Fantastic experience: The appointment booking process was easy and the dentist was great at making me feel comfortable and talking through everything that she was doing. They also takes pictures of all your teeth and show you why they need to do extra work which made me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience, customer service and clinical advice. Like many people, I dread the dentist. Dr Zhi was a kind, professional empathetic and very down to earth dentist. I never felt rushed or judged, Dr Zi was happy to work with me to make a plan as to the most cost effective ways for treatment. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. New equipment, the offices were spotlessly clean. From the moment you walk in until you leave, the team take pride in what they do in every interaction. Best dentist experience I’ve had, easily. If only going to see your GP could be like that. Highly recommended.

An exceptionally kind, professional and empathetic dentist who took the time to explain the process and continually made sure that I was okay, comfortable and understood the procedure. I arrived at the practice In a great deal of pain and feeling very nervous and Dr Waters made me feel at ease straight away with her wonderful approach to patient care. A highly recommended practice, great reception staff and I appreciated that I was also warmly welcomed by everyone the minute I arrived. It’s very difficult to find good dentists and practices on the coast and it’s safe to say, this practice is stand-out. Fantastic experience: I was not looking forward to my dental appointment and in entering TC Smiles was expecting to find a stark white clinical waiting room of old. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely spacious waiting room with big squashy armchairs. Dr. Zi was warm welcoming and the gentlest dentist I have encountered in my 64 years. She kindly relieved me of any anxieties allowing short breaks to compose myself during the treatment if necessary. Two wisdom teeth removed with such gentle ease that I didn’t even know they were out until she informed me of the fact. I am so glad to have found a dentist’s that I am not fearful to go to now.
