I had a check up for 3 of my 4 kids, Dr Mia was beyond compassionate with explaining the dental check up process and supporting children with extra needs. She was so kind, encouraging and patient and ensured it was a positive experience for everyone. She showed her expertise and knowledge when talking about dental hygiene and what to expect for our children’s teeth in the future. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service provided. I cancelled one appointment due to lack of funding, only to find that it hadn't been cancelled, and I was issued with a fee and removed from my Dentists books. I spoke to him personally later on to schedule an appointment. Which he said that it was fine after the new years. Only to be told by reception Georgia, that he wasn't taking new bookings. I have since had my partner reschedule my appointment today 29/4/2025, and found that I wasn't booked in at all at the time requested. The communication channels are very poor and im assuming thats how they progess money to their pockets as well. My filling i received last year, also only last 1 or 2 days, although the price was cheap I expected to not have to rebook for some time and have that toothe sorted, which is currently an ongoing issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. Reception attempted to resolve the issue by booking in with Elizabeth, but thats not what I wanted and informed them im happy to wait for my regular dentist. Thanks for the poor service team. Not going back to this place at all.

Negative experience: I’ve been attending this practise for over 40 years; had root canals, crowns and most other dental procedures. However today’s visit for just a check up and clean was highly traumatic! Something I’ve never experienced here before. I started to worry when my 9.00am appointment time came and went, finally being seen at 9.30am. I could tell from the outset of the exam that the dentist was very inexperienced; she continually corrected her call to the assistant of my teeth identifying numbers… wouldn’t that be Dentistry 101?She was unable to perform the checkup with dexterity, continually pinching my cheek between the tools and my teeth. I survived that but when it came to cleaning my teeth with the water jet device I had to stop the procedure due to the excruciating pain. It appears the device has a level of intensity which was set way too high. In attempting to adjust this, the chair started going up and down but the device sensitivity didn’t resolve! Clearly the dentist was unfamiliar with the environment and tools. Reluctantly I agreed to have a second clean attempt after having some topical gel applied! But immediately the searing nerve pain was unbearable. At this point the assistant and I both called it quits! Folks in my age bracket have shocking memories of barbaric dental procedures in our youth; sadly today’s experience made my PTSD resurface! So much so that I refused to rebook with the same dentist for a small filling. I understand new dentists need to gain experience but surely better supervision and orientation with new equipment should be the first priority.

Negative experience: Rang with bad toothache explaining I only had 200 dollars was told no worries come on in we will look after you only to be told I needed another 190 for "special " x-rays I left in pain still with tooth ache and they are now saying I owe them 100 dollars consultation fee ?? When approached about this the lady in charge was quite rude about the whole situation very disappointed I'd steer clear of this dentist

Fantastic experience: Had been suffering with severe pain, went to mate st dental and X-ray showed a cracked molar. Had to have it extracted. 3 days later no pain, situation sorted. Fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Currently opens at 8am Absolutely lovely girls at front desk, and dentists/assistants. So comfy/relaxed I kept falling asleep. Had an emergency and they snuck me in the same day. Very affordable too :)
