Fantastic experience: Dr Quynh Truong at Dental at Keys is fantastic! She’s professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel comfortable and well looked after during my visits. She is going to be my family’s regular dentist for our future! Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr Bruno. Came in with a chipped tooth and he repaired it with minimal fuss and no pain. Looks better than it was before. Drove 40 mins to see him particularly and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Girls at the front desk are also professional and caring, the clinic is brand new and well maintained and clean. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff (Thuy) were organized, friendly, and patient while helping us check in our children seamlessly. The waiting area was clean, child-friendly, and had thoughtful touches to keep the kids relaxed and entertained. He explained clearly to me what will be done in the first time checkup and what needs to be done in follow ups. He was very detailed and took great care and was gentle in dental cleaning. He is very warm and friendly and talked me through the process. Helped my nerves a lot. I will be back for all my dental care and procedures.

Friendly team and atmosphere, and Dr Huy Thien was great with our son! While he was getting his teeth checked out, they put on a "kids friendly car" show which made the experience more at ease for my son!

Fantastic experience: I have been to this clinic for a clean and check up and their care and attention to detail really stood out for me.Most recently I had taken my 2 year old daughter for her first ever visit to the dentist and I was so pleased with how patient, compassionate yet thorough Dr. Ruby was. I took my 93 year old mother along to have a broken tooth sorted out, and the service was amazing. I’ve had a fear of dentist’s myself but after sitting in the room and seeing my mother attended to, I’ve decided to make a booking for myself. Fantastic experience: I had both my wisdom teeth removed and dental fillings done today under local anaesthetic by Dr. Ammu, and she was amazing. She is gentle, caring, and communicates with a clear and beautiful use of medical language (as someone who works in the medical field, I know how rare and important this skill is!) Dr Ammu and Anushri (her assistant)’s professionalism gave me full confidence in their expertise. On a side note: I get to watch my favourite artists concert throughout the procedure which was great!

Fantastic experience: I want to give Dr. Patrick Ta a 5 star for being patient and friendly to my 7 year old daughter and 4 year old boy. He was very professional and knows exactly what he was doing and definitely knows how to handle kids. It was also very easy to book and organised schedule with them. From the get-go they prioritise comprehensive care, taking a detailed history of your goals, lifestyle factors and history to customise care to you. Dr Patrick Ta is like a Dr s(Ta)r. He made me feel incredibly comfortable, checking in with me throughout the appointment. Through his gentle treatment, he was able to identify and explain factors that I would not have known about otherwise. His thorough explanations have enabled prevention and care that I would not have otherwise received. Nurse Maddie also helped make treatment feel incredibly easy. Her friendly, skilled approach when explaining and taking x-rays made it feel comfortable and approachable. After experiences like these I am grateful to be able to book back. Big thanks to receptionist Kim who is lovely and made that process really easy!

Fantastic experience: I initially came because my teeth got worse by another practitioner’s treatment and Keys is closer. Have had the best treatment ever since. They treated my tricky tooth with professional and continuous care. The doctors all practised with the most gentle hands and most firm skills! The admin were always very understanding and helpful in regards to finding available spots and giving reminders. Best experience!

Fantastic experience: As a mother of 3, it was very important that we found a dentist who was accommodating to young children. The initial booking phone call was informative, and staff were kind. The follow up texts and phone calls is a great reminder especially for a busy mum like me. From the moment you walk through the door, there is a warm friendly welcoming from all the staff. The centre itself is new, fresh and clean - adding to the positive experience. The resources, including the x ray machine makes for a convenient, all in one. There isn't much of a wait time, which fantastic when you have little anxious kids. They are efficient that their appointments run on time! The dentists are very reassuring and patient with the children, which I have found to make a such a difference. They are always including us in the care, explanation and costs before proceeding with any treatment. Overall, we are very happy to have Dental at Keys as our go to for all dental care! Positive experience: Best dental experience in ages, highly recommend Dr Daniella, responded quickly to an emergency request, didn't feel any pain or discomfort, healing was amazing. I even received a phone call the following day to check in with me if i had any complications.

She explained everything that was going to happen during the consultation and then had another chat with me when all work was completed and what yo do going forward. Great appointment notifications and awesome follow up calls. A special call-out to Dr Daniella, very good with my kids! I don't really want other people to read this review and start using this dental practise as it will become much harder to get appointments lol. But I highly recommend - 10/10.

Negative experience: Beware of these guys. They recomended surgery for my daughter to have braces and we went to other dentist and she was surprised why the surgery was recommended when it is not required for 16 years old . I think it’s there money making trick and they don’t care about clients.

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience today, massive kudos to Dr EJ & Ella. From the get-go, Dr EJ made me feel at ease and comfortable, and instantly I knew I would be in good hands. My previous experiences with other clinics have been daunting, and I am usually extremely hesitant to go for a regular checkup due to the amounts of pain involved, however Dr EJ & Ella were extremely gentle, and it was my first pain free experience. Negative experience: This one star is for the receptionist kim. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance with Dr Ammu Ruby (who does an awesome job) but was told by kim that I can't because I've rescheduled twice before due too work, i don't see how that is a problem I gave them more than 48hrs notice both times. She asked me when I receive my next work roster (which i didn't think was her business) and to call back and book in then, I told her I might not be able to book on the date that I want cause they might be booked out but she still wouldn't book me in. I'm still waiting for a call back from the manager but im hesitant to go back if the first point of contact and the person representing the business will judge me and give me a hard time. So disappointed, ive never had this issue anywhere, bad customer service.

Negative experience: Not a very honest dentistry and they are very much on the high price for dentistry. For a comparison, Sunshine and Frankston were half the price of the quote I received of 57k. Even Thailand was only 11k total!!! On a side note, the dentist asked to take a "couple of photos" but neglected to tell me they would be $90 so it was a deceptive tactic to extract more money and there is no explaining your way out of that. It was slimy move and you know it was. There is a $50 cancelation fee with 24 hours which I gave however when I wanted mine back, I had to insist on getting it back so many a people would have lost that $50 as the receptionist handling it tried to end the call. How many times has that happened. This is an honest review and it is evident they are more interested in how much money they can extract from you instead of your best interest. Deserves 1 star for the deception and price I paid.

Fantastic experience: Very pro-active dentist. Looks at the overall health and takes the time to understand your overall situation. I had cleaning done which was an excellent experience. Very comfortable and great result. Dentist Identified significant improvements and preventative actions that I should be taking not to lose teeth. Fantastic experience: I think i’ve finally found the best dentist. Everyone at the practice was super nice, attentive and caring. I have had a complex case with my trauma for about the last 20 years and the previous dentists have been very lazy and not helpful. When I saw Pat today I was impressed and so grateful for all the information explained to me. He explained everything he was doing, especially breaking down the xray and the recommendations to me. He explained the different processes of teeth removal, dentures and implants and was super transparent about the costs. I felt really supported and honestly more empowered with what I need to do long term for my situation. Also a huge bonus was Pat was super gentle. For once I didn’t feel like a dentist was digging into my skull during a teeth clean!!! Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my experience with Dr Huy Thien Do! He walked me through the entire process explaining what he was doing and why, as well as constantly checking in on me and adapting to make sure I wasn't experiencing too much pain (I have very sensitive teeth & gums). I left with a very thorough clean, smooth fillings and also understanding the importance of flossing :)

Fantastic experience: Wow, that was my experience. Saw Dr. Lee and she was very attentive to what needed to be done and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. They were upfront about the costs and didn't muck around trying to upsell or do things that were not needed during my visit. Highly recommend especially if you haven't had the best experience with dentists in the past.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Dental at Keys for the painful cracked dead molar tooth. Dr Bruno Lim was very gentle and reassuring. He explained to me clearly what the process involves. The molar removal was swift and painless. I went home in anticipation of post-anesthesia pain, but it never kicked in. I even had lamb shank for dinner.. of course I chewed on the good side. Dr Bruno did an amazingly brilliant job! Update on 8 Apr 2023: I got my implant done at another dentistry a few months later cos Dr Bruno keep pushing the price up after each appointment. I am v happy with the job and it cost $1,300 less than the price quoted by Dr Bruno. Sorry for the belated update.

Fantastic experience: The dental clinic is well located in the second floor of the building, ample natural light from windows with calm, relaxing environment. Dental nurse and receptionist were well trained, efficient and polite. Thanks Dr Lim who carried out thorough oral examination, exceptional good quality of services above my expectation. Fantastic experience: Good customer service. My father appears comfortable with his treatment yesterday, good and clear explanation from Dr Daniela. Dad also said clinic is hygienic with good infection control. Unfortunately, Keys Dental is not with Bupa private healthcare provider, spend big extra cost out of pocket on procedures. It will great if Keys Dental with Bupa provider
