Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. James, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was incredibly professional, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The extraction was quick and surprisingly painless, and Dr. James explained everything clearly beforehand, which really helped ease my nerves. The staff were also very friendly and supportive. Fantastic experience: It was the first time I visited the dental clinic. I picked the one because it’s near my house and Google reviews were good. Anytime I go to a dentist, I’m usually very nervous but the receptionist were all very kind and friendly. I haven’t got the cheerful happy greeting like they did, and it helped my anxiety away. The doctor and the assistant were kind and nice too, I had good time there. I’ve been looking for my regular dental clinic, the SmileBright can be my fav. :)

Fantastic experience: I could give 10 stars, I would! The staff make you feel so warmly welcomed — they’re incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The dentists I see are fantastic as well — very caring and professional. The prices are also very reasonable. I’ll be moving soon, which will make it harder to travel, but there’s no doubt it’ll still be worth the trip to come back to this practice. Highly recommended to everyone!

Fantastic experience: This has been the best dentist experience I've ever had. All the staff was so lovely. It was very clean and they made you feel safe. My dentist was also very instructive, letting me know what she was doing to me at any point which I appreciated. She was also very attentive, giving me regular breaks when she can sense I was uncomfortable. I will absolutely be back.

Fantastic experience: This is my 5 yo daughter's first time to visit this dental clinic. Impressive with the reception ladies, they are very friendly and welcoming. Dr Sammi Ting is very nice, and so patient in explaining every steps to my daughter. My daughter was well settled and finished 4 fillings with Dr Ting's professional skills. I'm also amazed with the camera technology that i could see all the teeth conditions clearly! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The smile bright team are absolutely such a professional team, Dr Nelson did such a great job seeing my daughter who has high anxiety, and doesn’t usually see any dentists. Negative experience: I used to come to this clinic nearly 20 years ago when it was a small team and small clinic. Now that is a huge clinic with more staff - I didn't feel appreciated. At my last visit I was accused of being late. I was early - the Nurse forgot to check me in. Therefore my treatment was rushed. On more than one occasion I asked the Dentist to stop as I was in discomfort - but he continued as we were running behind. I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to SmileBright Dental was a very pleasant experience, considering it was a dental appointment which very few of us look forward to. The front desk staff were wonderful friendly people doing their very best to put me at ease. On taking a seat, I was joined by their Practice Manager, Jesse. I have to say I was surprised, but pleasantly, as he chatted to me about my appointment, my day, gave me a bottle of water & a tour of the surgery. By the time I saw my dentist, I was feeling much more relaxed than I would’ve been otherwise. Fantastic experience: I'm on a working holiday in Australia and had my first visit to this dentist for a scaling. I was just checking if I needed any other treatments, but I was really impressed. Fantastic experience: Dr. Chang and his team just saved my Christmas! I had been in severe pain from my wisdom tooth for weeks but hesitated to visit the dentist because I’m terrified of drilling and pulling. Today’s appointment was only meant to be an initial consultation, so I wasn’t expecting my issue to be resolved right away. However, Dr. Chang completed the extraction in less than five minutes and I didn’t even realise it was done! SmileBright is now my go-to dental clinic. Thank you so much Dr. Chang and team! Fantastic experience: 5 years since my last dentist visit because I've been absolutely terrified from past experiences (different dentists too). My tooth had been hurting so much, I finally put together the courage to book myself in and saw Dr Henry. Dr Henry and Sam were so so gentle and kind, I was blown away! "What was I even scared of?" Extraction, replaced filling, clean. So quick. No pain. I will never be scared again! Dr Henry explained every step and kept checking if I was ok. It was a completely different experience! Fantastic experience: I just had my teeth rebuilt by Dr Yoon Lee at Smile Bright Dental. After years of chronic grinding I had worn all of my teeth down significantly. He is compassionate and truly cares about his patients and the outcome of his work. You will even receive a courtesy call the following day to see how you are feeling. Positive experience: I had high expectations due to the high rating and reviews. However my experience fell short. I felt that explanations about my teeth issues were rushed and not consulted properly with me with my female dentist. On the plus side it was easy to book, Receptionist was helpful and they were able to see me a bit earlier.
