Fantastic experience: I took my mum to see Dr James Sung this afternoon, I picked this dental center due to its extraordinary google reviews and the reception girl Mira convinced me too, because of her not only friendly but also highly professional phone manners. I was a bit suspicious that there might be some fake reviews as how could one get flawless reviews? Well, here I am right after the visit. I am sitting in front of the computer and would like to give a 10 out of 10 reviews straight away. The center was quite clean, the reception girls were very nice and professional. The treatment room was so well maintained and clean. Dr James Sung has a very good manner and sense of humor, he knows how to build a rapport with patients and patients' families. He made you at ease. He was so patient and gentle with my mum. His dentist assistant, a sweet girl, was quite good too, the most important value for a dentist for sure it's the skill and my mum said Dr James Sung is the best dentist she ever has from both overseas and in Sydney from her decades experience with different dentists.
