The entire staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made me feel at ease, so much that I started to nod in the waiting room. What really stood out to me was how transparent they were about billing—everything was explained clearly before any work was done, with no surprise charges, which has not always been the case at other places I’ve been to. I was surprised and became refreshing to find a place that values both excellent care and honest communication. I’m glad I found this office and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bhavna Tikka has been looking after my partner and I for over 3 years now and she is a big reason why we have stayed with First Impressions Altone. She is super friendly and professional. She explains what we're doing right and what we could be doing better in such a caring manner. Very approachable and comfortable to be around. Also the front desk/reception staff like Iris are also helpful and friendly. Very greatful to have found this clinic and super bonus that they are close to home.

Appointment ran on time, reception was warm and friendly, dentist was professional welcoming and knowledgeable, dental assistant was kind and helpful. My 3 children all had a great experience with a tv show to watch on the ceiling to settle their nerves (which they tend to have at previous dentist). Quoted us on everything prior. Affordable pricing. Gave great feedback on oral health care options and pricing with realistic outcomes. Hygienic and clean facilities. Relaxing reception room. Definitely not after your money but a dental centre wanting to provide a great service to their patients. Haven’t had such a lovely dental experience in quite sometime. Happy to call this my families new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Took my son here for what they call "shark teeth" baby teeth would not budge/fall out. All dentists here I have personally seen either with myself or my children, they were amazing, gentle and constantly reassured my son during the whole process. Both teeth removed with no screaming and very little crying. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this practice. I won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Arrived from overseas and lost part of a filling. First thing Monday morning was looking for a dentist and walked into First Impression and was able to get an appointment for just over an hour ahead. Dentist looked, took photos and advised that she could provide a temporary filling or repair the whole tooth. I opted for a temporary filling and will get my UK dentist to do what is necessary on the NHS. First class service from the whole team and would recommend them HIGHLY. I just need to keep away from toffee.

Negative experience: Recieved a very poor experience here. After booking online to see a dentist at 9am and arriving for my appointment I'm told 10 minutes after that the system has 'messed up' and that dentist is unavailable until 11am. Having taken time off work to attend the clinic and offered no real alternative other than to wait 2 hours, the preferable option would have been to see another clinician. The better customer service outcome would have been to offer to see another clinician for 5 minutes rather than pass the issue onto me as the customer. Won't be back and won't be encouraging people I know to attend

Fantastic experience: All these reviews are true, this dentist is absolutely fantastic! Was a bit nervous going to debtists however these guys were great. Appt on time (how amazing!), general check up an clean was 35mins and the dentist showed me photos of my teeth and said everything was looking good. Gave me some tips, suggest some dental cleaning supplies I could take home with me and was out of there. Will be back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a couple times to Altone Dentist and each time I’m always more than happy with the quality of service performed as well as how caring and kind the staff are. Dr Tikka is absolutely amazing at what she does, informative as well as supportive. (I’m genuinely always nervous about getting dental work done but her and her team always complete jobs pain free and as comfortable as possible)

Fantastic experience: These guys are fantastic dentists, never been before and everyone was nice and professional and as someone who has not been to a dentist in awhile made me confident in going again. I recommend going here if you have HBF health insurance as they have a special deal going on at the moment for teeth cleaning.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my review isn’t going to be as kind as the others on here. I’ve been to this dentist three times and each time they seemed more concerned about payment than they did my teeth. I went in there yesterday for my 9.20 appt and THREE chronically painful back teeth, one being a wisdom tooth. Not only was I told when I arrived that I’d have to wait 20 minutes in severe pain because they were running behind but they could’ve had the decency to call me and let me know. I understand delays but they knew I was in a lot of pain and seemed more concerned about whether I could pay or not and showed very little sympathy. I went back to day because they needed another form for urgent care and was told they had no appointments available for urgent treatment forms. So I left again in severe pain and in tears. They wanted to charge me extra for X-rays and it just kept adding up. So I had to search for another dentist and luckily I found a kind and caring dentist who extracted all three teeth at once with very little pain. I was in there for two hours and was told my teeth were very badly infected, something Altone Dentist ignored and pretty much sent me on my way in a terrible state. No concern or compassion whatsoever. I will never go there again. They couldn’t care less and it seems getting their money was more important than a patients distress and being in chronic pain. I’m so grateful I found Malaga Dental they were kind, compassionate and put my mind at ease and just took them out straight away and cleaned the badly infected areas which Altone completely ignored. No duty of care whatsoever. I don’t like giving bad reviews and it takes me a lot to do this but I feel that each time I’ve left this surgery I’m upset and disheartened and totally justified giving this review.

Fantastic experience: I lost half a tooth had excruciating nerve pain. I booked in as a new patient and saw Dr Tikka. Within 90 minutes I had a filling, no more pain and a game plan to save that tooth. I highly recommend this clinic. They were sensitive to my situation. Efficient. Well organised. Everything runs smoothly from the booking to the appointment to the follow up. I feel I will be a patient here for a long time. As long as I have teeth!

Being a mum this situation can be very distressing but dr Cindy was still able to complete my clean Thank you .
