Negative experience: Embarrassing to even step foot in this place. This clinic demonstrates a disturbing lack of professionalism from both reception staff and doctors. The receptionists are consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and poorly trained, truthfully uneducated. Making even basic communication unnecessarily difficult. The doctors show little respect or care for their patients, coming across as rude and uninterested rather than providing the support and expertise one should expect from a healthcare provider. The overall experience is frustrating, disorganized, and frankly unsafe. I would strongly advise others to seek medical care elsewhere. I have notes on this practice, for the handful of times I have been here out of desperation. Such conduct is not only unacceptable, but potentially places patients at risk. I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns to the relevant health regulatory bodies for investigation. Absolutely disgusting.
Negative experience: From experience's received, I wouldn't recommend for general or urgent matters, my child has also been incorrectly prescribed before & just unprofessional. The only positive would be the nurses only. Not happy.
Negative experience: Disappointed with the centre. Had an appointment but still waited for 2 hours. Might as well do the walk in or the first available. I thought by making an appointment you wouldn’t be waiting this long!!
Fantastic experience: I have found Dr Soe Win since 2022 after many years of searching for a better doctor. Eventually, after all this time I found Dr Win! Dr Win is amazing: he is caring, compassionate, understanding, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable and has extensive clinical experience. It is so refreshing to visit Dr Win who genuinely cares about my health long term. Thank you Dr Win for everything!! You are amazing!!
Negative experience: Will never step a foot in here again! I don’t know where Dr.Akhter got her qualifications from but she needs to take more compassionate and professionalism in her job. I went in because I had back pains and she told me to take pain killers it’s muscle strains and do light exercises. I asked her should I do a xray she said see her in 1 week if the pain is gone. Thankfully I went elsewhere that’s locally where I had a CT scan referred from the Dr where I have a spinal stenosis and other stuff that needs medical treatment ASAP.

Fantastic experience: Dr Win is fantastic, always very thorough, considerate and explains everything to my family. A lot more straight to the point and solution oriented than most doctors my family have been to. I definitely recommend him!
Negative experience: I arrived at 5pm checked in, then got told at 6:30 I can do a Telehealth due to needing results only. Went in multiples time to check my position in the line. Kept getting told I was next. It hit 10pm and I never received a call. Very unprofessional and dissatisfied
Fantastic experience: Can be a wait.for first available on certain days. Doctors are excellent as too the Nurses. It is very convenient as you have Blood collection, X-Ray ultra soun, dentists and Chemist In the one place,.
Fantastic experience: Dr Eujen is an amazing dentist. He talks you through everything and is very gentle. Also the staff are great and friendly.
Negative experience: The Practice Manager is extremely unprofessional & unhinged. She shouted & yelled at me for not being able to use the defective App. Threatened to cancel my seeing a doctor during their walk-in because of this App. The abject aggresive verbal abuse of patients at the practice is a sackable offence. Nobody who comes to a medical facility should endure such shocking abuse
Negative experience: This doesn’t even deserve a single star. I finished work late and made an appointment after 2 hours of waiting for a doctor. When one finally came up to me i told him i needed to do my vitamin-d injection. He then said that it was not an emergency and said that it wasn’t his problem that I finished work late. He was so rude and not helpful at all. I am never coming back to this medical centre ever again where the doctors tell me my injection is not n emergency.
Negative experience: Waiting to see Dr Raymond Yean since an hour .the appointment was at 1120 been an hour now . Receptionist don’t know when dr gonna call inside . I could hear them telling each and every patient waiting there patiently and enquiring about that” call “that one more person ahead of you wow
Negative experience: My partner had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, he waited for three hours without being seen and ultimately decided to leave after speaking with the receptionist. When he first arrived, he asked how many people were ahead of him and was told there were four. Over the next three hours, he observed only three patients coming out of his doctor’s room. Before leaving, he checked again and was still told there were four people ahead of him still, with each consultation taking approximately 50 minutes. This would have meant an additional four-hour wait on top of the three hours he had already spent there, a total of at least seven hours for a pre-booked appointment. A gentleman sitting next to my partner had an appointment booked for 12:10pm and was STILL waiting around 4:30pm. I am struggling to understand how wait times could be so extensive, especially for scheduled visits.
Negative experience: New to the area, been here 3x and each time average wait has been an hr to an hr and half. Way too long in my opinion esp if you've got kids with you. On a more positive note, the female dr I've come to see is friendly. Thats about it

Fantastic experience: I have overheard the conversation regarding ear syringing between a GP and a young male patient in the treatment room. The GP has properly instructed him, done what has got to do at that time and asked him to return for further management because the patient had not prepared his part properly for the GP to complete the treatment. anyway, I remain committed to attending Our Medical Home, notwithstanding the publication of malicious online comments. If you are kind, the doctors are very kind and here to help you within legal limits. Please be aware that some GPs may pursue legal action against individual who make such comments.
Fantastic experience: The Doctor was really good explain the issues I have and assured me of the outcome
Negative experience: missed my queue cause my daughter got thirsty so went to buy some water in the phamacy just literally beside it only to return back knowing my queue was missed. The lady was not even empathetic and simply said our queue was cancelled, did not even tried to at least let us join back after simple missing 5 mins from the notification!
Fantastic experience: Dr Phillip law is exceptional at his job and a true proffesional I also like the fact he takes the time to build up an amazing repour with his patients so it becomes more personel the experience with him rather than just feeling like a number
Fantastic experience: My mother was admitted to the hospital multiple times. We have recently consulted with Dr Win who spent more than one hour resolving our concerns. She visited him again not long ago and was impressed with his service. Dr Win is highly skilled in his field and comes highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: WOOW WOOW WOOW IM LOST FOR WORDS!!! what a great service and what a great staffs. very helpful very polite. took me through on how to use the app and the benefit behind using the app, i could go to the shops and still get tracked on where i am in the queue. The doctors are AMAZING and Very Helpful. I APOLOGISE ON BEHALF OF ALL THE RUDE PATIENTS. THIS IS A WALK IN CENTRE SIT AND WAIT. if YOU cannot be PATIENT walk out and DONT BE RUDE to the front receptionist because they cannot do anything for YOU to lose your temper on them. Fantastic experience: I have seen several GPs at OMH who are excellent and have quite extensive clinical knowledge and experience. It is a bulk billing medical centre providing free services to peoples and thus has relatively longer waiting time. Can't complaint!
Negative experience: Pathetic service. The popular Dr shouldnt bother to have any sessions open as he isnt going to get to it. My appt was 11, then pushed back to 11:15 , then subsequently cancelled. All while I was in the waiting room. Obviously whoever owns this establishment could care less , their overall score is appauling and it looks like no effort is being made to improve this score. I have a fractured ankle ! If I har another option , I would not come here.
Negative experience: The ladies at the front desk really dont like doing their jobs. Palm everything off, ignore the fact that you had to change your whole schedule when given the incorrect information and when it gets too hard, they hang up on you.
Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I sought assistance with my child's immunisations but was told they couldn’t provide the service, despite it being a basic healthcare need. However, I was informed of a $50 fee just to schedule a catch-up appointment, which felt unreasonable under the circumstances. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others.
Negative experience: Waiting here are truly unacceptable. We are waiting for 2hrs and thats not fair. Why do you need an appointment if you cant follow it. Oh well too dumb to wait and just to walk away. I had enough and never will comeback.

Negative experience: Can't even pick up the phone used the app to book an appointment. It disappeared, doesn't show in app. No confirmation text or email. But They took my credit card details. Tried to call to confirm if appointment was in the system, been on the hold line for nearly an hour.

Negative experience: Waited too long for an visit made by appointment. My wife made an appointment two weeks in advance to see a particular GP at midday on a weekday. We checked in 10 minutes before the appointment time, then had to wait over 90 minutes before she was seen. The receptionist didn't offer any explanation at all, or even a token apology about why we were waiting so long when we asked halfway through the long wait. I can appreciate that appointments often get pushed back a bit, that's not unusual. But 90 minutes late makes me think you just join the queue of walk-ins anyway when you arrive, regardless of having an appointment.

Negative experience: Unbelievable this place,no one answer the phone for simple information,even if you call them between 9-5 . If you don't answer ,why you have this phone for??? How this staff, still have job over there,not because of answering phone because of there unbelievable rude behaviour.
Fantastic experience: Salee, one of the receptionists, really helped me get the information I needed. I felt like she actually cared about helping me and went above and beyond. Service from the GPs are good too, especially if you just need something quick and don’t mind which doctor you see.

Negative experience: Poor Care Standards and Neglect of Basic Medical Protocols. My experiences with Our Medical Gregory Hills have been deeply unsatisfactory, and I feel a responsibility to caution others. While a few doctors here are excellent, the overall standard of care is worryingly low. Many doctors seem disengaged, offering minimal communication, skipping basic health checks like blood pressure, and rushing consultations without proper assessments. In one instance, despite clear signs of my severe foot pain, Dr. Lawa asked a single question and performed no examination beyond prescribing stronger painkillers. Only after my insistence he reluctantly issued a referral for an X-ray. His dismissive manner and poor communication left me feeling neglected rather than cared for. Similarly, during a previous visit for a flu vaccination, essential pre-vaccine checks were overlooked until I specifically requested them — a basic precaution that should never be optional. From my perspective, the clinic appears more focused on increasing patient turnover than on genuinely resolving patient concerns. Good medical practice requires thoroughness, empathy, and proactive care — none of which were consistently demonstrated here. I continue to visit only because of one outstanding doctor who truly upholds the values of proper healthcare. Without them, I would have sought care elsewhere. Patients deserve better. Basic care, respect, and professionalism are not optional.
Negative experience: I waited on hold for 30 minutes yesterday to find out if my daughter’s results were back from pathology. Is there a staffing issue? After being told my child’s results were in I went in. There were 18 patients in front and I was told if I did a Telehealth appointment for the results someone would call me in 10 minutes. I decided to wait in the centre for the call so that I could get a script from the chemist rather then going home and coming back. After waiting an hour for the call I asked the receptionist if there was an issue because she told me I was next inline for the call. She said the doctor was still on the phone to the patient in front of me and that I was next but would receive the call before 10pm which was 4 hours away. I ended up leaving and never received a call. My daughter is very sick and needs a script. The reviews at this centre speak for themselves! Avoid at all cost.
Negative experience: My in-law had an awful experience at Our Medical Radiology this morning. They have done different types of scans at different place, by using a translation machine, with no problem. However, they visited this Radiology and one of the professional rejected to do scanning, because they brought a translation machine. I got a confirmation from a male staff on Friday last week that they can bring a machine for translation, but today's professional said no. We have no choice but asked the GP to re-issue a referral to Oran Park for this particular scan.
Negative experience: There should be an option for a zero star rating. I'm curious why this place is still open. The staff are rude the doctors may as well not be there. Just avoid this place and go elsewhere. Such a shame considering how good it was when it first opened.
Negative experience: Your set up is frustrating can’t join the queue having to wait then more people come in and check in quicker than me where is the fairness in this please review the way people check in it doesn’t work be fair to every patient got here at 7.25 and was told I had to wait for doctor to open queue waited an hour then it finally opens and people that walked in after me clock in faster than me I get pushed back to 10th in the queue time to get a better medical centre won’t be coming back here again! Negative experience: Have been sick for 2 weeks and finally decided to go to this centre to find out what's going on. I asked for first available and got Dr. LAWAL. It was an extremely rude and utterly strange experience. He didn't even greet me or ask what I was there for just sat there in silence until I spoke up to tell him what's going on. He did the usual check of temperature and stethoscope etc. But didn't bother to explain whether anything he was assessing was concerning. I had to ask, do I have a temperature and does my breathing sound okay? What kind of doctor isn't actually saying anything to his patients?? He then started typing in the computer, again in silence. I saw a prescription being printed out and he handed it to me without telling me what it is. He hasn't even told me what he thinks I have - is it a flu? Cold? Viral infection? How can I treat this? I had to ask him these questions and qhat prescription he is giving me and how to administer it. Do I need to take time off from work and am I contagious. All things any other doctor would be telling me. Would never recommend seeing this doctor if you're looking for someone to actually talk to you and tell you your condition/diagnosis and how to treat your illness. If you're looking for a quick, wordless visit and you're happy to just avvept whatever prescription is given to you then go for it. Otherwise completely unacceptable behaviour from a doctor who is supposed to care for the patients that walk into their rooms.
Negative experience: Rude dismissive receptionist with short blonde hair. The one doctor we saw was rude and dismissive also. Long wait times. Only got lucky once with no wait time hence the 2 stars rather than 1. Only go here if you're really desperate for a doctor.

Negative experience: Honestly avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and sanity! I mean that whole heartedly. It is woeful here and the wait times are atrocious. I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long at a GP clinic before, it’s almost on par with the hospital. It’s so bad. You could probably evolve into a whole new species quicker than seeing a doctor here! Don’t waste your money or time. Ridiculous company and even worse doctors! If I could give it a 0 star I would!

Negative experience: My husband attended today. The entire experience at this medical centre was awful for him. First off, the female receptionist- tall, black short hair with an accent, was incredibly unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and downright unhelpful. He waited for over an hour past his appointment time just to be seen by the doctor who didn’t seem to care at all about his concerns. He felt completely ignored and like he was just another number on their list and left feeling worse than when he arrived. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other medical centres where you'll be treated with respect and actually get the care you deserve.
Negative experience: I would like to formally address an unfortunate experience I had with the receptionist at the front desk. During my visit, I encountered an individual with short dark hair who exhibited unprofessional behavior. This was my first interaction with her, and I found her demeanor to be quite dismissive. When I inquired with another receptionist about the possibility of a doctor accommodating me for an appointment, the initial receptionist interjected with a curt response, stating, “no he can’t.” Furthermore, when I attempted to clarify my request, she remarked, “excuse me, I am talking to her, not you.” When I expressed my concern by saying, “I feel like you’re being rude to me,” her response was, “you can go and sit down or you can leave.” I believe this reaction was unwarranted, as I was merely asking a question and did not intend to be disrespectful. Her loud demeanor not only embarrassed me but also drew the attention of other patients in the waiting area. I am disappointed by her attitude and the manner in which she interacts with patients. Although I did not catch her name, I can describe her as tall with short, straight dark hair and an accent. I hope this feedback can contribute to improving the patient experience in the future. As a first time mum with a 2 month old, going to the Gp can be stressful as it is, this experience made things a lot more stressful for myself . I would appreciate if the general practice manager could address this. I’m happy to engage in a phone all to further discuss

Negative experience: They have a phone app where you log yourself in, and you can literally be the first one there, but aren't necessarily the next one to see the doctor because someone "sniped" you in the phone app. Totally Ridiculous. then the wait time could be up to 4 hours before you are seen.
Negative experience: I phoned the centre at 2.30pm on a weekday with a simple question that could not be answered using the App. Whilst on hold I read the online reviews of the centre. Since others had complained of waiting for more than one and a half hours for their call to be answered I hung up after 45 minutes. This is very poor service. What resources and training does this centre allocate to answering the phone?
Fantastic experience: Went in for first time to be greeted by Sarah. She helped me understand and setup the app for me to be able to make an appointment. Sarah was kind, patient and compassionate with her work. Great receptionist. Ps. The doctors are absolute twats with a paper that allows them to practice
Negative experience: What’s the point of booking an appointment if you still have to wait foreverrrr? The receptionist was unhelpful, and too busy gossiping to do their job. A complete waste of time , do not book an appointment and i will recommend just walk in and wait either way you have to wait forever. However experience with GP Dr Khalil was good as a first time patient , really helpful.
Negative experience: Wait for 2.5hrs on appointment for a doctor in front of his room and the doctor didn’t come out of the room for a single time. When asked the receptionist they say they don’t know if the doctor is even in his room
Negative experience: Comical - Waited for over 5 hours to see a doctor today at Our Medical Centre Gregory Hills, approaching 6 hours now and still waiting. The booking app is also pathetic, crashed five times causing further delay. This is a poorly managed medical centre, especially for a Saturday! The secretary on the desk at handover stated ‘good luck’ to her colleague and left. For what I was told that a wait for 1.5 - 2 hours, never again. Good luck….yeah right….lets talk about compassion fatigue now.
Negative experience: Never answer the phone. Always late with test results or they lose them. The pharmacist (female-older lady in white) is rude, I needed a cream for a rash (downstairs area) I questioned the cream as it had a foot image on the packaging and believed it was not the correct cream. She cut me off and said they’re all the same thing. I asked if it’s safe to use that cream down there ans there is a foot on the packaging and she said yes & continued to say it does the same job as any other cream and she’s been in the industry long enough (said it with attitude and in a condescending way. Well… I used that very cream she handed me for 24 hrs and the next day I woke up with oozing, stinging & extreme itchiness to the point that green ooz was leaking out & the skin down there broke out in a severe further rash. Had to rush to dr’s again and was told the cream given to me was the wrong cream and shouldn’t be used for the downstairs area. Thanks miss “I’ve been in the industry long enough”.
Negative experience: What a joke!! I've now been on hold for an hour and a half. It's not enough that you make an appointment only to wait over an hour, but to have to wait that long to have a call answered is a joke! I'm almost certain their phone lines are not that busy. I called at 4 and it's past 5 now, so does this mean they wont answer my call at all, since they "don't accept patient calls after 5?"
Negative experience: Two days in a row we sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours. The second day - after waiting 2 hours - there was still 8 in front of us with only 1 doctor on. Would not recommend to any of my family or friends.
Negative experience: Says they only answer the phones between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday but they don’t seem to answer between those hours either ♀️ This place is absolute dog shit. The wait time is outrageous and the doctors have no care factor.

Negative experience: The reception service is terrible. My 4 yr old was unwell, called them 5 times and was told are open till 10pm. I got there at 7:45pm with a 4yr old coughing non-stop with difficulty in breathing. I am told we are not taking any patient. I requested receptionist if she can consider a 4yr old as they promise on call that they prioritise patients. She said I didn’t make that promise and straight NO. Zero compassion for vulnerable patient. Very poor service!! Never going back to this shitty medical centre.
Negative experience: It would be a big fat zero in stars if I could mark it as such... Terrible service who turned patients away before their closing time. You don't tell someone that needs care to go to the hospital if it can be managed easily in your clinic, just don't be lazy in wanting to leave because your shift is nearly over. Stop being lazy.

Negative experience: Been going here for 4 years and has always been bad but always thought maybe i’m just over reacting but today was my breaking point, I have been going back and forth for the past week for results and answers and still have not received the medication I need, to only be sent back home because I need yet another test. I spend most of my weekends and even cost me days of work because the wait times are outrageous one Saturday I spent 6 hours waiting to be seen for a doctors certificate. The Health Department really need to have a hard look into this facility the doctors and staff you can already see by many reviews below that this is one of the worst medical in the local area. The doctor I had seen tonight was Dr Md Anwarul Islam, he spoke a full two sentences to me and my partner asking multiple questions and still not received the medication after a round of test and sent to do another test. The questions asked How will the medication help? What does the medication do? What do we have to do now? -He said “helps” Please do not go here save yourself 6 hours and go somewhere else!
Negative experience: I’ve been trying to call all morning , as I’ve missed a call. And no one seems to care to answer the phone. It’s a joke. Also the waits times are ridiculous, but you go back coz there only 2 decent doctors you want to see.

I was stressed about how to navigate through digital services to set up a membership in the app to check in, however, she patiently guided me through step by step on what to do. Her smile and enthusiasm to help assist me with it made my experience so much better as well as my day. Thankyou Sarah for your positive attitude, willingness to assist and kind smile. Also big thankyou so Sarah again for teaching and explaining to me how to navigate the app so I am able to use it confidently next time I need to check in.
Negative experience: I visited Our Medical Gregory Hills at 7 PM on Monday, February 3rd, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that patient care and professionalism were not a priority at this facility. The blonde receptionist on duty was extremely rude, speaking to patients in a condescending manner as if they were a burden. At first, I assumed she might have been having a tough interaction with a specific patient, but when it was my turn, despite approaching her with a smile and respect, I was met with a dismissive and cold response. A receptionist is the face of any medical centre, and this kind of unprofessionalism only adds stress to an already frustrating experience. On top of the poor customer service, the wait time was absolutely unacceptable. We arrived at 7 PM and were not seen by a doctor until 10:30 PM—a shocking three-and-a-half-hour wait. For a medical centre of this size, it is appalling that only two doctors were rostered for the entire night. Patients were left sitting for hours, many clearly unwell, and the lack of urgency or concern from staff made the experience even worse. As repeat customers, we’ve been patient with this centre before, but after this visit, we will make an effort never to return. No one should have to endure such long wait times while also being treated disrespectfully. If management truly values their patients, they need to reconsider their staffing levels and ensure that both front desk and medical staff are equipped to provide the care and professionalism that people deserve. A medical centre should be a place of comfort and support, not a source of additional stress. To the receptionist: If you truly dislike your job, being rude and unapproachable will not make it any better—for you or the patients. Perhaps it’s time to consider a different career path, one that doesn’t involve dealing with people who are already in need of care and compassion.
Negative experience: I live at Bringelly and have been coming here for a few years. Recently they started a booking ap, great idea, HOWEVER only works once you are inside the medical centre. Even 100m away the ap says you are too far away to make an appointment.. A very stupid system that the managing doctors (owners) don't want to change Does this reflect on the doctors ability, hope not. Looks like I need to change doctors.
Negative experience: Have tried to call this practice multiple times to provide a clinical handover regarding a patient. One time I was on hold for 45 minutes last year the second time when I called today they hung up after 5 minutes and third time I was on hold for 12 minutes before hanging up. I also sent an email regarding this handover last year and received no reply. This indicates poor clinical care as they do not respond to other clinicians and may miss valuable information about their patients.
Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Our Medical Centre Gregory Hills. The receptionists were extremely rude, unprofessional, and more interested in chatting with each other than assisting patients. They showed no concern for those waiting and provided zero helpful information. I came in for my daughter’s vaccination (she’s 18 months old) and opted for the first available doctor. Despite being next in line, I ended up waiting more than two hours. Dr. Maria Jelinek, who was supposed to see us, spent over an hour with another patient, which seemed completely unreasonable. The lack of communication from the receptionists made the situation even worse. After all the waiting, I finally left without being attended to. This level of service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. They need to seriously improve their professionalism and respect for patients’ time.
Negative experience: Today I went to go see my blood work and get a doctors note, not only did I wait 2hrs when it was clearly obvious that the medical centre was not busy. Also I was met with a receptionist that when I told her I wanted to change doctors for my appointment she simply just says go sit and wait for the same dr that I didn’t want to see for my appointment “he will call you up after he’s done with his notes” on top of that she claimed that he was just taking notes and he’ll call my name up next on the cue, 25 mins go by and I see that same doctor come out of the break room finishing his lunch and entering his office!!! Like why lie I’m not asking for an arm and a leg I asked for a simple request that I was denied + I waited 2hrs which alright I get that but to then lie to my face and say he’s just taking notes when he clearly was doing something else was not good way to respect customers plus if a doctor is having his lunch why not allocate the patient to another doctor why make him wait and suffer while other people who have only been here for less than an hour get called. To put it in simple (this system is very un-efficient and customer care quality is not factored at this practice)
Negative experience: We started going to our Medical as our family dr moved here from another surgery but we can never get a booking with him and when we do, he runs an hour and a half late anyway. Today I went in to see 1st available for a referral for an xray, get told it will take 24 hours for results, to then get a text an hour late that the results were ready and to come back in. I called to see if I can get results over the phone as they are a 20 minute drive away, bur they don't do this, I can however go to the surgery after 6pm to sit in a room and receive a call from a Gp with the results ? Time to find a new family dr at a different surgery.
Negative experience: Now I understand why they are given such bad review after my experience today. No answer after an hour, finally get a phone call lady rude and then she hangs up on me after telling me to go to the medical centre to reconfirm my appointment time ok she expects me to travel from city to gregory hills then back to city again. UMMMMM. I wonder what planet they are from.
Fantastic experience: The team at our Medical Centre in Gregory Hills are very service oriented and caring and I highly recommend their practice. I have had consultation with Dr Olumide and Dr Farah Syed and a couple of other Doctors as well and also appreciate that there’s a receptionist at the desk if anyone needs help outside of the app as well. Thanks to the team at Our Medical / Gregory Hills.
Negative experience: Poor customer service, receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Wait time is way too long. App is poorly designed. I was waiting till 9AM till 10:30AM - 14 people in front of me, then 2 people and it changed to 8 people. The receptionist told me I had 2 people then I waited another 30 mins, I went back to ask how many people left, she says 8. How does it go from 14 to only 2 people in front of me to now 8? The receptionist is very rude and has no idea what she is doing. Terrible medical centre - do not bother going here. Waste of time
Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for 6 months the doctors are great kind and respectful and the nurses is really amazing with immunisation she really knows what she’s doing I highly recommend her
Negative experience: The worst medical centre ever. After 1 hour of waiting the lady at reception told me I was on top of the list but the dr needed to go into a 1 hour meeting. After 1 and half hours of waiting the dr returned and called someone else in. I went to reception and they said I am definitely on top of the list but maybe the dr already had this file open so they couldn't see it and reassured me that i was next. So I waited again then the dr called another person again. No appointments can be booked to avoid this circus.
Negative experience: Horrible. These guys act like they dont have a phone and they cant answer. All they ever say is “use the app”. They even told my grandfather who is 86 to use the app. Absolutely shocking. Rude. Everytime i try and call i wait over 45mins and no answer. Rude receptionist.
Negative experience: Very rude and abrasive reception (noted Tuesday 7 Jan25 between 5 and 6pm) It seems patients are treated as if they are ignorant. Woman at reception refused to take my booking manually or even just update my Medicare card Said I should do it through the app, even thought I told her I am having issues with my phone. She then rudely said : "Give me your phone!, "No sorry you are not accessing my phone. So I chose to leave! Not very customer friendly, how do you expect others to speak to you respectfully.
Negative experience: Very disappointed. No service whatsoever and the app they force you to use is not fit for use. Example, if you set it up for a family only 1 gets a verification code sent. Good luck if your partner is not present. Hopeless describes this place best.
Fantastic experience: Chelsea at the reception is awesome as she is polite and respectful and answered all our questions with a smile . Doctor Kathir is very good and shows lot of empathy. Waiting time is the only concern.
Fantastic experience: Nurse Sharni at the triage room was absolutely incredible. She was so accomodating and helpful with my very attached 3 year old so I could get what tests I need done. Dr Haque has been the best doctor I’ve seen at this medical centre and the radiology team overall were so great and again helped with my daughter so I could get all my scans done. I’m very happy and grateful to the team there today.
Positive experience: Dr Muthiah kathirgamanaartha is very friendly , professional and takes his time to consult patients. His genuine care and dedication makes every visit a positive experience. He should work more days in the centre .
Negative experience: Went here tonight to get a medical certificate for Centrelink and the doctor refused and his excuse was he only knew me 5 minutes, it sounded complicated and it’s late on a Sunday night. I waited an hour for nothing. The doctor was dr khan.
Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience. I recently visited this medical centre and was appalled by the WORST service I received. Despite receiving a message on their app stating that my reports were ready and to come see a doctor, I was forced to choose the Telehealth option by the receptionist, when I arrived. After waiting for over an hour without receiving a call, I finally got a brief and rushed phone call from a staff member. To my surprise, she informed me that my reports would be available on the app, but when I checked, they weren't there. When I approached the receptionist to request a copy of my reports, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response. The receptionist (an Asian lady) bluntly refused to help me, citing that she had worked a lot that day. I'm thinking .. SERIOUSLY?? It's her job and she's getting paid for it!! I was then forced to book another appointment by her just to obtain a copy of my reports, despite having already discussed them over the phone. This experience was not only frustrating but also a waste of my time. I have never encountered such POOR service in Australia, and I strongly believe that this medical centre needs to be held accountable for their actions. The staff's lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable, and I would NOT recommend this medical centre to anyone.
Negative experience: I went to this place for a scan regarding a hernia. Surgeon made decisions based on the scan. During the operation, it was found that the scan was not accurate and surgery took much longer. I contacted them after the surgery. The response has been shocking. Apparently the only person who can deal with my complaint is on leave. This place should be closed down until all equipment is tested

Fantastic experience: You bulk bill which is a big thing in this financial climate. Most of your doctors are efficient and kind and offer good care to us patients. It would be even better if you had an appointment system, but overall, still good service. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: The nurse sharni was so lovely. She made me and my baby who was getting needles feel so comfortable. Dr lacey and Dr Ford are also such lovely caring doctors.

Her communication skills are exceptional, and she is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. Sally's positive attitude and warm smile create a comforting and inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks in. She goes above and beyond to assist patients efficiently and with genuine care. Highly recommend visiting this clinic, thanks to amazing staff like Sally!
Negative experience: Forced to use the APP!!!. After making an appointment, then only does the receptionist tell us there's a minimum wait of 2.5 hours. Asked her to cancel it to which the reply is she can't, the card payment is already done and we might get charged anyways. After waiting for an hour , wanted to change us to tele health. All over!
Fantastic experience: They have recently updated their Medical Centre app where we can find out how many people waiting infront of us. So we do not have to wait in the waiting room for 2-3 hrs. It is so helpful
