Fantastic experience: First time patient at Primary Dental for an implant and found Mohammad and the team to be excellent

Fantastic experience: Love Dr Abdollah, have been seeing him since I moved to the coast , he's friendly, professional, honest and has a great demeanor, makes you feel comfortable as soon as you get there. He's a perfectionist and extremely great at his profession, you can tell he is passionate about what he does, and he does it well! I've sent colleagues his way when they've been disappointed with their existing dental providers, and they're converted. If you're looking for an incredible and gentle dentist, go see this one!

Fantastic experience: ***Edit*** more than 3 years after I first saw Dr Mohammad I had to take my toddler for their first trip to the dentist after a nasty fall face first and he was terrific with a toddler who did not want to open their mouth once they realised that's what we wanted. I wish I could add a second review because taking your kid to a dentist can be scarier than going yourself and everyone made it a breeze (except the toddler off)***Edit*** Mohammad and the team were very friendly and mindful of how uncomfortable going to the dentist can be. They worked to minimise any discomfort and communicated to you in such a way that you didn't feel you need to talk with hands in your mouth. By far this has been the best experience I have had with a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Kirin at reception was absolutely lovely, daisy did a drawing be they put it on the wall with pride, Dr Mohammad as always is really good with children and did a wonderful job.

Fantastic experience: Dr Abdollah has looked after my dental needs since I moved to a local retirement village recently. As a senior person, have appreciated his excellent skills, along with his attitude towards treatment. He could easily have insisted on some expensive dental treatments for me, but refrained, showing respect for my financial position. He was able to work with a broken tooth with a long history of damage. This tooth is still going well after 2 years. He checks it every visit to make sure it is OK. Another dentist may not have taken that approach. He always tells me "We will look after you", and has been true to his word. Kind, respectful, skilled and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a Dentist for a number of years but eventually I needed substantial dental treatment. I was very lucky to choose Dr. Mohammad Abdollah to replace my previous Dentist in Sydney and to date, am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism he has provided to me. He conducted a thorough consultation with me in the first instance and explained in great detail the options available to me, with due emphasis on necessary treatment. His (and his capable Assistant, Jennifer's) interactions with me at all times during the procedures have been very informative and calming, especially while the dental work was proceeding. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Mohammad for any and all dental requirements.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Mrunalini Ramini during my recent dental check-up and cleaning. She was thorough, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Her calm and friendly approach helped me feel at ease, and she clearly explained everything she was doing. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond when I was in pain from a root canal issue. She acted quickly, showed real care, and referred me to a specialist straight away. Fantastic experience: Mohammad is a fantastic skilled and thorough dentist with professionalism you can trust. I went for a molar extraction and he ensured it was quick and simple with no issues, came back 2 weeks later with it all healed. Highly recommend the dentistry.

Negative experience: I’ve never requested or wanted numbing topicals for dental cleaning appointments before, so I was rather surprised when the dentist said this was the first thing they would be doing. Between the general roughness of treatment and needing to wash the dried spit off my face when returning home from tools flicking around, I didn’t feel particularly well cared for. Previous dentists here have been fine, so I was reluctant to comment and hoped this would be feedback just to the dental team.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Dr Mohammad for a number of years. Every time I see him he makes you feel comfortable and gives you all options. If you are scared of needels don't be with Dr Mohammad...his extractions are unbelievable if this is what you need. They are super fast with zero pain and the recovery time is fast. I have never had any continuing ongoing pain and after a day or two you are back to normal...I honestly wish I could give this review 10 stars because he is brilliant...The nurses and counter staff are very professional and I cant recommend this practice highly enough...Peter

Fantastic experience: Dr Abdollah was fantastic! I went in to have one of my lower wisdom teeth removed, and was in a fair bit of pain. We agreed to remove the lower and upper wisdom tooth on the same side in one go. Dr Abdollah was funny, patient and professional- and the nursing team and reception staff were great too! Both teeth came out no problems, and glad to be out of pain. Whole process took 20 mins! Big thanks to Dr Abdollah and the team

Got a filling done on a broken tooth and it was the quickest and most painless one I have ever had. Fantastic experience: I went in for a 6 monthly check up and clean. After advising I had a tooth ache the week before, Mohammed checked the area and advised I needed an extraction. As I'm sure many people would feel the same shock... The feeling of dread, and not veins prepared, I went ahead with the extraction. I have had many teeth pulled over the years and I was pleasantly surprised I didn't feel a think. Mohammed gave me numbing gel before any needles which was a huge help (and relief), as well as him explaining each step and reassuring me, whilst making sure I was okay. I have to say I have never had such a great experience having an extraction in my life and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is the third time using this dental service. I have always felt well cared for, and if it was just a feeling that would be something, but they really do care for you. I have heard many stories about the pain of a tooth, but everytime they remove one, I have this relaxing feeling and it never gets any more painful after the numbing wears out. Fantastic experience: Incredible dental work daughter said she would come back anytime. After a traumatic experience with the last dentist we struggled really bad to get her back in to see anyone. After our visit to Wyoming she is feeling extremely confident and pleased with the experience. Dr Mohammad and all the staff took such much care and time ensuring she was happy and comfortable at all times. Would recommend them to absolutely everyone. We drove an hour to see Dr Mohammad and his team and it was well worth it to see my daughter walk out happy after having 3 teeth removed!

I know there are many reasons one might need or want to see a dentist and/or an Oral Surgeon; that said, the best experience I've ever had in any Dental practice is with Dr. Abdollah and his exceptional team. They are consummate professionals and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciated Dr. Abdollah's honest good nature and sincere kindness as he took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions.
