Positive experience: If this review was solely for the GPs, I’d happily give 6 stars, especially for Dr. Prakash, who has been our trusted family GP for several years now. He is incredibly thorough, always to the point, and genuinely cares for his patients. I can’t recommend him enough. The Good: The GPs are all bulk billed(i.e. you dont need to pay anything out of pocket as long as you have medicare) and most of the times they are open from Morning till Late Evening. The Medical Centre also has attached Pathology, Radiology and even Dental, so its a one stop place for all your medical needs. Special Kudos to Pathology staff, they are kind and caring, results are also mostly fast enough. However, the overall experience at Our Medical is let down by a few major issues: Booking App Frustrations: The app requires location-based check-in, which is inconvenient, especially when you're trying to plan ahead. Worse, they removed the feature that previously showed your position in the queue. Now, you’re left waiting without any idea how far away your turn is, a source of major frustration. Long Wait Times: The wait time even after booking is consistently long. There’s no transparency or communication about delays or queue status, which adds to the anxiety, especially when you have kids or other commitments. Front Desk Staff: Edit: 22/07/2025 Sometimes the front desk staff (except few) are helpless and unfortunately come across as rude and disingenuous. They may smile, but it often feels fake and unwelcoming. In general dont expect any help from them. Despite these issues, we’ve continued coming back only because of Dr. Prakash. If the clinic could fix the app and improve front desk interactions, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Negative experience: The most worst experience for GP consultation in my life. If you want to see a GP in this place, please remember the following information. 1. You need to arrive the location and check in for appointment by phone app 2. After phone app made an appointment, you even need to ask front desk person to make an appointment again manual again. 3. Please let your employer and family members know you need to wait for the GP more than 3 hours at this location. Which means you can't leave and back because of missing appointment time is nonrefundable. Even the waiting time is more than 3hours. 4. The front desk service person is very rude They don't pay any patience to the client. 5. The appointment system design by a person who doesn't have brain. You cannot make an appointment in advance. This phone app is only use for making appointment for same day. And You need to arrive in the morning and see a GP in the arvo. 6. If your illness is not very seriously, during the waiting time your illness will be fully recovered. 7. Bring a Mobil recharging device, the free WiFi will let you watch YouTube for free at all.

Negative experience: I went to see Gp . I waited for almost 2 hours. Dr Towfiqur Rahman saw me. He was very rude, disrespectful and Very unprofessional . He didn't listen to me. He told me off for suggesting treatment as symptoms returned. I don't recommend seeing this doctor. Also the booking app doesn't work and it would be better to just call and make appointment or if they make the app to work from anywhere to make appointment instead of us patients to wait there.

Negative experience: I appreciate the dedication of the medical staff, but the current appointment system needs significant improvement. Waiting in a queue for over three hours without any indication of my position or estimated wait time was frustrating. A simple update or queue number system could alleviate much of this uncertainty. I understand that doctors are often busy, but clearer communication and more efficient scheduling would greatly enhance the patient experience. I hope this feedback contributes to improvements for future patients

Negative experience: Terrible place, wait over two hours for Dr to speak rudely and rush me out the door, after only a five minute consult when I have symptoms and lab results consistent with possible pericarditis or myocarditis. Just shocking Dr kokosomething sent me home with these lab results and symptoms.

Fantastic experience: Wow great experience, 5 minutes in and out, the lady at the reception was great. By the time I filled in my details on the form, my name was called for the xray. The radiologist was nice and polite did the xray quickly. Very friendly experience

Negative experience: Ive consistently experienced long wait times at this practice, but my recent visit was particularly frustrating. I booked an appointment through the app and even received a confirmation message. However, when I arrived, I was told that “the practitioner just decided today not to see booked patients.” This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked for clarification. If a practitioner becomes unavailable, patients should be informed before they arrive. The lack of communication wasted a significant amount of my time.

Negative experience: The clinic never booked appointments, however reception would let you know how many patients are waiting before you so you get approximately idea how long to wait. I visited clinic after 6 months and this time receptionist was rude, dismissive amd said she doesn't know my position in queue. On top she said that your app will notify. It's been 8 hours and my app hasn't notified me when is my turn. Clearly, sick patient takes a day off to rest and not to keep waiting at medical centre for their turn. It's unbelievable that how they are solely relying on app and receptionist doesn't have any courtesy to look through system and advise, instead she will gossip and pass the time. Would recommend to go to Pinnacle or Palmers medical centre with $25 out of pocket and you don't keep waiting.

Negative experience: The service at your reception is appalling. The staff are rude, defensive, and create a hostile environment for sick people. I witnessed a clear lack of professionalism and inconsistent treatment of patients that should not exist in healthcare. A clinic's first job is to make patients feel safe, not stressed. You are failing at this spectacularly. If things don't change, I fully expect this business to fail. It would be a predictable outcome for the level of service you provide. ZERO star.

Negative experience: This clinic only accepts walk-ins—no appointments—which is already inconvenient. Once you arrive, you’re required to check in via their app. However, the app only works when you’re physically near the clinic. This often leads to situations where you make the trip there, only to find out—after trying to check in—that all doctors are fully booked for the day. It’s incredibly frustrating and wastes your time. The app also doesn’t show your actual position in the queue unless there are fewer than five people ahead of you, so you’re left in the dark about how long you’ll wait. On average, the wait time ranges from 3 to 6 hours, so you’re essentially losing half a day just sitting there. The clinic has very poor mobile signal, and their Wi-Fi is basically unusable. The reception staff are unhelpful and have a dismissive attitude toward patients. This unprofessional attitude seems to be common across the whole team. On a positive note, the radiology next door is fantastic. The staff there are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: This clinic doesn’t offer appointment bookings — walk-ins only. If anyone leaves a comment saying the service here is fast, it’s honestly misleading, because most patients end up waiting between 2 to 4.5 hours. - 1/5* Dr. Anne Glew and Dr. Prosper are the best doctors at this clinic. 5/5*

Negative experience: It’s great to have a bulk billing medical centre but honestly the wait times are horrific. I don’t understand why you don’t have bookings, I work full time and just want to visit the GP during my lunch break but I can’t since every time I come I have to wait hours for my turn. Most my day is gone waiting. Hopefully u make a more efficient way of booking because this is not it. I now come here as a last resource but if it was changed I would have come all the time because the GPS are really good

Negative experience: Constant frustration with the services provided and the receptionist . Planned appointment with Dr Inas on 13 june . Got booking at 8.30 am . When arrived , checked with receptionist to confirm my appointment and she informed we don’t take bookings . When i insisted i have 8.30 am appointment, she said dr doesn’t take friday bookings . It must be an error in the system. I planned my work according to my early appointment but it ruined my plans. Receptionist didn’t have courtesy to offer appointments in order of the queue in the booking system. Even if staff was waiting for dr to arrive, they could have offered to stick to the sequence of appointments on the app or at least take appointments as people keep entering to the clinic to see that doctor This particular receptionist doesn’t have customers service skills . Lot of patients have complained before . I decided not to visit this clinic anymore. My only motivation to come to this clinic was the doctor not the bulk billing option . But i guess we are treated as if we are here for freebies. App glitch is not patients fault and we should have been compensated. This receptionist offer to book to people who are white skin and for others she would insist to book an appointment themselves by logging in to app. I wish i had the option of negative marking from all the experiences i have had and what all i have observed

Negative experience: This is the most pathetic medical service I have encountered so far. No good service, they charge whatever they like, and more importantly never disclose any required information!! Waiting time is minimum of 4+ hours, only visit if you have nowhere to go for killing time.

Negative experience: Sometimes you have to wait up to three to four hours to see a doctor. The sad thing is when you go there to see your own doctor and you have to sit there for 4 hours that is ridiculous because she has to take first available they really need to change things. You used to be able to walk in first available then as soon as your doctor walks in you can change it to her and don't lose your place in the queue with the yesterday I put down first available then when my doctor came in I changed I've got to see her and the girl at the receptionist change the back to first available she had no right to do it there was other patients sitting there that had done it and I did not change theirs back to 1st available it is disgusting the way they're treating patients. They make it so stressful to go and see your own doctor which is not right. Nobody has 3 to 4 hours of their life every time they go the doctors to waste sitting there waiting for their own doctor.

Negative experience: I used to brag about how convenience seeing a doctor in Our Medical - Williams Landing because I could check in and be given a position number and I could monitor it in the app, so rather than flogging the clinic and soaking ourselves with various viruses, I could come back when I was a few numbers away. But this year, I was advised that they changed the system and the app won't tell the position number; it will only advise your position no when you get to no. 5. Between check-in time until position no. 5, this can take a few hours and apparently no one call tell, not even the receptionist. So, everyone has to wait patiently and expose ourselves to various viruses in the waiting room. One would think that medical clinic should prevent this from health wise.

Free Wi-Fi and multiple on-site services like Dental, Radiology, and Pathology (all bulk-billed) add to the convenience. The mobile check-in app is useful — it works within 50 meters of the premises, shows your position in the queue, and alerts with an SMS when you’re next. However, because the system is fully automated, missing your turn can be frustrating, as you lose your spot without flexibility to rejoin easily. Could allow a short grace period (e.g., 2–3 mins) if a patient misses their turn, including a 5-minute “heads-up” reminder. Overall, a well-managed clinic with modern facilities and caring doctors, but the check-in system could use a little more flexibility.

Negative experience: 4 hour wait. If the app exists and tells us when we’re 5th on the queue after waiting 4 hours why can’t the app tell us what we are when checking in. We would be better off knowing we’re 500th in the queue and coming back than not knowing when we’re gonna be called and staying there for hours. We could’ve gone back home and had lunch or dinner first. It’s insane that you’re doing this to people in need of medical treatment and assistant. It’s so bad to play with peoples time and energy and effort like this. We appreciate that it’s bulk billing but there’s ways to still treat people with respect.

Negative experience: There’s a good reason why the waiting times are so long, it’s because they’re inefficient!! Went to a doctor here for my knee injury and he gave me the xray and ultrasound paper. After I did the ultrasound the technician stated that a MRI would be best because he can’t see within the knee and told us that the doctor WROTE DOWN that the probable cause was within the knee. If you assumed that, why didn’t you just give me the paper for an MRI as well??? Now I have to book and wait for another hour just to go up and ask for the paper. So stupid. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Im so grateful I have this clinic so close and so convenient. The doctors are incredible, as is the nursing staff and admin as well. Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with the service I received from the administrator named Emma at the Williams Landing clinic. During my recent visit, I witnessed her deliberately avoid acknowledging patients who were clearly waiting in line. She was hiding behind a wall and engaged in conversation with another staff member—a woman with red hair—while ignoring those needing assistance. When I politely asked for an update on my place in the queue, as other administrators have previously done without issue, she refused to provide any information. Her behavior came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which left me feeling both upset and angry. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. This is not the first review left about the staff of clinic and management should really consider changes.

Negative experience: Not a good experience. Waiting time is minimum 2 hours or more. There is no appointment process. Just walk in and wait for 2 hours or more even just to collect the report.

Negative experience: We have been there a few times, and every time the wait time was like 2~3 hours minimum (they don't take bookings, only walk-ins). Brought the kids there for flu shots this morning, checked in at 8:30am, there were like 2 doctors seeing 50 patients. After an hour I asked the receptionist how long the estimated wait time would be and she said she doesn't know. At around noon it still wasn't our turn yet, eventually we just left. Their system is so broken as I understand they could be understaffed and there could be lots of patients. But only if I could be told the wait time. If it is like 1 hour I might wait, if I it's more than 3 hours I can just leave straightaway without wasting any more time. I don't believe that a receptionist who works there can't even give estimation based on the past experience. Felt ignored everytime we were there, will never ever come back to this medical centre ever again.

Negative experience: The receptionist with a mask on, She’s sitting there like a decorative object with an attitude problem offering nothing but eye-rolls and cold stares. Positive experience: It is good, The doctors are bulk billing and they are nice. But their medical system is out of date. I keep receiving dead end referrals to places that don't exist anymore or I am not eligible for, so then I have to go back and get another referral. Actually I had to edit this review because apparently their fax machine doesn't work either so I have to join the wait list from scratch now.

Positive experience: Dr Shirin is an absolutely amazing doctor, goes above and beyond for myself and my daughter. Always trying to get to the root of the problem instead of masking it. I cannot recommend her highly enough! I will always go back just for her. On another note, most of the other doctors are always late! saying they arrive at a certain time on the app and they are never there on time! Anywhere from 15 mins to an hour late! This has happened on many occassions, shows lack of care and respect for patients that are waiting to see them.

Negative experience: These 2 receptionist are absolutely so rude!! The lady in the blue totally ignoring patients requests and bluntly being so rude to them while stuffing her mouth with a biscuit! Please review your camera for evidence!! Disgusting behaviour. Asked for an appointment and she advised me yeah well we are a walk in facility no bookings for walk ins. While rolling her eyes at me! First time I’ve been to a dr and received such disgusting behaviour like this!! They are the front line of this business and for them to act so rude to patients like that is feral how the hell do they have a job here!!

Negative experience: The front door receptionist this morning (at 8:30 am) was so rude! She was condescending, unhelpful and made me so upset I walked straight out. Patients are already in pain and in distress and to be greeted with this behavior is unforgiving! Positive experience: Pathology has no counter. Didnt know where to put the form. Thats explain why i cancel the blood test. I asked staff in radiology, they just donno and cant reply my simple question (where should i put the form). Push me like ball here and there, with no sense of responsibility to assist customer. Seat on the counter and chatting each other like nobody business. Receiption is no exception. After unable to find the counter for pathology, i went to receiption counter but no one is there. Receiption shall not left unattended at all time as it is a point of reference for all customer. U have cctv and you can rewind the video, look at me wondering around on the receiption, but no one is there. But charging customer with bills, u are excellent.

Negative experience: I booked GP on their apps & my queue was 50 & after awaiting 2hrs I asked front desk woman , she was saying my queue 80 , I asked how i got delayed?? She was reluctant to give reply. After while.. Then she told me my queue 48, I request her could u plz check properly...then she told me my queue 16...I think she got psychological problem...she was yelling to me while I was sitting sofa with my family... I think she is fatigue & not interested with her job helping customer...I reckon she is aggressive & dangerous to clinic..today Saturday 1250 hrs on 5th April 25

Negative experience: Go anywhere else but here unless you want to wait 3hrs for receptionists and doctors to not care about your health. Doctors stop taking patients 1.5 hours before their “finish time” and when you see the first available doctor, they’re the kind of doctors that don’t even tell you what’s making you sick - they just write you a script and expect you to leave. This has been the case on several occasions! Any of the doctors that are decent don’t last long here. Worst clinic ever.

Negative experience: The reception girl very unprofessional and very rude. Not sure her name. I've attached her photo. My mobile was freeze which I cannot download any app. She was forcing me to download app to see doctor and say no other option than that. When I'm sitting there trying to download app young Australian lady came she said cannot download app within second she book appointment for her with no problems. Probably I talk with her too nicely and innocent way. Because that lady talk to her firmly. Please don't employ this type of staff for reception . She will ruin business for medical centre. I was seeing she sent two patients while I'm sitting front of her without app manually entering through her computer. So please be relevant to your reply. There is so many great medical centres around . So nothing to worry. Please think twice before going to this place.

She then made me wait which only took half an hour since I chose to see any doctor who will immediately be available. Mind you, it was my first time and I will go back there again. People should stop committing negatively, we’re luck to have this clinic still bulk billed. Don’t know about your experiences with the gp’s but I had Dr Saini and he was straightforward then recommended me to their radiologist. Two days later, I went to their radiology and was smooth and easy process. The clinic is clean, both Caroline Springs and Williams Landing branches. I liked their booking process and the rest of their system. Will recommend to friends.

Negative experience: Attempted to call reception. I was on hold for 1.5 hrs then the call was simply cancelled. This is not the first time this has happened. The company refuse to answer the phone. Very poor customer service and attitude. Find somewhere with more duty of care to their clients if I was you. Just imagine if you had an urgent need to speak with them, YOU CANNOT!?! I shall be finding a new Doctors surgery who actually have a level customer service.

Fantastic experience: Clean and tidy clinic. They are bulk bill. The place organised well. We often come here for Dr. Munira, our dentist from Melton Primary Clinic. They have parking space behind the fron door. You also can get in to the clinic straight away from parking lot. I guess there is apartment/office on top, because they have another parking space with rolling door. Only driver with remote key can access in.

Negative experience: Horrible wait times, expect to be waiting 2-3 hours each visit, the system needs revamping as there are patients that take a very long time vs some that are just there to get basic appointment like referrals or prescribed medication that 2-3 paitents with basic needs could be seen in that time. Creating an express line for basic appointments would make this a better experience but avoid this place because it's clear there's not enough doctors available.

Negative experience: Terrible doctors... Especially Dr Rosemarie Zaldarriaga After enduring hours of waiting, this doctor finally saw me. However, her actions were utterly disappointing. Despite my fever, she failed to even take my temperature or prescribe any medication. Instead, she simply declared his opposition to medication. If you’re against prescribing medication, what purpose does your presence serve in a clinic? This experience has left me deeply disillusioned and convinced that I will never return to this clinic. It’s yet another unfortunate chapter in my medical journey.

Fantastic experience: I would like to publicly thank all the staff at our medical Williams landing and the lovely receptionist at Our medical Caroline springs . I spent all morning trying to find an urgent appointment for my finger to have an x ray and ultrasound done the same day and the receptionist went out of their way to call Williams landing for me. They said they could wait for me to come in ( all the way from Taylor’s Hill in Peak hour) to get my ultrasound done and told me not to rush. I appreciate the effort on both sides. This is what amazing customer care is. Thank you again!!! Forever grateful

Negative experience: Really bad customer service, and uninformative GP. Been called for so many times regarding bills that i dont even really know about the test, and the doctor also just give info like google does. I had to called them again but the receptionist said “i dont know the reason why we were calling you, will give you update soon” - then nothing! Then the following year i have to deal with CCS without i dont even know why am i been contacted. I HAVE NO TIME BEEN CONTACTED AND ALWAYS CONTACTED BACK! In the end i just paid for whatever CCS contacted me. So dissapointed and will not come back! I went to other GP and they gave me better explanation at Pinnacle Town Centre. Dont waste your TIME and MONEY here

Negative experience: After waiting for 4 hours from 4 pm to 8 pm , they asked me to go home. This has happened second time where I had to wait for more than 2 - 3 hours. Everytime you go, there is a new doctor..not sure why they can't retain doctors. They have 15 consulting room but only 2-3 doctors. Stay away from this place. Its hopeless. If you don't believe this review , go ahead have a bad experience:(

Fantastic experience: Our Medical is very good Medical facility with everything under one roiof. Dr. Anne Glew is an extremely knowledgeable and kind doctor. She is very understanding, honest, and empathetic. I have suffered from chronic illness for over 30 years and have seen over one hundred different doctors in consulting rooms, emergency rooms, specialist consulting rooms, and during about 50 stays as an impatient in hospitals. I would say that Dr. Anne Glew is one of the best 3 doctors who have ever treated me.

Negative experience: I had been waiting for near 4 hours, it only took less than 5 minutes for the Doctor to finishing review my medical check results. I felt sick after long time waiting and wish to avoid this clinic. Understanding short of staff though, but I would suggest the clinic to improve service by implementing fast service queue for those who only needs less than 10 minutes for reviewing medical check results or repeat prescription.

Negative experience: Very long waits, from 2: 30 pm to 9: 00 pm, Six and a half hours. If you cannot accept a long wait, please be prohibited from entering, and the wait of six and a quarter hours after payment was accompanied by queues. It is a very bad social phenomenon. I hope that professionals can help rectify it.

Negative experience: Totally unprofessional staff. Don't do online check in via their app. My number in queue was 19th. It jumped to 16 after an hour wait. I asked receptionist politely about wait time and she gave rude answer " just seat and wait". Surprisingly my number in queue jumped back to 19th. Their staff is playing with the system and don't like to be questioned. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: 3 weeks ago my husband visited Our Medical to get antibiotics for a toothache, while in the waiting area talking to a close friend he collapsed and went into cardiac arrest. If it wasn't for the incredible staff, I don't want to think about what could have happened. Without the amazing RN who kept my husband breathing and conscious, the paramedics for bringing my husband back to life, the practice manager and receptionist all working to get in contact with me as I was at work less than a minute away but am not able to have my phone on me, calling different offices, offering to go to my job, pick me up and take me to my husband, we could not be more grateful to everyone at Our Medical for savings my husbands life and now with continuing care, we found our new family doctor who has already been so thorough, kind and caring! Would highly recommend visiting Our Medical Williams Landing

Negative experience: For a GP with usually a min 2 hr wait time, their website needs to be clearer. It encourages patients to come for yearly skin checks, however Dr Naleemudeen said their clinic does not have a dermascope to conduct a proper one. He suggested I find a place that do, and informed me on signs to look for - but I asked before checking in whether to book for a skin check, and the receptionist said yes. (Reception consistently give out unclear or incorrect information - last year, they told me off when I showed my relative the Treatment Room for her flu shot, insisting “the GP will do it in her room, we work here, we would know!” But then, guess where the GP asked her to go?) Dr Naleemudeen Sihabdeen was also dismissive when I asked for a routine skin check and waited for me to show him where to look, rather than checking my whole body as previous GPs have (“if it’s not in direct sunlight, the risk is low” he said??) I tend to avoid the male GPs here, as this is always my experience; they act like you’re wasting their time, and wait for you to spoonfeed them the exact outcome you want when you walk in (no questions, follow up or willingness to even skim your file). That being said, last year Dr Siti Sulani dismissed my 2-month long cough, that I explained was a result of Chronic Sinusitis, as “having allergies”. I asked if there were alternative Sinusitis treatments besides my usual and she was quick to give steroid meds, not bothering to check interactions with my current medications until I asked. She had me take a blood test, only to tell me what I already know - I have hayfever! Already had meds for this, and the new one she insisted on made no difference to the cough I actually came in for… I've come in regularly since back when Dr Stewart Mawdsley worked here - a knowledgeable, caring GP who didn’t patronize patients - and since he left I’ve only continued because bulk billing is so hard to find. But I have countless stories like this, including being given old test results because the GP insisted they were the newest ones (they weren’t). At this point, I may as well pay in full for somewhere actually able to provide the care they advertise! Contemplated 1 star - but that wouldn’t be fair to the wonderful nurses in Pathology and their great dentists. Avoid the general practice.

Negative experience: My elderly mum 82 years old was refused service as we arrived 15 minutes before their closing time. The doctor just stood there and told the receptionist he was knocking off. Receptionist did not even try to get any of the 2 other doctors to assist telling us they wouldn’t have time to treat her before closing. Zero compassion from her and wasted time arguing with me instead.

Negative experience: Possibly 4 hrs queue, it’ll show you are 20th in the app, after 2 hrs , you are still 20th in the app. Don’t know what they do . It reminds me of emergency departments in Australia. The long queue’s and no final result !

Negative experience: Absolutely Terrible Experience! I would give zero stars if I could. The staff at this medical center are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The receptionists have no basic courtesy, and the doctors don’t seem competent at all. One doctor wrote flowers instead of flour for an allergy—how does that even happen? When we went back to get it corrected by the same doctor, they insisted we join the digital queue again, as if it was our mistake! No accountability, no care for patients—just a complete waste of time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Avoid, avoid, and AVOID!

Negative experience: As a medical profession calling for information details that are not on their site waiting 30min on hold is really unacceptable. Not even an answer to hold the line, I didn't know if I was in a queue or how long the wait was going to be. I ended up ringing pathology number on their site and lucky they were not busy, answered the phone within 3 rings and were able to get the fax number for me. I asked her if the front desk was busy as I was on hold for 20min...... I won't comment the response. Unacceptable wait on the phone...

Negative experience: Have been coming to this medical centre for around 2 years now, and at 1st it was great. Then I went on holiday and my mother stayed back, had been seeing a regular doctor and was on a treatment plan that was finally working for her. Unfortunately the doctor left and my mother had to see another doctor. In the consult, the doctor told her there was nothing wrong with her and she should look for a job but can’t even walk to the car without assistance. Refused to give her heart medication prescriptions. When my mum asked to have her blood pressure and weight checked, the doctor looked her up and down and told her she was too heavy to be weighed but was never an issue with her previous doctor. The doctor then told her he can’t prescribe her heart meds because he doesn’t know what they are for and told her to go to a chemist and ask a pharmacist what they think she should take. Absolutely unprofessional and RUDE! Then today (upon my return from holiday) we went in for an appointment only to hear this same doctor and receptionist talking about and mocking another patient who was wheelchair bound in front of a waiting room full of people. Absolutely disgusted

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars - For Dr. Shirin Anbarjafari Only Dr. Shirin Anbarjafari is absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. I started my pregnancy journey with her, and it was an amazing experience. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients, and I can’t recommend her enough. That said, the clinic’s system is awful. It’s impossible to book appointments, as they only allow walk-ins, which is frustrating and completely disorganized. I don’t understand the thought process behind this approach—it’s a nightmare. The only reason I tolerate the clinic is Dr. Shirin. She’s the reason it’s worth putting up with the inefficiency. Management needs to fix the system, as it’s dragging down patients' experiences.

Negative experience: This clinic says it is a walk-in clinic but sometimes they refuse to see you, so better you call them for appointment availability before you go there. The real turn off was a rude receptionist. I along with my infant and partner went there at 8:30pm on 12th Jan, 2025. We were one and half hour before the closing time. Receptionist mentioned you can't be seen today because there is just one doctor and few patients waiting. I said I'm one and half hour before the closing time and I am ready to wait. Given that it is a walk in clinic, I expect patient to be seen by the doctor when they are in long time before the closing time. Receptionist said what if someone walks in 5 minutes before the closing time. Clearly it was not the case. She even mentioned it is a common sense if they have less doctors on the roster then clinic can close hours before the closing time. She was just trying to convey that I lack common sense for not understanding the situation. I was like "Wow, look at the audacity!" Lol.. I totally understand businesses face some difficult circumstances and they may refuse to serve but receptionists should be bit gentle (not cocky) to the customers who can't be served at no fault of theirs.

Negative experience: Ok Where do I begin? We went for our newborns checkup as she was constipated. We chose first available doctor and got Dr. Rahmans availability for the checkups.I am not so happy how the checkups went. He was just so casual with the checkups, didn’t bother to even look at the baby, presumed everything was normal as it was just constipation as per him. We felt like we were ridiculed for coming for checkups like this. It was stressful and just disappointing . . What if the case was something else and not just constipation ? I don’t think that Gp should be that easy and casual with their patients.
