Fantastic experience: Dentist very professional and very caring.

Negative experience: I was a bit disappointed because I came today - for 2 fillings which was recommended by the previous dentist who had attended to me on my last visit , so no filling done, I just had cleaning done, but on that note the staff were very helpful and friendly

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!! My dentist is focused on my well being. They inform me what they are doing before they do it, they prioritise my comfort and do not set out to hurt me. They work as an effective team with their nurses. When i moved to north Queensland i would book in appointments with Redbank Dental whenever I was coming down to visit family or attend the university. They are an amazing group of dentists! The receptionists are friendly and very welcoming too! I highly recommend Redbank Dental to anyone who feels nervous about going to the dentist.

Prior to coming to this Surgery I was a 10/10 for fear of ‘seeing the dentist’, but that was gone from my very first visit. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs to see a dentist. Negative experience: I’ve been going to this Dentist practice for about 10 years and have gotten major dentistry such as root canal work, crowns and an implant. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there and have never been short or late to pay. For the last couple of years I’ve paid with Afterpay as it’s more convenient for me. For my latest appointment they called me demanding a deposit before I could come in so I had to cancel the appointment and I will be seeing another Dentist instead. If they have instituted this practice because people aren’t paying they shouldn’t penalise good customers who always pay. I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: My allocated dentist was running behind schedule, so they actually rang to let me know, though unfortunately I was already on my way there. When I arrived, they had organised for another dentist to see me, which meant my afternoon could continue as normal, with no change to child pickup time. My new dentist was caring and gentle, and the lady behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. I have been attending this Dental Centre for 15 years, and all my children are also now patients. Highly recommend them.

The atmosphere was clean, friendly and very professional. I was impressed by Dr. Stephanie Huynh and miss Heather who worked well with my 8yo son. Dr. Huynh made sure my son understood what she was about to do and that he felt comfortable. I'm definitely taking my family back to this clinic for all our dental needs.

Negative experience: My husband went to get a quote for his teeth ( chronic pain and can't eat) was hoping to to get some help with super released under compassionate release to have all his teeth fixed possibly dentures. The dentist said no ato won't release the money to you because to many people get the money and do other things the super has to go to them, which is a lie as I got my super release for my teeth and it came to me to pay for my treatment. He left there with no quote, no referral, and no outcome. Very disappointed with the attitude of this dentist. How ever, have found another dentist that will guide my husband through the super release. Will not be going back to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: The entire team at Redbank Dental Centre are truly wonderful! My entire family have been going for many many years for a range of dental needs i.e. check-ups, crowns, fillings and dentures. We've always left after every visit feeling like we've been looked after. Often I would go with my parents to help translate as English is their second language and the team have been so patient, caring, understanding and welcoming every time. We have been looked after by various receptionists/admin team members, dentists, hygienists and a denture specialist and the level of professionalism, care and quality expertise have been so consistent and of high standards. My partner and I choose to travel from the Northside to Redbank Dental because it is 100% worth it. I highly rate these guys! Thank you so much for all that you do, I'm very grateful. And I rebooked there for my on going treatment after he gave me options I was more than happy to rebook

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been attending Redbank Dental Centre for approximately 18 years. I would NEVER go anywhere else. Our adult daughter and 15 yr old son have never had any fear of going to the dentist and this is all thanks to these guys. We first found them when living at Bellbird Park and having bad experiences with the school dentist with our now adult daughter. We now live in Karalee and still travel to Kruger to see them. The treatment, kindness, compassion and care is far superior to any other dentist I have dealt with in my 40+years. If you attend Redbank Dental you will never go anywhere else. I would recommend these guys to anyone that would listen and have referred so many others here. Everyone including reception are amazing in this practice. You will never be disappointed with the service here.

I have had previous really bad experiences with dentists and suffer from very bad anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist . This visit was the best I’ve ever had, everything was explained so well and in a way that I understood well. I highly recommend Redbank Dental. Edit- I’ve also had Dr Stephanie and Dr Dean do 3fillings for me and both have been amazing and really put me at ease and talked me through the process. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!!

Fantastic experience: It's a good place, been going for decades. They have friendly staff, very clean and tidy facilities. I have been scared to go in when I had a rough dentist 15yrs ago, but it's been redeemed by the 3 other dentist I've been seen by since then at this location. All were gentle and communicated well. I generally just get cleans and fillings but I've been seen on emergency for a broken tooth at short notice. They did a great job, clear aftercare instructions. The dental hygienist I have now is really great, she takes the extra steps to make fillings look and feel like my real teeth in that area. I think I've rated them 5 stars for several years now consistently

Negative experience: Very happy with the service so far, they have had to get extra approval for my dentures n they have done the paperwork n followed it thru so I wasn't waiting for ever. They have explained everything to me each time I have had an appointment n they are always on time no waiting so very prompt n friendly. Olivia has gone above n beyond to get what I want in the way of dentures. She listened to me n then explained how it had to be n then spoke to her boss n came back with the good news that instead of having dentures on plates top n bottom I could just get the 2 teeth that I wanted so I can smile again on a small plate with wire. So I am one very happy customer. Thank you Olivia n the rest of the staff at Redbank Dental. Unfortunately I am still waiting for my dentures, I have not heard from them n wen I rung to ask wat was happening I was told to ring Oral Health myself n ask them even tho they had been dealing with the paperwork. Wen talking to Oral Health they said they had been sent a bill for the completion of my work.... so I am now waiting to see a Dentist in Ipswich. Wat started off good did not end the same unfortunately. It's been over 2 months since I heard from Redbank Dentist, I am disappointed
