Negative experience: Beware of this practice !!!! They take advantage of you if you are in pain by charging prices that are through the roof and not making you aware of it until you are hit with the bill $170 for an X-ray ??? And then $600 for tooth extraction and then another $100 for an examination This has got to be the most expensive dentist I have ever come across in the area Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Negative experience: Negative stars for this dental practice. Attended for a quote on some dental work. Was quoted over 3k for work that I apparently did not need as another dentist did for $600. Was forced into leaving a deposit of $100 for work that I had not agreed to nor booked for any future date. I had work done elsewhere for the true problem, a tooth removal. I then attended the practice to retrieve my deposit in person several times and was met with excuses that the boss was not in and very incompetent front desk personnel. I messaged the boss a number of 8 times, requesting my refund. No answer. I received a spiel from the office stating that no legal action could be applied in this instance, so sad but they left the chat gf on the tail of the email. All this over $100 that was forcibly obtained from a quote that was not necessary. Just give me my money back that was not yours in the first place and that u had no right to take

Fantastic experience: Went here as they advertised a complete check-up and clean. There was a lot wrong with my teeth from my own neglect. They provided a detailed plan of action with complete breakdown of costs, out of pocket after fund payment. The procedure was explained well and did a very good clean, plenty of photos and also xrays detailing all the teeth that need filling or removal. I am very happy with the initial treatment. Unfortunately for me I developed a hole in one of my upper left teeth, right at the back 5 days later. It was pretty much on the cards something would happen, looking ķat the detailed xrays taken. Called them up this morning and booked me in for a review and I had to have an extraction of the tooth. It was pretty much pain free with injection of local. Unlike what I've had in the past. It was a very hard extraction, didn't want to come out. The Dentist finally extracted it after quite a struggle. She did her best to try and cause as little discomfort that she could. Cost after fund wasn't as great as I expected. Cause of all the deterioration of my teeth was lack of flossing which I hate doing. Pretty much too late to stop the teethbneeding fillings but could prevent the others from developing. So flossing it will be after this experience. Very happy with the service via have received. Highly recommend this practice to others living in the area. Update 12/2025 Went in for a review and assessment of further needed fillings. Very happy with the treatment from Dr Sugam, he is a very pleasant caring man and I have no hesitation recommending him amd the practice to others. Pricing is fair and treatment is only very mildly discomfort when numbing areas wirh needles. But nothing more than a pin prick really when accessing near a tooth's nerve which is acceptable and only for a few moments. Extractions are done with utmost care to you the patient. The equipment is very modern and they ensure you are comfortable during procedures and afterwards. Follow ups after 2 weeks have always been caring and professional. I still have more dental treatments to come but that will be somewhere else as I'm being coveted now by the Western Suburbs Dental Hospital system. Pity it wasn't last year would have been totally coveted by the system. Took 9 the waiting just to get a small cover from them but can seek further coverage in time. Again thank you to all the staff for your care and treatment. Whilst listening to stories of an old man.

Negative experience: Dr Kaur was really good, however she's no longer there and I saw a dreadful man, Mohammed, who told me I needed two fillings and 2 crowns, he was really rough doing the cleaning. After getting a second opinion at my previous dentist surgery, who took X-rays and checked carefully, no such treatment was needed. Do not go to this terrible dentist.

The guy downstairs was very good he got me a glass of water when I arrived when I hadn’t asked for one. I don’t need to go till August for a cleaning would recommend Dr Ranganthan to anyone. Negative experience: Do not go here ! First visit i had a chip in tooth and i told her my mum was paying and she then said well why dont you get thr fillings done that might be a problem in the future done which she did without me really saying yes or no. She put the most yellow filling on it i was so upset she changed it and i still wasnt happy because i told her i get my teeth whitened. A Couple of months later the filling fell off front of my tooth it was placed on chip and my fillings have come out. After 6 months! I went back a 2nd time regarding my front tooth chip and they tryed to put yellow on it again i walked out so upset. Also tryed to give me medical advice nothing to do with denistry. Very unproffessional. Will be taking this higher up.
