Fantastic experience: Dr Remone was referred to me from another dentist at ADC. I have seen 3 other dentists at the clinic so I was wary to change. Dr Remone has been nothing but pleasant and professional with his strategy to finalise my treatment plan. He shows empathy, listening to his clients and is very likeable. Fantastic experience: I have always enjoyed my experiences at Avenue Dental. Today my 4 year old son had his first appointment there and the staff worked very hard to make it a positive experience for him (and it was!). We both highly recommend Avenue Dental.

Negative experience: Firstly I was taken to wrong room with the wrong dentist after being prepared for treatment we realised he was talking to wrong patient. Laughed it off moved into another room with another dentist. The local anaesthetic was sooooo extremely painful - it felt like it was hitting my nerves , the pain was so intense my body was trembling in pain. I almost shot through the roof 5 times in servere pain. So bad so, I asked to stop the procedure and said I don’t want to go through with this. She said I must continue. It was honestly so bad. I’m not someone with a low pain threshold either. I was told I’ll give you a script for antibiotics incase you might need it. ( Not - you need to take this so you don’t get an infection) So I didn’t take the antibiotics because my instructions were incase you need it. it’s been 2 days and I have a swollen face and infection. I rang another dentist ( because I’ve lost trust in Avenue Dental ) and they said yes, always take the antibiotics , you need it after tooth extraction to avoid getting infection. Then rang the Avenue clinic told them I think I have an infection they said they couldn’t get me back into that clinic and said take nurofen - no mention of antibiotics. Worst dentist experience I’ve ever had ! Unorganised, not clean/ tidy, felt like I was being butchered and they don’t care It’s an absolute do not go there, from me !

Positive experience: Stacey was very friendly and calming and provided me with information about how to better care for my teeth - I was a little put off when the assistant didn’t acknowledge me when I entered the room, but seemed pleasant otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gladys and her assistant Glaidel are the best dentists I've ever been to. They both care so much. I'm autistic so I have sensory issues and anxiety, I was looked after in every single aspect possible to make sure I got everything I needed to done. Their flexible payment options, plans, and extra appointments to be able to pay off the work I had done was exemplary. Dr Gladys walked me through every single procedure and let me know anything that was gonna happen (weird sensations, tastes, etc) and made sure I knew that I could speak up at any point. If I ever felt any pain of discomfort, Dr Gladys and Glaidel went above and beyond to make sure I had pillows, my favorite movie, sensory toys, more numbing or just needed some more time to let the numbing do it's work. Fantastic experience: I had anxiety about presenting to Avenue Dental Caloundra for an emergency visit, I needn’t have worried. Dr Mark and Grace were fantastic. At every stage, I was well informed yet in complete control of my choices in treatment. This team’s main priority was to ensure 100% that my visit was stress and pain free. Which most certainly was achieved. But beyond that, the extra care in providing comfort, essential oils, and a goodies bag after treatment was way beyond the expectation of a dental clinic. They are always kind to the kids and always keep me (parent) informed about the types of procedures that are required. Fantastic experience: I attended Avenue Dental in Caloundra today as i had broken off more than half of one of my front teeth. As we were visiting from NSW i rang to see if i could get an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and booked me in at 10.40 am. I was fully expecting to loose the tooth but the dentist Dr. Jantz rebuilt the tooth. Thanks to him, Anna and the staff for looking after me. I fully recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I recently found myself needing to have a crown placed on one of my teeth. I was quite apprehensive about dentist's from previous bad experiences. However the team at Avenue Dental are so welcoming, professional and seem to go the extra mile to accommodate their client's/ patients. My Dentist Dr Jantz is dedicated and explained everything before and during the procedure, allaying all of my concerns. I would not hesitate in recommending him or the team at Avenue Dental for further assistance with regards to any Dental treatment in the future. I have been attending their surgery since 2009.

Fantastic experience: I had really bad anxiety from a previous dentist. It took 3 years to work up the courage to go back to a dentist and after reading good reviews about Avenue Dental Caloundra I booked an appointment to work out what needed to be done. We made the appointment to start the work and my anxiety was through the roof thinking about it. Dr Ramon and his assistant Erin were so calm and reassuring on the day and my dental appointment went flawless and I’m happy to go back for the final appointment and get it finished. The reception staff have been amazing throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: If you'd had told me two days ago that I'd be racing home from my appointment to leave a glowing review for a dentist, I'd never have believed you. I hadn't had a dental appointment in 6 years, and I was terrified to go into there to get my fillings. Luckily after meeting my dentist Mariana Pieri yesterday where she not only did my x-rays but fully bulk billed them to my health fund, I knew that the kindness and compassion I felt from her yesterday would continue into today. I just didn't know she would blow my mind yet again! Mariana is the most kind, empathetic and truly beautiful person I've met in a while, let alone dentist I've seen! She talked about my fears with me, took the time to make sure I was settled and relaxed and communicated with me through the whole hour long treatment in which she did a fantastic job on the 5 fillings she did. I've never experienced such customer service from a dental or, truly, any other medical practice and I had to jump online as quickly as possible to share this with the readers of Google, honestly five stars don't do this practice justice. I will definitely be recommending anybody and everybody to this dental practice... all of the reception staff were kind, accommodating, and just lovely people especially my dentist Mariana! Fantastic experience: Dr Kelly has been treating my daughter’s trauma related teeth for 2 years now and we have had the highest standard of care and attention you could ask for. Fantastic experience: My experience as a dental patient spans nearly seven decades and two continents, so I consider myself amply qualified to review a dental practice. I have been a patient of Avenue Dental for the past decade and I can say unreservedly that the skill, knowledge and support demonstrated by all staff is second to none. Most recently, I was treated by Dr. Remon Bebawy, a newcomer to the Caloundra team. After three treatments I found him to be a very skillful and knowledgeable dentist. He seemed genuinely interested in my health and the work he completed was, in my opinion, equal to any top treatment I’ve received here, or overseas. His ‘chair side’ manner is very reassuring as well. I hope he becomes a fixture at the Caloundra practice, knowing so many will enjoy better oral health as a result.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist. In 50 years I have done everything to avoid them. Then I was forced to go. Dr Kelly is the best dentist I have ever seen. And I’ve been around the world a couple of times. Hands down the most comfortable and easiest dental experience I have had and I actually did my last visit with a smile on my face. Then Dr Kelly fixed a mark on a front tooth that had been there 20 years. When I got home I actually smiled properly. I cannot recommend this business enough. It is a nice change to be able to sing the praises of a business who are professional and courteous and has the best dentist in the world as far as I’m concerned. Sounds over the top? If you knew how much I hated the dentist then for me to type this you’d understand.

Fantastic experience: I am on holidays in Caloundra when my tooth and gums started aching and I needed urgent attention and made an appointment at Avenue Dental Caloundra with Dr Remon Bebawy. My experience with Dr Remon Bebawy was amazing, he was extremely thorough with my examination and exceeded all my expectations. Dr Remon Bebawy explained all the work I required in detail ensuring I understood along the way. As it turned out my aching tooth was fractured and needed removal. He was extremely worried and was able to fit me in at short notice to remove my tooth. It was a lengthy process as the tooth was hard to remove but he kept me informed during the procedure. I was then contacted late in the afternoon by receptionist to ensure I was ok. Dr Remon Bebawy also contacted me today on Good Friday to check on my recovery. I highly recommend Dr Remon Bebawy and the entire staff at Avenue Dental Caloundra.

Fantastic experience: I have seen the team here at Avenue Caloundra twice now, (seeing Dr Gladys) and I can't speak highly enough about them. From meeting the receptions to the moment I left. Dr Gladys was kind, caring, explained everything in great detail, and was very thorough so I now know exactly what is happening with my teeth. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr Gladys.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this dentist. After being overlooked in the waiting room for 25 minutes due to a reception error, my initial dental checkup went well. However, the follow-up for teeth cleaning was problematic; The cleaning itself felt a bit rushed and incomplete and they told me I'd need a second appointment for root planning with anaesthesia for a perio check of 3mm. The dental nurse also made a comment that seemed to openly criticize the professionalism of the other dentist I had seen earlier, which made me a bit uncomfortable and led me to skip my next appointment in favor of finding a new dentist. While this practice might be suitable for those on a dental plan, I would not recommend it for cash-paying patients.

Fantastic experience: By far the most amazing experience I have had a dentist practise. Dr Akith, Bella and all the girls at reception are always so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Avenue Dental Caloundra has an amazing team! From the beautiful welcome and caring receptionists, to the first class Dentists and dental assistants, I highly recommend them! I've never had such a gentle and pain-free numbing needle in my life, and the I literally almost felt like I was at a salon. From the decor and atmosphere to uniforms and the beautiful smiles and friendliness. It was all 10 stars I will be having all my work done here from now on and referring everyone I know. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist I have ever seen. Maeghan was so professional and worked so fast and the nurse Lucy was so comforting through out the procedure. I’m so glad I don’t have to “dentist shop” anymore. It’s very comforting to be able to trust someone with your teeth and be confident about the end results.

Fantastic experience: We have just moved to the Sunshine Coast and I was looking for a dentist who knows how to work with kids so I called a few places and even met with a different dentist who initially said he can work fine with kids. I left this appointment feeling defeated until I called Avenue Dental. Upon arrival the staff at reception were so welcoming and not just to me but they acknowledged my daughter, and then I met the dentist Dr Kelly and her Assistant! Dr Kelly and her assistant were so warm and welcoming, they took time to get to know my daughter and explained each step to us both. I literally wanted to hug the dentist, she was so sweet and patient with my daughter. She is literally like a mother hen! I have now booked in my other daughter and we will continue to see Dr Kelly and the team at Avenue Dental. If you have a fussy child or just want the best for your little ones there is literally no other dentist like Dr Kelly. There was no long wait and they accept private health insurance ☺️

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, I felt calm and relaxed despite having a stubborn wisdom tooth extracted. It helped to have something to watch during the procedure. Definitely recommend Gladys if you're nervous about going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely impeccable services, reasonable dental pricing and very friendly and understanding customer service. The front counter staff are always cheerful to greet and Dr Mariana whom I visit is careful, precise and welcoming, ensuring each visit is comfortable and as pain free as possible. She also takes the time to explain what is happening and very supportive with sharing caring health advice. Will be returning for as long as I can for all my dental work. Fantastic experience: Dentist Kelly and assistant Chelsea were amazing! I felt very comfortable through the thorough consult and everything was explained. Kelly was very gentle with the clean which was great as I have very sensitive teeth.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gladys and EJ were amazing. Making my 9 year old feel very comfortable, although he had a serious injury. They worked diligently and went above and beyond to sort out a specialist for emergency surgery within the day. Truly appreciate the effort, forever grateful.
