Fantastic experience: My son and I saw Dr. Ammu today and were so impressed. The clinic is spotless and equipped with modern, high-tech equipment, which really gave me confidence in the care we were receiving. The team was incredibly patient and kind with my son, who was a little nervous! Dr. Ammu also made sure to take the time to explain everything to him and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. It was such a positive experience for both of us, and we will certainly be back!

Negative experience: Was told that I have a hole in my tooth and I need a filing ASAP. I didn’t believe them. Went elsewhere a few months later and asked them to check for holes. They found nothing concerning. A bit suspicious…

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment for the yearly checkup for my kids and I was quite hesitant at first and anxious about how my kids would react as the situation can be quite overwhelming. However, upon our arrival, we were met with Farah (who is exceptional at her role), welcomed us with a pleasant smile and guided us to Dr. Ammu’s room. Dr. Ammu is very professional, very friendly and extremely informative with every action taken. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable for the kids that I had to come back for another appointment. I then booked an appointment for the 6 month check up and we were booked with Dr. Daniella who also had been very helpful and professional. She was very knowledgeable and clear in her explanation and I feel like I’m learning something new after every visit. I want to express my greatest gratitude and I’m grateful for their professional and excellent service. I can’t recommend this practice enough!! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: Rang on the 20 Dec’24 and I was given a consult, which I couldn’t get at any other dentistry at this time of year! The Dentist I saw was Vincent . He was confident that he could do an extraction of a wisdom tooth that had begun to give me pain despite 5 days of antibiotics given to me by my usual dentist that had closed for Christmas holidays, and a X-ray image with a referral. He gave me an appointment in an hour’s time . I lived close by so suited me . He got the tooth out without much drama. Must thank Vincent for his expertise, professionalism and a top job! I did have severe pain after the anaesthetic wore off , but that was my fault for delaying the combination of panadeine forte and neurofen prescribed (as I was worried about the after effects of ibuprofen with my usual candesarton medication for blood pressure). After a couple of doses of the combination panadeine forte and neurofen the pain subsided and gradually got better ! Finished n my dose of antibiotics prescribed and back to eating normally. Thank you Vincent you are a legend!

Fantastic experience: Quite recently I attended cranbourne Nth Dental and my dentist was Dr Patrick Ta. I went there with multiple dental concerns i needed advice with That i had unfortunately been putting off for some time and I was informed of the option of the Surgeries New Patient Package.It was a good value package in my opinion considering I required several xrays and they were included in the Capped price which for me financially was very helpful.From the moment i walked in to the surgery my first interaction was with the lovely receptionist who I had also spoken to the day before about my dental concerns.She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and while I took up alot of her time with my questions I never once felt rushed through the call.The same feeling came with Dr Patrick.He had a placid caring nature and was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing as we proceeded with the examination which I found very relaxing .At the end of the consult Dr Patrick took the time to talk me through the xrays and explain to me exactly what needs to be done And the different options available to me going forward.It was my first Visit and I am happy and confident to proceed with my dental treatment having Dr Patrick as my dentist.Going completely off first impressions and how my entire visit went I highly recommend attending this dental clinic. The staff are so lovely, and each step of the process is explained in detail as well as a full breakdown of cost and the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years and she immediately put me at ease, taking me through what she was doing step by step and constantly providing reassurance. Thorough checkup followed by a detail conversation that focussed on both my lifestyle and the results of the examination. Daniella then worked with me to create an action plan that suited, whilst being very upfront about pricing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

After weeks of dealing with persistent pain in my daughter's teeth and multiple visits to another local dentist with no resolution, we turned to Cranbourne North Dental, and it was a game changer. My daughter had been suffering for around two months. We had already invested in x-rays and a filling from another dentist, costing us around $600, but her pain persisted. Negative experience: really unprofessional and immature when a business replies back on my previous review arguing and lying... it doesn't look good. really not a good reflection for you. the receptionist was very rude to me when I walked in to my app and I was extremely uncomfortable as I got a lecture from her why I was 9 mins late who I told I may be over the phone when I booked the app and yes I rescheduled my app because I could not make it as things do come up and yes I did explain hence why she rescheduled me. as soon as I walked in I got scolded at by the receptionist for being late. did not want to listen or let me talk but did want to speak very rudely to me and for me to just listen to her tell me I was late and that the dentist had too many bookings so she couldn't see me anymore.(in there reply to my review they lied and said the dentist stayed back for me as she was going home after my app) and that I didn't give a good enough reason? maybe give the client a chance to next time instead of talking over them and making them feel uncomfortable as soon as they walk in. yes you did call 2 mins before I walked into the dentist and I could not pick as I had my baby in the car with me who had my attention and I was so close so I thought I am about to walk in now anyway. (really did not expect the 2 mins it would take me to rush in would be the decision factor of being sent back home with no app and being disrespected) I did apologise for being late as soon as I walked in and I advised that something had come up (I don't think clients have to explain their personal information just to prove its a good enough reason for you to decide how you will treat them as to why they were late) I am allowed to put my review as this was my experience here and I will as I feel people should know how they could be treated for being abit late. instead of replying with excuses to try to hide what happened or make me look bad in your reply, why don't you train the receptionist how to better deal with clients and have empathy and some compassion for your paying clients than maybe prevent getting a bad review in the first place? is this how you have good reviews you reply to all the bad ones and make them delete them? and again every time I come here I literally wait up to 20 mins so is your time more important than your clients? because by not waiting for me for 9 mins that's exactly what it seems. all my friends and family I referred and who became your clients because of me will also be finding a better dentist. please be better for your paying clients.

Fantastic experience: Dr James is very gentle and understanding of patients needs and requests. I requested him to do my filling in a certain way I feel comfortable and he did suit my request. I am very happy about it because that’s how I wanted it. He is a wonderful dentist I have come across and extremely caring and very patient in listening to our issues that may arise with increased sensitivity after dental procedures such as filling. And of course very welcome receptionist for a warm welcome ( Chelsea and Maddie).

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time attending Cranbourne North Dental and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with the receptionist, 2x dental nurses and 2x dentists, each interaction was very professional and enjoyable. I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process and everything was explained to me in an easy to understand manner. I even received a courtesy call prior to my appointment advising me that they had an emergency appointment that was going a little longer than expected so I could delay travel. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Cranbourne North Dental. Dr James Dang was great - kind, thorough and explained what was going on really well, which put me at ease. Chelsea at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful, from making the appointment to the follow-up call the day after my visit, as well as answering any questions I had regarding the treatment I received. They were upfront with you about the costs (which are quite reasonable in itself) before the appointment and before any treatment was done, so you’re not surprised by the bill. Fantastic and very approachable team! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Daniella Lee and she was amazing. I have major anxiety visiting dentists due to previous bad experiences but I was made to feel so comfortable during the whole procedure. I had a root canal started and it was painless! I was informed about everything that was happening every step of the way and I knew from the get go I was in the care of someone very professional, caring and very kind.
