Dr. Krishnapriya was amazing. She explained everything while fixing my tooth and made me feel really comfortable. Such a kind and professional team. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Dentist arrived 5 minutes late for my 9am appointment. I was not advised after my checkup/scale/clean & fluoride applied, to not rinse or drink anything for 30 mins, I had to ask the dental nurse myself after leaving the dentist consulting room. Reception staff were friendly and very efficient.

Negative experience: Been here 5.5 hours and still waiting. Orginally got told the wait time would be 1 hour. Generously gave 1 star rating because there's no option lower than that.

Negative experience: Last year, I attempted to leave this dental practice. They refused to hand over my records to the new dentist, saying "Corporate" were too busy to get it done. After waiting months, I had to pay to get an OPG x-ray to see what was going on. I eventually cited my legal rights to my records, and a copy was made at Royal Park for me to pick up with 24 hrs. Five of my molar teeth were minus their fillings and had worn to stumps with no enamel. Both female dentists had been refusing to repair them for years. I had another tooth that actually got a crown when I saw a visiting dentist at this practice, when the other 2 were unavailable. On two occasions, I was overcharged. The latter as a result of them texting people to come in early for a clean, which is then not covered on health insurance. They were made aware of this happening, yet it continued to occur. On both occasions, it took months to get the money, back, the first time they put it against my young sons account, where I was unable to personally access it. The second time, I demanded it be returned to my bank account. Once again, "Corporate" were unable to refund the money as they were too busy to process the legitimate refunds. I now have teeth that have been built up and repaired in the chair. With health insurance, it cost me around $400. They suggested I go to a specialist for multiple crowns at a cost of around $8000. Think twice these dentists seem to be avoiding any dental treatment that may cost them $$ if their client comes back with an issue.

Negative experience: The receptionist was great, but the dentist was lazy and overly expensive. The price quoted for a filling was the maximum google says you will be charged in Australia. The bill also referenced charges for 3 procedures that were not carried out. And to top it off the dentist refused to prescribe any pain medication because she didnt want to fill out the paperwork, telling me to go to a doctor instead. Very unprofessional, avoid unless other clinics are booked out.

Positive experience: Great service unfortunately ridiculous after service pain management strategies paracetamol and ibuprofen as pain relief is absolute joke lucky i found some proper pain relief it expired in 2020 but at least the panadine forte actually worked.

Negative experience: Visited the surgery with toothache. The dentist gave me two fillings which resulted in horrendous toothache and a trip to ED, the emergency out of hours care & a script for antibiotics. None of my other teeth were checked during the consultations or an X-ray performed. I was referred to a specialist as the dentist could find no reason the excruciating pain.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Krishna Girija for a filling , clean and polish. She was very thorough, and explained what she was doing through the whole procedure. I was very happy with the treatment and would recommend her to all my friends and family. Her assistant on the day was lovely too.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this place for a while n dr’s r great both my kids are looked after when they need but after this online booking appointments this place has gone pear shaped.... ridiculously bad n no value for customers...... They must have a good reason why they went online booking when they can’t provide enough dr’s n booking is way too long online booking says 3 weeks 4 weeks waiting. Walk in is to wait for 3 hrs WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: After months of anxiety to have dental work done I finally found the courage to go. The treatment I received from Dr Melly Sebastian was OUTSTANDING! She was so calming to me and the dental work she done was very professional and I felt my anxiety was delt with perfectly! I felt no pain and no sensitivity to any of the procedures. This was the best dental work I have received in the past 35 yrs. Not only was Dr Melly Sebastian amazing but the staff at reception and assistance throughout the procedure was 5 star! Also they offered a great range of payment options with is so handy when budgets are tight. I have referred my family to this dentist and I can truly say if you have angst of going to the dentist, this is definitely the one to choose.
