Fantastic experience: My first visit to this dental centre. Friendly helpful receptionist, myself and my 2 young adult sons all saw Dr Gurinderjit Kaur. She was lovely, friendly, answered my many questions (it had been a very long time between dentist visits). Minimal work needed to be done, which was a nice surprise as I've heard of other dentists that do too much unnecessary work. Will definitely be back to see her.

Fantastic experience: I had a severely infected tooth which was hard to extract. Dr Gurinder Kaur was able to extract with no pain or discomfort at all as she was very effective with her technique, not rushing anything. She constantly checked up on me and was great in explaining the process along the way. Highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removal with Dr Jas and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m super afraid of needles and not only was he patient, but he was gentle and quick with no pain at all! will definitely be the family Dr from now on!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with Dr. Jas Bakshi for today (scheduled it last week), and since then, I’ve received multiple calls asking if I could change the time because there were no other patients around that slot. I explained that I had rearranged work and other commitments specifically to attend at the scheduled time, and they said that was fine. However, just 30 minutes before my appointment whilst I was parking the car, I received yet another call saying the doctor wouldn’t be available for another two hours due to an “emergency.” This came across as highly unprofessional—especially after all the previous calls, it felt more like the doctor simply didn’t want to wait around between appointments. It was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I won’t be booking with Dr. Bakshi again. To make matters worse, the receptionist coordinating the appointments spoke with a rude and dismissive tone. I was understandably upset, but instead of showing empathy or offering a reasonable solution, she responded in an entitled and condescending manner. The overall experience was very disappointing.

Today she treated my cavity with care and patience, even though it was difficult because I currently have braces. His dental nurse Mona is also super lovely and takes care of us when we are nervous or anxious for any procedures we get done. We would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

My three kids absolutely love coming to see him, which says a lot about the warm and welcoming environment he creates. His dental assistant, Mona, is the perfect sidekick—she works seamlessly with Dr. Callea and has a special way of making kids feel at ease. She even suggested to put on a show to distract them, turning what could have been a stressful visit into a fun and relaxed experience. We have been seeing Dr. Callea for almost 8 years now, so he feels like a part of our family! His patience, kindness, and expertise make every appointment a pleasure. She was gentle and very thorough that I felt very much at ease during the whole procedure. She was assisted by Laby who was very attentive and kind as well.

I had a false tooth put in , titanium pin drilled into my jaw, I couldn't believe how painless procedure was. I couldn't recommend Dr Li highly enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is by far the best dentist I have ever seen.

Negative experience: I came to this dentist after reading the good reveiws, I got a quoted price from Dr Sandy regarding invisiligns and was happy with the quote, the day after I rang up to tell the receptionist I'm going ahead with it and they said dr Sandy said the price isn't accurate, it went up by $1500 more, im getting both of my kids invesilgns done at another dentist who was honest with price from day one.

Negative experience: EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE... They charged me 3 times for one xray and when I asked for the breakdown of the bill they simply first dined. Later they printed the bill and I saw they charged fees for 3 xrays in place of one xray. When I asked for the refund they told it will take 6 weeks to get through the payment process. Extremely frustrating and bad experience.. I will suggest that you much check your bills before making the payment. Very verybad service...

Fantastic experience: Visited this dental practice with my mother who needed a dental clean and check. We had booked an appointment with Dr Ena Oberoi for the start of their day, so we didn't have to wait. My mother had a pleasant experience and the dentist kept explaining what she was doing throughout the process. Both the dentist and her nurse were efficient in their work. They found that she needed a filling and accommodated her to cover it in the same appointment without asking for a revisit. Overall my mother is very satisfied with the work and happy with result, 5 to the doctor, her nurse and the practice.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. So easy to get appointments on short notice. They are flexible and there are many GPs available as well. I visited Dr Sandy Lin for my dental cleanup. She is amazing. Very polite and great at her job. I recommend them 100% I also visited Dr Shweta Thakkar who is a GP and she is also really good. Overall very clean centre.
