Negative experience: Once again, a horrific experience. No clear warning which doctors bulk bill (probably none of them anymore!) lined up to check in for 15 minutes which is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and was then hit with a surprise $85 bill. Disgusting practice and terrible service
Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service, 30min being first in the queue. Are you telling me no one answered the phone for half an hour?? Or that someone had a 30 min conversation with the receptionist? Totally appalling.
Negative experience: You guys are normally really good, but you don’t call people back after being on hold for 15mins or more, I tried calling yesterday 2/07/25 waited 15mins then kicked me off and said you would call back you didn’t tried again this morning 3/07/25 wait another 15mins then got kicked off and said you would call back I’m still waiting for the call back.
Negative experience: This has to be the worst Doctors ever!! On hold for 15 minutes without being asked only to then have recording say we can call you back, that would be helpful at the start instead of wasting your time. The joy doesn't stop there when you speak to someone they are very unprofessional and rude. It takes about the same time to check in for appointment. An absolute cowboy operation from start to finish!!
Negative experience: Do not see dr siddarth kadidal viswanath, they offered to give me a unneeded vaginal exam in exchange of me getting a pill sooner which I said no to because it seemed off or going for a xray and it take longer. I called up places for a xray they told me there is no reason or purpose in me getting one because it wasn't far alone enough to see anything so it would be a waste of money, that a vaginal exam isn't at all needed and I should report them as soon as possible.

Negative experience: My husband had severe pressure pain in his eye went in as a walk in patient didn’t wait too long maybe 30 mins. He got Dr Olumide Odebajo who looked at his eye while hubby was sitting on the chair Dr Odebajo had a quick look with the light said “no can’t see anything go to the ED” what a waste of time and money. No care what so ever not even pain relief eye drops nothing!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Medical Centre for several years and it has exceeded my expectations. The Reception staff are always professional and courteous even during busy times. I have seen the same doctor for over five years and this continuity is rare and appreciated. Blood tests are available at the centre as well as xrays, scans etc. Very happy.

Fantastic experience: Came into Urgent care after ED said we’d be in for many hours of wait time. Was seen to about 15 minutes of arriving and cannot say enough about the service. I had gotten my ring stuck on my finger and after numerous attempts myself I decided getting it cut off was best. I unfortunately can’t remember her name but the nurse who tended to me was awesome. Professional, sweet, caring and just an absolute magician. She asked if she could try one time to get my ring off without having to cut it and I consented. Took maybe 3 minutes and she’d managed to get the ring off. I was really impressed and relieved. Thankyou so much Barb

Negative experience: I only ever go here as a last resort. Don’t even bother trying to call, you’ll be on hold for hours. Doctors are a mixed bag. This has been a problem for years (I’ve been attending this practice for over 10 years).
Negative experience: Genuinely one of the worst medical practices in the state. Reception has no clue what they’re doing leaving patients sitting for hours on end only to be told “ oh we actually didn’t check you in” no apology no rectification just a simple “ we can check you in now but it will be another hour wait”. 9/10 the doctors at this practice will misdiagnose you anyway as they’ve clearly received their medical license out of a cereal box so don’t waste your time. Find a better “ practice”
Negative experience: The reception service experience was unpleasant, strongly transactional, there was no care for patient /customer feel in the interaction. The doctor left early and we tried to phone you so you can wait to see that doctor you booked next week or you can see another doctor today. Upon asking the reception which number they phoned because no phone calls were received - her response I don’t know what number was dialled so you can tell me your number. I would expect the staff to be more alert and empathetic to a patient / customer of the need to see doctor as and when booked for given the medical attention needed - why re offer to see doctor next week if someone is in need of medical attention. And in offering the second option to see another doctor on the day - it would be thoughtful and considerate to offer options to a patient / customer a list of doctors to see. Complete the form on the table, having done that and then told down the corridor to room number xyz. Does it cost for the staff to apologise for the inconvenience with doctor changing and explaining time it would take to wait. Why set up appointment and charge patients yet the wait time is ever so long. Be realistic and considerate and make it work both ways better because it seems very one sided and transactional. Consider the personal element in the medical visit to doctors as part of the recovery / getting better stories.
Negative experience: When a child is refused medical care for tonsillitis without a rat test, what happens if you don’t have funds when your child gets sick, I did luckily that day. How can sick people have rights to medical care well not according to this surgery. Making a complaint to the medical board.
Negative experience: Absolute joke .. the booked me appointment for 10 minutes after closing time on a public holiday. The appointment was for a mental health assessment and to create a mental health plan , now if that’s not bad enouf the fact I arrived at the destination to find it was closed after I had tried to contact them to make sure it was open. I was put on hold until the centre closed for the day . Whoever operating this clinic needs to have a long hard think on what they want to be doing in life because this is unacceptable

Negative experience: I just hung up as I need to go to work. Called at 7 am. Kept being told there was 1 in the queue for 32 minutes. I don’t have a choice. I can’t book my particular apt online. This is crazy
Negative experience: I waited for more than an hour to speak with your administrator at the nearby medical center, and I was appalled by the way they interacted with a fellow practice manager. When I commented on waitime " i got a yeah i know " The conversation was not only unprofessional, but it also failed to provide any assistance or solutions. This experience highlights a critical need for comprehensive staff training focused on effective communication skills and professional etiquette when engaging with colleagues. It is essential for fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Negative experience: Horrible service. I will start by saying, I work as an allied health professional for Access Cardiology. The experience I had with this medical center is absurd and needs to be looked at by management. Firstly, how is there a 50 minute wait time on your priority healthcare line? None of us have 50 minutes to wait on hold and our phone calls don't last this long. Clearly needs more staff to attend to these calls. Secondly, the option of "click 1, and we will call you back, you will not lose your place in line" is a joke, because I tried using that option on 3 different occasions and never received a call back. Finally, we tried to contact this medical center on 5 different occasions as the referral letter that was sent by one of your own doctors did not have their details on it neither did it have the medical centre from which it came from (had to ask the patient). The first time, I could not get through, thus asked the patient to kindly visit and ask them to sign it. The second time, the patient went in , requested the doctors signature, the doctor signed it, and the patient was told it will now be sent to us. It was not sent. Third time, again the patient went in and was told that it was sent, and this time, the original document with no signature was sent again. 4th time, I tried to call again, was on hold for another hour to which I gave up again. Lastly, on my off day, I decided to wait and see how long it would take for someone to actually pick up. 1 hour and 24 minutes is the answer ON THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL LINE. After that, I was greeted by the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to who first told me, the doctor has left nothing to do, then I had to explain to her that there has to be a signed ref on file as the patient was told that the doctor had written a second referral with his signature. The receptionist proceeds to sigh and finally asks for the patients details. Upon opening it, she is adamant that they have sent it, and when I told her that they sent the wrong document, I got told "dude look I legit see infront of me that we sent it", I asked her to resend it again with the signature to which again a huge sigh and finally it was sent. 5 different occasions, 2 patient visits and 5 hours of wait time and the rudest interaction I have ever seen is not acceptable just to get a valid referral to help YOUR OWN GP. I also should not have to train your own staff on how to locate and check a patients file to see if the right document has been sent. Your wait times are unacceptable, your receptionists behavior is unacceptable and your patient care is incredibly unprofessional. Management needs to hire more staff to deal with your wait times and train your staff to be respectful even in stressful situations. If this is how you guys treat other healthcare professionals, I can only wonder how you treat your patients. I've passed this whole interaction onto our management team aswell as I do not want to have to deal with you guys in the future.
Fantastic experience: Went in today and had to have bloods taken, a lady called Karen took my blood sample and was amazing. I let her know that I was a bit fragile when it came to needles but her reassuring manner and patient understanding made what previously bad experiences I've had a walk in the park. I know who I'll be asking for next time I need blood taken.

Negative experience: $85 (week)for a appointment rebook another but didn't inform me of extra cost of $105 (weekend). Some doctors are ok others don't even get back to you. And different sections ie radiology and doctors don't talk to one another and they are in the same bloody building

Negative experience: So far waiting over an hour to see a GP. Disrespectful to patients, especially patients who have children or babies! The ‘Urgent Care’ has a sign up saying two hour wait. I don’t know know in what scenario that would be classified as urgent care. Absolute joke of a medical system!!
Negative experience: Been a patient for 10yrs don't know how many Dr I have had in that time am85and just when I require help can't walk to far now and now they won't supply me with repeat scripts unless I go in their rules.so much for helping the elderly.will have to find another doctor

Negative experience: I found the new setup awkward when trying to book an infusion at the nurses station. The younger nurse rudely informed me that if I took my oral meds correctly, I wouldn't need an infusion. Then the older RN informed me about a Saline stock issue.

Positive experience: This has been my centre for a long time and in many ways its great. Over the past few months the wait to check in at reception is ridiculous, there must have been over 25 people lined up this morning! They need to get more experienced reception staff. Also get rid of all the personal soft toys and tat on the reception desk, it's a place of business. Once you get past reception it's good.

Negative experience: Trying to call since 10.48am this morning it's now 2.15pm and no answer even with the call backs I still have not spoken to anyone. Ridiculous.
Negative experience: Dr Juan King Tan completely wasted my time. Had every opportunity during my first appointment for him to say he couldn't help me with my issue. But made me set up another appointment just to tell me that instead.

Negative experience: I've just called the medical centre and was told by the answering machine that I have an 11 HOUR wait time. I thought there must be something wrong so, I called back and was told by the same machine, I now had an 11 HOUR AND 41 Second WAIT....LOL what a joke this medical centre has become! All I want to know is when are they sending my Dr letter through that i called about yesterday? I've been going there for 13 years and it has never been this bad. From sick people waiting in long lines to book in for thier appointments, and waiting for long winded receptionist to call them is a disgrace, to making money out of everything. You shouldn't have to pay to get the results of tests. Shameful! Bring back the self check in machines for concession card holders. As its quicker to get in my car and drive there then to try calling you, I'll see you shortly with a petrol invoice for you to pay me

Negative experience: I’m not sure what I just paid $117 for , a phone conversation which was an hour late and lasted 1 minute and 38 seconds I then had to wait three hours for a script to come through , a script for what I’m not sure I don’t even think the doctor would know It’s negligent and dangerous

Negative experience: Will start by saying that the reception/admin team are always very friendly and helpful. Previously had no major issues with the doctors here, having been a patient of the practice for over 10 years. However, I made the grave mistake of booking an appointment with Dr Olufemi Taiwo as my regular GP was not available. Unkind, unfriendly and unenthusiastic - just a few words I’d use to describe him. No help whatsoever. Didn’t offer to help with my issue at all, just told me to see my regular GP and showed me to the door! Dr Taiwo - I’m not sure why you are practising medicine if this how you want to treat your patients. If you dislike your job that much, just quit. I will be contacting the management of this practice. Please avoid this doctor at all costs.
Negative experience: I received a handover/referral form for my son from the child health nurse at the local clinic we attend. The instruction was to hand the form to a GP to review and send a referral to a specialist. I booked an appointment with Justina Taiwo as her bio on hot doc said her interests included paediatrics. Justina showed zero care. I was laughed at as I didn’t know where the referral was to be sent. I asked if it could be sent to Perth Childrens Hospital or Rockingham hospital’s paediatrics unit as he was born there, and she laughed and said no. Told me if was “my duty of care as a mother” to research places in my own time as she doesn’t have the time to do so. I questioned that surely there’s a list where you search specific conditions which would then direct you to the specialist. Eventually Justina showed me a list of places saying “you want me to contact all these for you, I have other patients to see” to which I said I had booked a standard consultation so she had time within my appointment to call to confirm if need be. Justina has sent a referral to a bogus place, as I have called and no answer. Doesn’t even show on Google. I have had $83 deducted from my Medicare, for what? No care was provided and no referral sent. I was laughed at and belittled by someone who apparently has interests in “womens health” and “paediatrics”. Justina didn’t even check my sons condition at all, no care or concern was shown.
Negative experience: Dr Sid is my GP he is one of the best i have seen.
Negative experience: Unfortunately the receptionist was rude/condescending. Been to the Doctor a couple of times when I can't get into my regular Doctor. Seemed to lack knowledge or understanding regarding mental health disorders and medication required to assist with Bi Polar and BPD. Would not prescribe medication due to being a "drug of dependence" but unfortunately due to the mental health disorders I have, they are required. Has previously prescribed myself "drug of dependence" so unsure why it was rejected this time. Further stigma when it comes to mental health disorders and getting help. Disappointing. Also, appointment is rushed and doesn't seem to care at all.
Negative experience: I called 8 o’clock requested a Callback 815 was received. Waited for an hour every time I was told three minutes I won’t be calling back again.

Negative experience: Disgusting rude arrogant didn't assist or check my son just gave pain killers sent him on his way very unprofessional and far as I'm concerned shouldn't be a doctor also prescribed me with wrong prescription to begin with when going back to request for right prescription he denied us and rudely kicked us out with out assistanting us at all once again, he's the dr that does urgent care with glasses putting formal complaint in about him
Negative experience: Wow! Talk about greedy, disinterested Doctors. I've been to this practise a few times and each time I've come out thinking, never again. A relative booked an appointment for a Fit For Work certificate. She booked a bulk bill appointment and was charged $90 on top for a 30 second certificate. That's 3 appointments, for the same issue, charged at $90 each time. This practise certainly goes by the "quantity, not quality" ethos. Greedy.
Negative experience: Trying to call them has been a terrible experience. I tried yesterday and they said wait time 26 min which is ridiculous. I am currently on hold and it started with 13 min wait time and I have been on hold for an hour now. How are people suppose to reach these people if the reception aren't doing their jobs properly. There are atleast 6 receptionist usually when I go in and don't tell me that all of them are busy. Pick up the phones.

Fantastic experience: I am updating my review. Three years ago I came to this centre with a lump on my breast. My dr at the time - Dr Suzanne Rezvani (I hope you see this) was amazing. She got me straight in for a scan and called me immediately just before Christmas to let me know a follow up appointment was urgent. The result ended up being breast cancer. I am thankful every day I listened to her advice and I am still here. Thank you so much! I highly recommend her as a doctor and thank Rockingham for their ongoing care of me until I moved away and had to move to a new dr surgery.

Negative experience: I just saw a doctor Suzanne rezvani About some issues I’ve had for awhile, And she literally asked me what do you want me to do about it?, my experience with her was unbelievable. I was in shock. She was raising her voice at me and wanted to know about my medical history regarding this as she said she didn’t know she wasn’t there. I asked isn’t it on the computer and she said don’t you know ? I asked about having bloods taken as I was concerned maybe diabetes but she said we only do those tests once a year and you’ve had them in July.she had me in tears and I just left her office. I didn’t go there for her to be rude and raise her voice at me and ask me what I wanted her to do. Worst doctor experience of my life very rude abrupt lady

Negative experience: Have seen the same doctor many times covered in under concession and without warning am told I have to pay $105 and it’s still advertised on your website that concession is covered!! I would not have booked this otherwise as paying $105 for a script and a blood test is rediculous out of the blue!!!! Will be finding a new center

Negative experience: i have a wonderful GP Dr sid. however the receptionists are horrible. phone call wait times are over an hour long every single time i call them. when asking a question to the lady at reception she completely ignored me & dismissed me. giving me a foul look. this once again isn’t the first time. such a shame this place has gone down the drain as i like the doctor i see.

Negative experience: Make booking to my son 2 years old, bulk billing and went to the appointment and they said I cancelled the appointment and need to see a another doctor and pay 85$. They just steal your money. Stop going there. Go somewhere else you can trust. Won't go there again.

Negative experience: My god what a show that place is! Tried to call prior to my 83 year old stepfathers appt to see if wheel chairs are available as he has limited mobility due to recent accident and it’s a hike getting to the surgery from the disabled parking he HAD to have appt to see his Dr. When calling to enquire phone message one 1hr for my call to be answered! Are you frigin serious! Then arrive and there’s 5 receptionist’s, no hast in checking in patients, private chats amongst each other, no efficiency. I questioned why an hour wait for my call to be answered “we’re understaffed!” I was a Practice Manager at a busy medical centre and what I experienced today was woeful and seeing other reviews the issue is ongoing! If I had my way my stepfather would never return it’s just a hot mess but his Dr of 35 years has been transferred there. Set up a better system, and maybe your poor receptionist’s would be questioned regarding the lack of patient and customer service and don’t respond to my review with “thank you for your feedback we will look to improve” you should be ashamed at the lack of service!
Negative experience: Been on hold for 30mins and the estimate wait time is still 1hour and 58mins, it has not changed since I first called. Unfortunately I have to call to book a telephone consultation with my daughter’s doctor it won’t let me do it online.

Positive experience: Waiting for a nurse to administer an injection that only takes 3mins max was ridiculous. 1 nurse came out & advised they had no beds so most had to wait I went up & asked another do I need to wait because I don’t need a bed I only need to have an injection yea because we don’t have beds I don’t need a bed listen glue ear! Waiting for a nurse took longer than waiting for a doctor. Here’s some feed back if someone has a prescription example injection that needs to be administered but see a doctor 1’st then it would be more less time consuming had they just administered it themselves but also nurses could come out & check what patients are needing to be done as it may not take long & so the room isn’t being full with patients.

Negative experience: “Dr Athena Andrew’s” completely and utterly disrespected my best friend and her daughter after they could not book a gp appointment, her daughter had a temp of 39 degrees along with vomiting she was not well at all and instead of addressing the problems this 4 yr old girl had she turned it onto the mother after seeing a bruise and accused her of abusing her daughter the bruises were on her shin from riding a scooter “dr Athena” then forcefully pulled down her pants to “check her bum for bruises” along with that she ripped her neck around causing her to cry from pain. This woman is no doctor, doctors are kind, caring people that always keep their patients needs in mind over anything else. I’ve knows the mother for years on end and I’ve never seen her in the state this doctor left her in ever. Avoid this “doctor” at all costs!

Negative experience: They have started the absolutely ridiculous system of you need to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment otherwise they won’t check you in. I was on crutches and was turned away for arriving 30 minutes before. I then had to sit and wait for 10 minutes and then when I got up to checkin, the line was so long it took me twenty minutes to get to the front. I was in terrible pain and my foot started to swell very badly, as a result I suffered unnecessary pain because of this stupid system that achieves nothing.

Negative experience: Persistently, I encounter a waiting period of 5-15 minutes for check-in at each visit, despite no visible queue. It's apparent that an improvement in reception services would significantly enhance the efficiency and user experience at this center as it seems that the receptionists are frequently too engaged in personal conversations.

Fantastic experience: I brought my one year old daughter in late at night as she wasn’t well, and the lovely receptionist called the doctor to see if he was happy to see her (as it was a 2 hour wait for the urgent care clinic) and he did. I only had to wait 20 minutes, which isn’t bad at all considering he fit her in last minute. Huge thanks to the receptionist and Dr How Ping Wong for the prompt care we received. He was great with her, gave a script for some antibiotics and we were sent on our way. He also bulk billed her, which was a great bonus!

Negative experience: The level of incompetence is mind blowing. Final straw was inappropriate touching by a radiologist & being labelled a drug seeker coz I asked for an anti-inflamatory injection not opiods. Do not go here!!!

Fantastic experience: Amanda's kind approach ,excellent listening skills put me at ease. Thus is not my first visit. I feel very comfortable coming for an assessment with Amanda. This morning I thought " I hope Amanda us my nurse assessor" and she was. Yhankyou Amanda.

Negative experience: I had a Telehealth appointment scheduled for today to request a statement from Dr. Phyllis Tai regarding a previous referral made by her. After waiting on hold for an hour, a receptionist informed me that the doctor would call me shortly. After waiting another three hours, I was sent a consult fee for a consultation I was still waiting for. I contacted the reception again, and they explained that due to my circumstances, the payment was due before the consult. I explained that the fee was requested over two hours following my scheduled appointment time, and I had not yet received a call from the doctor for my consult. When the receptionist returned, she explained that the doctor would not honor my appointment as it was too “complex.” I further explained the simplicity of my appointment request, but the receptionist returned, sounding flustered, and reiterated that the doctor was refusing to honor my appointment. I was told the doctor is known to walk patients out of the consult and advise them to find another doctor. This is disgusting treatment from a health professional. The receptionist, however, was pleasant and understanding, and took steps to escalate the matter appropriately.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patu was very approachable. This was my first consultation with him. He was across my medical history with a previous doctor at the centre, and the process seemed quite seamless. He was able to explain medical options and was well-versed in the overall systems which can be quite daunting at times. Good job Carmichael Patu.

Negative experience: I called and requested to see a doctor that can provide a description for a MRI scan for my knee as per my physio request. The supposedly called doctor wrote a referral and when I went to the radiology place they said the MRI is not covered my Medicare because the doctor is not qualified. What a waste of my time and the money I had to pay for the consultation. Even 1 star is way more than this place deserves.

Negative experience: Just trying to ring to check appointment as didn't realise the card written out for my appointment is different to what was disgust when booking ,right time just wrong date so want to check ♀️have rang twice today first call it said would be a 2 hr wait and have just called now at 630pm to be told it will be a 4 hr wait just to answer a phone ♀️

Negative experience: I just gave up the will to live trying to call this practise. Don't even bother with the call back system, it told me current wait for call to be answered was 17 mins so I chose call back. They took way longer than the estimated time and then it kept cutting me off. When it eventually worked you still have to wait which seems ridiculous and I waited 16 minutes anyway!! What's the point? Totally put me off joining this practice so I've gone elsewhere

Positive experience: I will give 4 stars because its super convenient. Basically, the only one in Rockingham that is open daily and till 8pm. Here i will list down the pros and cons Pros: 1. Your one stop shop ‘hospital’. This venue has medical, dental, pharmacy, western radiology, lumus imaging and urgent care clinics. 2. Plenty of GPs, I counted up to 25 consultation rooms although not everyone is there at all times. 3. Super huge place. Plenty of chairs. 4. Triage rooms with nurses for both normal and urgent care clinic (two different setting) 5. Comfortable bathrooms 6. If you make an appointment, waiting is very minimal. Cons: 1. As I mentioned, this place is like a one-stop-shop establishment. Do not expect it to have a ‘family-GP’ vibe thing. I myself made an urgent appointment since my GP isnt open after hours. Here, people come and go. 2. I think the staffs here arent paid enough. Dont bother making chit chats with the receptions or nurses( they hardly respond) because I think they are super stress with workloads. Dont blame them. Well except for Annie in western radiology! 3. The surgery needs more lighting, the walkway is dim. 4. Does not provide water in the waiting room nor do they have any sort of television to reduce boredom of waiting especially children. Neutral: The practice has many foreign GPs. They have a different demeanors as we all have different backgrounds and upbringings. As a western society may find their interaction harsh or somewhat cold, at the end of the day they still carried their responsibility towards their patients. Its a win-win situation

Negative experience: Spare 15 to 20 minutes waiting in line when you check in. Doctors are good reception service is very bad. Plus, they wanted me wait in line again after my appointment just to get a record transfer form. They need to bring back the self check in system again.
Negative experience: Went there in an urgent situation - which a hospital emergency ward won’t take based on a past experience cos they require me to go to a GP and I could not book with my usual GP at short notice. I told the receptionist about my shoulder pain radiating to my arm suffered for years and paracetamols don’t work for me. Ibuprofen does . I have high pain tolerance so 6 years on pain without medication and doctors said there is nothing wrong but my body says otherwise. I asked if she could put me to the earliest GP as I suffered badly the previous night. She put me to a doctor at the farthest end of the building , i waited painfully for 1.5hrs. Then GP saw me, did not even check the left arm and shoulder and fingers after I told her the history from more than 6 years ago , took my blood pressure on right arm, and said she cannot give me anything except a referral to xray. I told her I already had CT scan, nerve test with a specialist, MRI and they said degenerative disc was seen, and nothing was done to fix the issue. I am in severe pain that’s why i came here cos I cannot work or sleep due to my arm. She just said, “I’m sorry for your pain but I am not allowed to prescribe narcotics and I don’t have clearance from the health department.” Facts in this consultation: - GP gets paid even without properly addressing my issue - Receptionist did not give me a qualified doctor who can help me with my issue - GP did not even try to pull out my records even if my usual GP also practices in same building, but fully booked for my urgent needs - GP added insult to my wound by prescribing me over the counter paracetamol without listening to what I said that pain is so severe paracetamol doesn’t work. I tried, obviously but not obvious enough for GP. - GP asked me for xray but did did not ask or consider how much scans I have gone thru’ in the past year alone for the other issues I already have. I guess more radiation is welcome. I barely take medication even when i have a migraine, I suffer for a whole day treating it with only water because I do not want to depend on medications. Even my scripts expire without me purchasing the medicines cos I stop immediately if not needed. My medical records must show it if the GP took time to check it. So when I go to doctors for pain, it is because it is unbearable for my strong pain tolerance. That’s why it is frustrating that the two times in 6 years I ran to a doctor for severe pain, the doctor is useless and did not listen and treated me like a drug addict looking for a quick fix. Maybe there are people out there who make up excuses but I have better things to do than pretend to be in pain to get something that as the GP said, “narcotics”. I was not after narcotics, I was after an urgent help so that I can continue to work and pay my bills and not end up a bludger of Centrelink. I did not get that help. I don’t have confidence in this facility .
Negative experience: Only having one receptionist checking people in is absolutely obsurd. I got to my appointment 10mins early and watched myself become late due to only one receptionist. Everybody's time is valuable not just the doctors
Negative experience: They recently boarded up waiting area. And took away the self check in. 6/7 people behind the reception/ check in desk. Only 1 checking in. They recommend arrive 15 mins for appointments. I’d say more like 25 to be safe. Doctors are good
Negative experience: I have been using Rockingham Medical and Dental for close to 10 years. However only having 1 receptionist checking in patients is absolutely ludicrous. I'm now almost 1hr late for my appointment which I arrived at the centre 15mins early for. Something needs to change asap.
Fantastic experience: I have to say, Dr Siti is an amazing doctor. She's so smart and took the time to explain a page of detailed scan results on my level. I know she'll be booked out soon and I'll be lucky to get in to see her!

Negative experience: My Dr is fantastic but today I came up against the new system where you must check in at front counter and pay before your appointment. This was being done by 1 receptionist and the line was around 20 people so we were all late to see our Drs On the way out your then expected to get back in the line ( now about 30 people) and check your payment is correct. Absolutely ridiculous make sure you have an extra hour for all this rubbish.
Negative experience: Arrived for a 12pm appointment, and at 12:51 went to enquire where the doctor was as no one had left or entered the room. The reception tried calling her, and I was told no one was there, and that she had gone home!!! Absolutely ridiculous - I had to get someone to watch my newborn baby so I could come to my appointment.
Fantastic experience: We are fortunate to have Dr Gagandeep kundal as our GP since last three years and we highly recommend him for his polite and understanding approach to our medical needs .Takes his time to listen and provide all options including good referrals ,medication and procedures

Negative experience: From trying to book an appointment over the phone to actually seeing a doctor is a whole lot more of a hassle than it ever should be. And 90% of the time it’s not worth the $75 + to see a doctor. First of all, I call and it rings and rings and rings, then I get an automated message and get put on hold. After 20 minutes of waiting I give up and call again thinking maybe you forgot. Another 20 minutes, I give it some time, 40 minutes. No one should be waiting more than 10 minutes to speak to reception and that’s being lenient. Even once I’ve booked the appointment and am waiting in line to check-in, the reception staff seem to be unable to keep up with the work flow. Phones are either being ignored the entire time, or there’s a line all the way down the stairs because they’re on the phone. There will be times when there are 3 people at reception and only 1 actively calling to people while the other 2 have their heads down in their computers all while there’s a huge line of people. Once past that ordeal it’s now time to wait over an hour past the scheduled appointment to see a doctor who has you “fixed up” in 2 minutes. (Eg: I went in to see what was wrong with my throat. The doctor waved the light over my mouth for a second and then handed me a script and sent me on my way.) Why is it taking an hour to see a doctor who seems to have everything sorted in under a minute? And then they have the audacity to charge you $75 dollars for that?? This could be a great place for a haunted house because I for one have nightmares. I’d like to not be anxious and also irritated when I need to see a doctor.
Positive experience: Ikechukwu Onwuegbuna is the rudest, nastiest doctor I've ever met. I was insulted out of the blue within 2 minutes of seeing him. Rest of the staff are lovely though.

Negative experience: A patient before me was waiting close to an hour past their scheduled appointment time due to the doctor discussing religion and politics through thin walls. I understand doctors running late, but there is a time and place for having personal, non-medical or health related conversations that impact several people who all have busy lives to live, especially when it is so close to the office’s closing time and you risk people with scheduled appointments not even being seen due to ‘enlightening’ hour-long conversations.

Negative experience: Ikechukwu Onwuegbuna and Olumide Odebajo Are the worst doctors I’ve ever seen so rude and arrogant. I went through something so devastating and all dr ikechukwu could say was “so what” it’s so unprofessional. and why should I pay $77 for a 2 minute phone call because they hang up on me every time I book a Telehealth consultation. They make comments about my weight because of some pain issue witch isn’t caused from “weight” Honestly this place is pathetic.
