Fantastic experience: My husband is terrified of the dentist. So much so that one of his wisdom teeth essentially turned black before he mentioned anything to me. We found Smile Lounge, and surprisingly, through their dedication, kindness, transparency and open communication, my husband now associates the dentist with a good experience. They allowed us to have joint appointments so that I could attend my own needs at the same time, so that I could be in the room with him for examinations and any treatments needed. The care was comprehensive, outlining a detailed dental care plan, providing flexible timelines to suit our schedules and our finances. The transparency with prices also made it significantly easier as we knew what to expect, and while we are fortunate enough not to need it, they still discussed multiple payment options to ensure everyone can receive the dental care they need. And finally, the staff here were incredible. From the moment we entered the door, we were greeted and welcomed. The receptionist answered many questions we had before even stepping into our appointment. The dentist and the dentist aid were both friendly, kind, and very understanding of my husband's fears associated with the dentist visit. Overall, I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. This place is fantastic! Thank you to the lovely team who helped us on the day, and we look forward to getting onto treatment!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the dentist after several years and had a check-up and clean done with Dr. Sahar — and I couldn't be more pleased. She was absolutely amazing: professional, gentle, and incredibly kind. I was quite anxious while waiting, but the moment I stepped into the consultation room, she put me completely at ease. What really stood out was how thoughtful and calming the whole experience was. I got to watch my favorite show during the procedure, and Dr. Sahar was humming along to the music, which added a surprisingly comforting touch. It felt like a relaxed visit! I’m so happy to have found her — she’s now officially my dentist, and I already have my next appointment booked. Highly recommend her to anyone who feels nervous about going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have always been anxious about visiting the dentist. Dr Tony was great he reassured me, made me feel comfortable and told me step by step what was going to happen. Fantastic experience: I had 4 amalgam fillings replaced and one had cracked one of my molars, so I also required a porcelain veneer. Only 2 short appointments and I’m all done. Fantastic experience: It only took me almost 15 years to find the perfect dentist who was supportive of me and my individual needs as someone with a lot of anxiety about the dentist and with a sever gag reflex. All Berwick Dental Studio staff have been so kind to me, understanding and regularly check in with me to ensure I'm comfortable. This is also the first dental studio I have been to where I felt the staff were honest with me and not trying to rip me off. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: After not being to the dentist for over 30 years due to anxiety and fear I needed to go after I shattered a tooth. After xrays it showed I also needed 2 fillings and a deep clean, 2 appointments later my tooth is out painlessly and the deep clean is done. Dr ayman was terrific giving me all the time I needed to get through the process, explaining each part as we went along. Now just the fillings to do and all will be good

Fantastic experience: I was booked in for my clean with OHT Farina Lam and I could not have been more happier with my experience. She is very gentle and was very accommodating to all needs. My teeth feel so nice and squeaky clean now, I will be booking all my future cleans only with her :)

Negative experience: Such dodgy practices here. They told me I needed heaps of work done. I went and got a 2nd opinion and that dentist couldn’t believe what I had been told by Berwick Dental Studios. They just try to bleed you for as much money as possible.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, I can not recommend Berwick dental studio enough. Expecially for those who have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist like I do. All the staff I have met there are so caring and accomodating and go above and beyond to give you many options to help you relax and get through dental procedures. I first had a filling redone after many years of avoiding the dentist and it was the best dental experience I had ever had. I then found out I needed alot more work done after that so I opted to be sedated for 8 hours due to the exstensive work I needed and I do not remember a thing. Just went in for a big nap and had all my teeth fixed in 1 day.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely anxious dental patient with multiple issues. I feel that my initial consultation with Dr Adam went well. He was very patient with me. He listened to me and took his time throughout the appointment; he didn't try to rush me in any way. He talked me through each step of the consultation, and provided me with a detailed treatment plan moving forward. He was also transparent about treatment costs. The clinic was nice, and each team member I engaged with was polite and welcoming. There is a long road ahead for me in terms of treatment, so I will see how it goes. That being said, I feel that my initial consultation with Dr Adam went well.

Fantastic experience: I got my Oral surgery(wisdom teeth removal) done here from Dr Claudia beltran. She's extremely professional and very experienced surgeon. I got 3 extractions done on same day and it didn't hurt at all. She explained all the procedures in a proper and calm manner so it's easy to understand after-care. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: After my daughter had a terrible experience elsewhere we were so happy when we went to Berwick Dental Studio. The staff are so patient with children and their demeanour is so calming yet fun that children are immediately at ease. They have headphones and a ceiling mounted TV where children can pick the show they want to watch keeping them distracted. At the end they get a prize from the prize box which my daughter always looks forward to. My daughter has had extensive dental work over the last 2 years with them and recently told the hairdresser that the dentist was less painful. Absolutely recommend Berwick Dental Studio!!!!

Fantastic experience: Went and saw Dr Jeremy Lee and his team. The environment was very relaxed but extremely professional at the same time. The quality of Jeremy's work was exceptional and he explains the work thoroughly and clearly as he goes through your care plan through communicating by going through your digital xrays in 3D on the computer screen. Fantastic experience: Have been to many dental clinics in the past and had poor experiences which have hinderd me from seeing the dentist as often as I should. Came across Berwick dental studio and was immediately impressed with the level of care provided. Dentists were thorough, ensured I was comfortable during all procedures, explained everything in detail so I understood what was happening and showed genuine care towards achieving the desired results. Pricing is a bit higher than others but you definitely get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to Berwick dental Service to look into sleep dentistry as she has a morbid fear of the dentist and needles. Dr Jennifer explained in detail, every step she was doing with my daughter and has been referred by a Paediatric dentist. My daughter was happy and calm at the end of the consultation, which is a bonus. Negative experience: I have two broken teeth.. so I made an appointment for the first week of December and they did a temporary fix on one of them and said the next appointment they would do the next temporary fix and sort my options for treatment plan. I went back before Christmas again went back no work was done but at this time I have had 3x rays, one being very expensive and given my options after a 2 hour visit. Was told I get a root canal done and filling on the 3rd appointment January 4th.... however the young man told me I forgot or misunderstood (also 3 appointments, 3 different dentist )what was the treatment plan... and this was only a cleaning and again another very expensive x ray... now after a month 3 visits only one half fixed tooth 1300 dollars worth of charges and they told me at the end of visit three I would need to have 4th consultation over the internet to move forward... What a cash grab, the people very friendly but the business style is to get as much as much as possible out of your pocket... Also is a good idea not to tell a patient they don't know what they are coming in for or what they booked... don't gaslight people to cover your butts. Very very upset and disappointed. A. Fantastic experience: Was thoroughly impressed with Dr Adam. I feel like I've found my family dentist after years of searching. He is thorough, informative, personable and a real joy to be around. He explains each step of the process, putting your mind at ease. I have suffered from dentist-related anxiety since I was kid due to the issues I've had with my teeth and have felt relaxed with Dr. Adam because of the way he includes you in each part of the procedure, through photos and explanations. For anyone with a child who is on the spectrum (as my son is), you may find Dr. Adam to be a great choice as he is patient, kind, caring, and happy! More than deserving of a 5 star review!

Fantastic experience: The reception staff are polite, professional and happy to assist any way they can. I never have to wait more than five minutes for my scheduled appointment. Dr Mitchell Looker is friendly and thorough. He is clear with the plan moving forward and always listens to my concerns. He is gentle and communicates throughout the appointment with what he is doing. With all the modern equipment and creature comforts going to the dentist is easier than ever.

Negative experience: I was told in August that I had a complicated case and would be referred to a specialist somewhere else, but then that i couldn't get a spot and that another dentist would do my extraction. ON THE DAY OF THE EXTRACTION, I get a call 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me that Dr. Sean can't do my extraction and that I have to see the specialist. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks just for a consultation with said specialist. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Fantastic experience: From my very first visit with Adam, I quickly realised I had been going to the wrong dentists all my life. Adam really took the time to thoroughly investigate the problems I had with my gums, and provided a detailed action plan to address and solve all the issues diagnosed. After a few visits within the first month of attending this clinic, my gums no longer bleed, and are the best they have been in 20 years. I really can't thank Adam and the team enough!

Dr. Tony has done dental work for me on multiple occasions and he consistently performed good work, takes the time to answer questions and concisely explains what work will be done. It's the first time a dentist has actually asked about my fears, he made me feel less anxious and I will be going back. I have even booked my partner in.

He is always very clear and thoughtful in explaining what he is doing, making every visit very easy and comfortable. Fantastic experience: As a nervous adult it’s abit embarrassing to be scared of the dentist. I had one appointment with Dr Jen and felt at least instantly. She went through the plan, options and costs up front. She also then gave me some tips and help for the anxiety for the next visit when the first procedure began. Her nurses are so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I still don’t like going but I’m not putting it off anymore for years like I had before finding Dr Jen and Berwick Dental

Fantastic experience: I have always had massive anxiety with visiting the dentist ever since I was a child. Berwick Dental Studio was recommended to me from my wife who is also a patient at the clinic. After reading google reviews and seeing on their website that they specialise in treating patients that have anxiety with dentists I thought it was worth at least having an initial consultation and go from there. I have to say they have been absolutely amazing!! everything I have read on there website and the other Google reviews that I have read about there experience in specialising with treating patients with dental anxiety are 100% true!! I am so glad that I found this place and I would highly recommend Berwick Dental Studio. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental studio! I’ve had multiple appointments with Adam over the course of a month and have been absolutely stoked with everything so far. Adam’s attention to detail and thoughtful explanations have made every visit so easy and straightforward. I really appreciate his constant check-ins during procedures and careful explanations before and after. The only other dentist I’ve been too also happens to be another studio in Berwick and it’s crazy how much Adam and the team absolutely blow them out of the water in almost every aspect. Would highly recommend Berwick Dental Studio.

Fantastic experience: This is our new dentist, for my husband, 3yo son and I. I'm a regular dentist visitor, but I had never been to Berwick Dental Studio. The service from everyone is amazing, I had my assessment with Jeremy, you can plainly see, he is a warm welcoming person, ensure the patient is comfortable and is very informative as well as positive Sahar is now our regular dentist, compared to my usual visits elsewhere, which were uncomfortable and painful, Sahar takes very good care in what she does, she is very patient, informative, caring and gentle. I assume dental visits were meant to be painful but Sahar did her best to ensure my comfort. My son is a huge fan of hers, and talks about her regularly These people are so lovely and I highly recommend Thank you so much :)

Fantastic experience: I visited Berwick Dental Studio for the first time for a tooth extraction. I get very anxious with dental procedures. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. Dr Adam and the staff made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. They all put my comfort and needs first and worked very gently with the procedure. They will be my permanent dentist hereafter. Thank you for an excellent service.

Fantastic experience: The Absolute Best!!!! My daughter had severe dental anxiety, found Berwick Dental Studio and have not only had her teeth fixed, we are now doing Invisalign for her. She is so happy and no fears going to the dentist now. All the staff are fantastic, kind, caring and patient. Very clean and modern facilities.
