Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and the dentist was honest in his assessment of the procedure and whether it would be successful or not. He explained the procedure and listened to my thoughts of the process.

Fantastic experience: Dr Michelle and the Dental Nurse were so incredibly patient, kind and professional. My "emergency" wisdom tooth extraction was incredibly quick. My face barely swelled and I didn't even need paracetamol afterwards. Thank you to all of the staff for your assistance, you have restored my trust with Dentists.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, friendly service from the receptionists, dental assistants, and Dr Jimesh. They were so helpful when my tooth broke. They saw me quickly and were able to give me a treatment plan to suit my medical needs. I would highly recommend this team of people to anyone seeking dental work.

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom teeth removed by a lovely dentist (I think Dr Norhan was her name??)... safe to say she made me feel very comfortable even though I was freaking out about the whole thing lol... she was very soothing throughout the whole procedure, talking me through it and what to expect. The procedure was nearly painless, one of my teeth was a little infected already so I felt a twang but she took my pain very seriously and did what she could to make it more comfortable. Her assistant Madi was very lovely and helpful too. I'm not so scared to take my other two out now, I'll be going back. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Michelle to be very friendly and reassuring I never once felt anxious at all the staff are nice the courtesy call the next day is also very good not many places check up on you like that. Overall it might be a little more expensive then other places but I think it's well worth it

Very thorough,knows his stuff, and explains every detail before, during the treatment let's me know what's happening every step of the way. And it was affordable compared to the one I was going to see, rec by another dentist surgery. So glad I made the phone call to Raceview dental. Thanks

Positive experience: Sadly I won't be supporting this dental clinic. I was told.my dentures would be ready by Christmas and I .still waiting mid February. I must admit the people are nice and they make you feel at ease but waiting 5 to 6.months to actually recieve them is abit much. Really disappointing to say the least

Fantastic experience: Dr Norhan was highly-informed and had an excellent bedside manner. Dealing with a good chunk of pain after a difficult wisdom tooth extraction- she took my pain seriously, explained her actions as she went, and was incredibly kind to her dental assistant, who also did a great job. Reception staff were friendly, polite, and supportive.

Negative experience: “I cannot recommend this dentist. I had a root canal and a filling performed by Dr. Rand, but even after multiple appointments, I was still in pain. I sought a second opinion and was informed that both the root canal and the filling were done very poorly. As a result, I’m out of pocket because I’ve had to pay for the procedure twice! If you disagree with this review, I’m happy to provide pictures and X-rays as evidence.”

Negative experience: Turned up early to my appointment. I waited for 45 minutes after my actual appointment time and I noticed everyone who was there before and after me being called in. There was no word from anyone about a delay, so I approached one of the receptionists and asked what the waiting time was. She went to check in with the dentist and the dentist could not give a specific time. Was I expected to wait for an uncertain period of time? My whole morning gone because I tried to make my appointment on time, only to be left waiting without information.

Fantastic experience: I normally HATE dentists but Dr Whitnie & staff did all they could to make me comfortable. She was referred to myself by a nurse from work as I had changed to Bupa and my current dentist did not affiliate with my health fund. Thorough, honest and caring and look forward to having her as my treating denist from now on.

The communication of reminder appointment date & time to the follow up after dental visits are appreciated. This year I have had the opportunity to have Dr Randa take care of me. From the first visit Dr Randa made me feel at ease. Her review of what dental work was to be done along with suggestions of what could be done made the choice amazingly easy. Randa always explains thoroughly each step involved for each visit. Her diligence to provide the best dental work is second to none. Dr Randa certainly cares about her patients, and she really does make you feel that you are in the best of care, she certainly has given me more to smile about. Fantastic experience: Dr James and Ruby are fantastic! I have seen them twice now and both times blew me away. Ruby was so kind, talked me through every step and did everything to ease my nerves.
