Fantastic experience: Wonderful family friendly dentist. Pop a movie on for the kids as a distraction is a bonus. They are always very thorough explaining everything you need to know both now and what the future.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been well looked after by Dr Mena and Dr Kerri. We are so lucky in the shire to have a practice with such a rich skill mix of clinicians, with great depth of knowledge, high end technology, a wide range of dental services, and holistic care. Other dental practices don’t match and I have been to many … including the stereotypical brutal dentist with the angry receptionist lol. I really appreciate that there is a shared mental model. They “bounce ideas” off each other, communicate well with the therapists, the technicians and admin staff, and they are not hesitant to get a second opinion e.g. check imaging. I really love that and feel very spoilt. You also feel safer and more reassured as a patient. The staff are down to earth and not arrogant. Even if I move to a far away LGA, I would still travel here to stay as a patient with this team.

First time dentist experience for my nervous 6 year old, and Ari was so engaging, humorous and and thoughtful about making him feel comfortable. The front desk staff are lovely, and the waiting room is inviting with tea and coffee provided. The design of the practice is beautiful and warm, not sterile or scary in the least. Cannot recommend highly enough. I had attended for myself first a few weeks prior and was impressed at the thorough assessment, gentle nature and quality work Carrie did on repairing a chipped front tooth and had no hesitation booking my kids in and was so pleased at the genuinely friendly and knowledgeable care they recieved from Ari.

Fantastic experience: I recently decided to fix every dental problem I had all at once and I’m so glad I chose Sensational Smiles to do it. Dr. Michael, Clare and the team made it the easiest process and talked through all my options in detail. I had an appointment where I was getting two wisdom teeth out and an implant and was pretty nervous due to a previous bad experience, but Dr. Michael made the whole process as smooth and painless as possible. Fantastic experience: So, I've spent alot of my life acting the tough guy, y'know, the one who thinks nothing bothers them, I'm good with pain I can eat a whole chilli plus the entire plant kinda person? Except when it comes to Dentists; they bring me to tears, I clench my hands I scream "OW" just in anticipation and I cant sleep nights before I've made the appointment, which btw I would never make if they didnt tell me I needed it, which they never woulda told me If I didnt go there in the first place because of some random text which made me think I needed to go to a place I've never been before.. Anyyywayyyyyy... To cut a long story short, I had enough of the dentist pain, it was too much and after cracking a tooth I needed a dentist and then I heard from someone about gas!.. Well, it seems Sensational smiles were only too happy to gas me up. Cranked all the way to 70 and Dr Manny Rofouzos assisted by Seren and Jessie (That's right, they gave me two assistants) made my experience for a Crown absolute MaGiC.. From the first day to the last day around 3 months later this is the first time on my life that I can honestly say I was totally pain free.. No clenching, not even a sweat the evening before, nothing but an empty wallet and a head full of happiness. They're attentive to everything and so easy to communicate to, the reception desk, the helpfulness the efforts to constantly answer my dribble, these guys work above and beyond, they know their teeth and they know how to make a person feel like nothing is too hard. Oh, and one time I couldnt get Dr Manny for something I think he was away for a week, so I got Wendy Nguyen, Another amazing person. Thanks so Much SSD, best Dental experience in my entire lifetime. EDIT: (30/01/2025) Had Wendy Nguyen again today, this time for a crown.. Honestly her personality her calmness, proffesionalism, consideration, and last but not least, her sensational smile. Thank you too for the wonderful girls that helped her, which includes you too gassy. You know who you are.

My daughter who is extremely anxious feels like she’s seen and heard by the team and is comfortable with them to do whatever needs to be done. I’ve had 2 of my three children with braces through Sensational Smiles and I know that the 3rd will need them too and I will have absolutely no issues with the team at Sensation Smiles doing his orthodontic work too.

We were originally quoted a substantial amount for quite alot of dental work at a different paediatric dentist but decided to seek a second opinion at Sensational Smiles for my son. We saw Dr Ari who is great with kids, comforting and doesnt make you feel terrible for your child needing dental work. My son managed to have a tooth removed with just the local anesthetic thanks to Dr Ari's very quick, clever distraction and yet subtle approach. He actually had no idea that he was even given a needle. All was done in less than 20 minutes and no tears. Fillings are even less of a drama and my son now looks forward to going back. Highly recommended.
