I recently visited The Dental Boutique in Sydney and had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Dr. Celeste and Nurse Ava — and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, heard, and truly cared for. Dr. Celeste was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to everything I voiced and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. Her warm personality, genuine care, and incredibly professional approach made what’s usually a nerve-wracking experience actually enjoyable. You can tell she’s passionate about her work and truly cares about her patients. Nurse Ava was just as incredible — calm, kind, and supportive throughout my visit. Together, they made an exceptional team that made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. The whole experience was seamless, and the level of care I received exceeded all expectations. I honestly can’t recommend The Dental Boutique enough — especially Dr. Celeste and Nurse Ava. Thank you both so much!

Fantastic experience: I went to the dental boutique in the city as I had been looking for a dentist that could help me with my smile as my teeth were deteriorating. I met Dr Celeste and her lovely nurse Ava for a consultation and I immediately felt comfortable. Dr Celeste has such attention to detail and explained the whole process to me. There has not been one stage of this process that I felt uncertain about. Nurse Ava is wonderful and also explains what is going to happen next and did I feel comfortable during the procedure , even putting a blanket on me when I was cold. Next week is my final stage and I will see what all of Dr Celeste hard work has achieved and I am looking forward to the end result. Fantastic experience: Pre Invisalign journey at Dental Boutique (Sydney) I was almost embarrassed of my smile (appearance and colour) which contributed to my low self esteem and in more cases then one, restricted my social life. Post first consultation, I was greeted with a welcoming warm smile discussing my intentions, wants & payments/payment methods. I walked out satisfied with the consultation of what I NEEDED (vs what I wanted) and journey of my ‘perfect smile’ 20 months later, I completed my Invisalign’s journey with composite bonding to add the cosmetic & finishing touches of my PERFECT SMILE. I’m confident, happy, exceeding my social life with the upmost confidence possible. DR. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, offering me water or coffee each time. As someone who typically dislikes going to the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious feel of the building, which completely avoids the usual dentist atmosphere. A BIG shoutout to Dr. Ras and Diamond for their incredible care, they are amazing! I had a vision for how I wanted my teeth to look but was unsure how to achieve it. Dr. Ras took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended Invisalign Lite along with composite bonding. I followed her advice, and the results turned out exactly as I hoped. I won't be going anywhere else for my dental needs—this was a 10/10 experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dental Boutique!

I had composite bonding done on six of my teeth, and while I was initially nervous (worried they might look too fake or drastically change my natural shape), Dr Ras completely eased my concerns. She talked me through every step and shaped my teeth so beautifully - it truly suits my face perfectly. She is an absolute artist, and I couldn’t be more grateful. My teeth look and feel so natural! The entire experience was seamless. The clinic runs so efficiently, and every single staff member was warm, friendly, and professional. I’m beyond happy with the results and the overall journey. Negative experience: Not the standard I anticipated given the high volume of 5 star reviews. I am someone that prefers to pay extra to get better care when it comes to anything related to my health. Unfortunately, I’ve had a bad experience with a wisdom tooth extraction. The doctors advised of an easy straight forward procedure, where the tooth is well aligned for an “easy” extraction. During the surgery, this was not what happened. The doctor had to “smash” the tooth out. The doctor explained that because that tooth was decayed their tools couldn’t grip the tooth properly. The explanation makes sense. However, I think this should’ve been considered by them given that they done X-rays and examinations prior. I feel like this was missed by the doctors. If this was the only issue, i wouldn’t have left this review. There was no post-op appointment made for me either. The surgeon advised I had an appointment one week after. On the day when I called to advise I was late, they said you don’t have an appointment. There was no proper aftercare. They then scheduled me in one month time after the operation which I found to be really inconsiderate given most doctors do a general check up after they operate on a patient. What makes things even worst, is that one month afterwards, I was still in a lot of pain, which is not normal. I visited another dentist, they done theirs X-Rays and advised that my sinus had been damaged and broken. The extent of it is borderline on 3mm, which the doctor advised is when they need to refer me to a Specialist Dentist, with a possible surgery for repair. I’m now nearly 6 weeks post op and in daily pain from what was supposed to be an “easy extraction”. Because of this experience, I’m on multiple antibiotics and a gargle as well pain medication. It has disrupted my day to day work scheduling. I thought it’s justified that I share my experience. As a businessman myself, I know how important social proof is and I don’t take leaving reviews of this kind lightly. It was the accumulation and totality of my experience that I decided to leave this review. To the team at DB, Sydney, please don’t bother to reach out.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had 8 Porcelain Veneers at Dental Boutique Sydney. It’s hard to put in words how happy I am with the end result. I was always unsure as I’d whitenesses a few friends in the past go turkey for cheap but end up looking so fake. My smile looks so natural, straight and white. Better than I ever imagined. The way Dr Amar skilfully designed my teeth to suit the size/shape of my mouth and smile was outstanding. The service was amazing, with a very warm welcome at reception and dental assistant Jess making me feel very comfortable in the chair, not once did I feel uncomfortable or in any pain. Fantastic experience: Words can't really do justice to how amazing I think Dr. Anthony, Dr. Kam and the team are. I had braces as a teenager and my teeth had slipped back over the years. Although even when they were straight, I didn't like the shape. I spent the last two years (stupidly) trying overnight aligners, which didn't work. So as a last resort, I came to see if I was a candidate for veneers. I cannot believe the result. They are incredible!!! They look so natural. If you've been having any doubts about doing this - don't. Such a worthwhile investment and I can't recommend the team enough. Thank you!

Dr Anna Kelly at the Sydney CBD location is a true artist in the area of cosmetic dentistry! She understood my brief - to fix the chips in my teeth, restore their shape and enhance the colour of my teeth but keeping it very natural. The result - better than I thought possible! Enhancing my top teeth has made me feel more confident with my smile and my teeth have been restored to their original shape. Fantastic experience: The team and Dr Anthony at Dental Boutique Sydney CBD had amazing communication.. whenever I had a question, someone would respond straight away. Including Dr Anthony giving me a phone call from London when I had more questions as felt very nervous prior to the procedure. He listened to what I was wanting, and delivered on some very good porcelain veneers. I wanted a more natural blended type, and feel they turned out as such. I feel more confident in my smile now. Fantastic experience: I came to the dental boutique for a consultation, thinking I just want to get some composite bonding to improve my smile. I ended up choosing 6 porcelain veneers for the top. It was expensive and I worried that I’d spent too much on something minor. It’s 6 months later, and I can honestly say, this was the best money I’ve ever spent. I smile in photos, I love photos! I had an initial consultation with someone on the phone but I was undecided and left it for a few months. When I reached out again, I was able to get in touch with Dr Ras, and I had a lot of questions - a lot! She answered every single one and discussed the technical aspects too. When I came in, Dr Ras analysed which shape would look most natural yet flattering on me. One of my biggest concerns was preserving as much of my natural tooth as possible, and she never brushed off my concerns. I ended up getting composite bonding/veneers, and can’t believe I didn’t get it done sooner! Beyond the dental work, it was such a luxe and professional experience - the receptionists, dentists, assistants. Well let me tell you Dr Richard Zhou is the Dentist for you! He has such a calming manner and is VERY understanding about anxiety in visiting the Dentist. I have been butchered in the past by Dentists many times but Dr Richard managed to extract my wisdom teeth without having to cut me and also give me stitches as well. He is so strong and skilled!!! His Dental Assistant Juliana declared that the roots of my teeth were the longest she had ever seen. I was offered two options for sedation to keep me calm during the process of two extractions, fillings and teeth clean. I was not an easy patient I KNOW but I have come out feeling elated that I had THE BEST CARE with Dr Richard Zhou. I would recommend that you ask for him and wait until he is available. He is so worth the wait. I will be in the future. No one else will touch my teeth EVER. Dr Richard Zhou is the dentist for you! Except when I have an appointment please step back :) Seriously if you are nervous please do ask for him. He was great.
