smiles. I highly recommend this dental practice. Yesterday I visited Magical Smiles again. This time I saw Dr Christian and his assistant was Rochelle. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. I was impressed with the fact a 3D printer was used to produce my new crown. Negative experience: Nothing magical about this place- they performed a filling on my husband which they ended up doing poorly and caused him months of pain afterwards resulting in having to get it redone somewhere else. They also sold him a mouth guard for sleeping at an exorbitant amount which was available 1/5 of the price online.

Positive experience: They over charge there myobraces $500 each as there are 3 stages you can buy myobraces online for way cheaper just make sure you know your size before you buy one. They never told us there were 3 stages.

Negative experience: I initially chose Magic Smiles in late September last year because of the great reviews, seeking to have my braces removed. During my consultation, I was quoted $1,200, which included retainers and a metal bracket at the back of my teeth for added support. On the day of the procedure, after my braces were removed, I was informed that the metal bracket would cost an additional $500—something that was not disclosed earlier. I declined the bracket and proceeded without it. A mould of my teeth was taken that day, and I was told the retainers would be ready by that afternoon or the following morning at the latest. However, it took four days before I was notified that my retainers were ready. During this time, my teeth had no support and began to shift. By the time I received the retainers, my top teeth had slightly overlapped, and there was a small gap of about 1mm in my bottom teeth. Fast forward 3.5 months, and while gently handling my retainers, they snapped in my hands. I returned to the clinic to request a replacement, only to be told I would need to pay $350 for a new set, as they would need to remake them in the lab. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel taken advantage of at every step. Due to this, Magic Smiles has lost my trust and my business for any future cleans, check-ups, or treatments. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a transparent and reliable dental experience. **Update** Unfortunately, Magic Smiles has attempted to shift the blame onto me instead of taking accountability for several issues: 1.They attempted to charge me an additional $500 after my braces were removed to provide metal brackets which was originally included in the quote knowing full well I could no longer seek this service elsewhere. 2.They failed to deliver retainers within a reasonable timeframe, which was included in the original service, causing my teeth to shift due to the delay. 3.When the retainers broke after just three months of use, they tried to charge me an extra $350 for replacements. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I strongly caution others against using this company.

We explicitly advised that prematurely removing braces without confirmation of treatment completion could lead to instability, tooth movement, and bite issues. You assured us that your treatment was finished, even though no evidence was provided. During your visit, we educated you about retainers—a concept you were unfamiliar with—and explained their necessity for maintaining your teeth’s alignment, especially in cases where orthodontic stability is uncertain. You chose to proceed with retainers, which were custom-made for you. Due to the weekend and lab availability, we informed you of the three-day timeline for their preparation, and you agreed. When the retainers were fitted, they were in perfect condition, and you did not raise any concerns about their fit or your teeth’s alignment. For four months following your treatment, no issues were reported to us. When you returned recently with a broken retainer, you arrived without an appointment and expected an immediate replacement at no cost. While we always strive to accommodate urgent cases, our dentists were fully booked at the time. We offered to assist as soon as possible if you could wait for approximately an hour. It is important to note that retainers are custom-made medical devices. Replacing them involves lab costs and fabrication, which is why there is a fee for replacement. We understand your frustration, but it is neither reasonable nor fair to hold us responsible for damage that occurred months after you received your retainers in good condition. If your teeth moved significantly in just a few days or if the retainers broke quickly, this highlights the instability of your bite—an issue we warned you about at the outset. Retainers alone cannot stabilize teeth if the underlying orthodontic treatment is incomplete. We strongly recommend returning to your original provider in Turkey to address these foundational issues and stabilize your bite properly. Your review misrepresents the lengths we went to in order to assist you, despite the challenges and risks associated with treatment initiated overseas. It is precisely because of cases like this that many practices choose not to get involved in such situations. At Magical Smiles, we are committed to providing high-quality care and transparent communication. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, we are happy to assist you. However, as a reminder for others, braces done overseas without proper follow-up care can lead to unforeseen challenges.

My journey began sitting in my car before work with a broken front tooth that I had for a while, and overall pretty below average teeth from years of neglect and bad oral hygiene, so here I was sitting in my car thinking I needed to change things immediately, I was closing myself off to the world and was in a dark place with how my appearance was and how it affected myself mentally and how others who I came into contact with were judging me by my appearance, So I googled dentists, and came across magical smiles. And was immediately interested and confident they could help me. So I booked my first appointment with Dr Rachna and Jade. Let me tell you these 2 AMAZING ladies have completely brought new light to my life and completely changed me as a person in my own self confidence and how people react to me now, the entire process from the initial appointment, to cleaning, to veneers has been so soothing and amazing and I have not felt any pain or discomfort at all. The care they show for the person sitting in the chair is second to none and I am eternally grateful for their warmth and compassion throughout my dental journey. Even yesterday I had a review as my final part of the process is to receive bridges for missing teeth and again they show how much they care, I’m not ready for the bridges and have to keep maintaining a mouth guard to put my mouth in the right place to receive the bridges. It’s amazing they want to put me first and make everything perfect for me before going ahead and not just rushing the process to get it done and get me out the door. 5 starts just isn’t enough for this review I give a solid 7 stars out of 5 because Dr Rachna and Jade are stars! Fantastic experience: Having going to a new dentist, I was really sceptical about what sort of information or what is recommended to be done. Having been to a dentist in Cairnlea, forking out over $3500 over 2 years due to poor workmanship and fillings constantly falling out. See a dentist overseas already advised me that all the misinformation, work and advice provided was not true and pointed to going to a new dentist. With what I had learnt I researched what conditions I had and what treatment is available. With this I found Magic Smiles and called to make a booking. From first point of contact with reception, the service provided was respectful, open to listening and not forcing any appointment to their schedule. I freely negotiated a time to suit me. The day of the appointment, I arrived in the waiting room and was immediately taking for a tour of the facility and started the initial stage’s. After the photos were taken, I was made comfortable and brought a herbal tea. Dr Rachna arrived with her bubbly personality. We discussed what was my concerns and reconfirmed the same information as provided overseas. Her analogies used referencing cars and the mechanics as a reference, I couldn’t help but think that I have found someone who shares my interests and is a bloody good dentist. Knowing what I researched as what I needed, she confirmed what needed to be done. She broke down all my issues, showed me video and photos of people who share the same issues and how to correct it. I was sold. A 30 - 45 minutes consultation turned into a almost 2 hour appointment. She implemented and initiated the first step of the repair, set a reasonably priced and competitive quote and provided me with exercises to assist me further. Being absolutely outstandingly impressed by the service, went home and told my family and friends. We are all now organising to go there.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have asked for a better place. I was highly anxious before attending my first appointment for a smile makeover consultation and I remember seeing Dr Rachna on instagram and already felt comfortable just by watching her videos. Fantastic experience: Just been in today with my 2yo for a checkup and I was so anxious because he’s usually a wriggly worm and won’t sit still for two seconds let alone let someone else look into his mouth. They were SO patient with him (and with me because I asked hundreds of questions), entertained him with the TV, balloons and showed him the dental equipment so he wouldn’t be scared. Really pleased with their professionalism.

Fantastic experience: It is my first time to go to Magical Smiles. I had major situation with my tooth. My front tooth crown fell and my tooth was broken inside. For 3 days I couldn't sleep because of this situation. I went to see 2 other dentist and they are giving me very limited option which is to have dentures which is not my preference. Then I saw Magical Smiles in google and thought to try and see them. I had THE BEST care and help from start to finish. From Sean that arranged my appoinment for the same day. And the best dentist, Dr. Christian Eskander with his lovely assistant Rachelle. Dr. Christian gave me options and everything was explained carefully. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and he will explain to you all the possible options and also accommodate the patients need. He was very thorough with what he was doing, truly a perfectionist. You will feel confident and stress free after seeing them as everything is well taking care of. The team is very lovely and all are very friendly. The Clinic itself says it all. It is truly "Magical Smile ". Thank you

Negative experience: It’s so bad . I went for a consultation for myself but instead they wanted to take x-rays and instead of concentrated on me she went on other my daughter because I had my daughter with me. What a shocker dentist. She only worry about Money and she telling me that my daughter needs a mouthguard. She run around with the iPad and showing me pictures Please be aware

Fantastic experience: I had a visit to magic smiles for my dental treatment (root canal) and the job doctor did was the best. It was very tough to do it but the way dr christian and rachel did it made it go very smooth. The best thing was they work very well in a team and creates a very familiar environment for the patient. Very good nature and professional in their work. I did not even feel it when my treatment got done without any pain. I really thanks dr christian and rachel for helping me to get out of the pain .
