Fantastic experience: I have being going to this dental clinic for quite some years now. All of the dentists I have seen there have been great. Very well appointed treatment rooms, "state of the art" equipment, they now have their own 3D printer for making new crowns (no more return visits for fitting) very helpful & courteous office staff. I would highly recommend Campbelltown Dental Care.

Negative experience: If your looking to get Invisalign DO NOT GO HERE, they are NOT A QUALIFIED orthodontist, but they don’t tell you this until after you’ve paid $350 for all the x rays, which is extremely unprofessional. I’ve had mine now for 6 months, and I haven’t seen the supposed “orthodontist guy” I’ve had 2 appointments scheduled to see him whist having other things done and he hasn’t bothered to see me and check how the progress is going. I’m absolutely DREADING the end result coz I’m sure I won’t be at all happy and I’m even more sure that they won’t do anything about it. The whole cost was only $2000 less than a swanky and extremely professional clinic in the city, there’s absolutely ZERO CARE FACTOR!

Negative experience: This practice did not follow proper medical guidelines and provided negligent care to our mum. There was no discharge / post procedure paperwork, no pain management options upon discharge discussed, no patient counselling around red flags / possible complications and the procedure was performed without appropriately consenting the patient. We are both doctors and were shocked by the lack of basic clinical standards. We are in the process of escalating this matter to the HCCC but feel obliged to share this information for potential patients to be aware. We also could not locate the dentist, Jackie Lim, on the AHPRA register — presumably/hopefully because the practice has not listed his legal name, which raises serious concerns about transparency. Given our experience, we are also concerned that many of the positive reviews may be fake

Fantastic experience: After a traumatizing experience with another local dentist and not receiving dental care for some time, good feedback from a family member lead me to Campbelltown Dental Care and specifically Dr Sirat Sandhu. I have been seeing Dr Sandhu for a while now as we work through my dental issues and she has been just amazing. Dr Sandhu is understanding, patient, professional and has been able to help me get through my dental issues in a very supportive way while being very understanding of my anxiety around dental procedures. I honestly wouldn't go elsewhere and can't speak more highly. Campbelltown Dental Care's dental nurses are just as amazing and the administration team are always pleasant, welcoming and provide fantastic communication around processes with a smile. I would give 10 stars if I could ⭐

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for many years. I cannot fault the care and attention that is given. Dr John has been so professional and encouraging in his ongoing treatment for my failed teeth following heavy radiation for cancer treatment and I recommend him and the team. If I had a dentist like Dr John as a child I would never have the fear that dentists evoke in us. Skilled and gentle.

Fantastic experience: Visited Dr John at Campbelltown Dental Care yesterday for a checkup and clean and discussion on a pending crown on a toothpick that I will need to have done in the not so distant future which will be my second crown so far Big tick to Campbelltown Dental Care as they have once again given me great dental care from Dr John and the team, the facilities are second to none in my experience as well as the quality of their work is such that I’m very very happy with to recommend them I’m also impressed with their pricing levels as I drive many Ks to use them as I haven’t always been happy with what I have previously paid for dental care in other practises I’m hard to please and I’m happy to recommend them based on my experiences to date Cheers Graeme

My dentist Tanya she's a true professional. Always worked hard for the benefits of her patients. She cares & takes times to evaluate, explain/recommend the required treatment. The work she did for me have always been of a good quality. She listened to all my concerns & need, no matter how small. I've always feel comfortable and at eased. I'm very satisfied. Thank you. Overall visiting CDC always have been a good experience for me .The Centre itself is nice, clean and provides most privacy for patients. From the moment I walked in, staff member always greeted me and attended to me immediately. This makes me always feel welcome. The whole process from start to end is very quick and easy. Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. I felt the dentist was unclear about the treatment plan and associated costs from the start. Now, they expect additional charges upfront that were never mentioned. I wouldn't recommend this dentist if you value transparency and clear communication.

Fantastic experience: Very appreciative even with my interactions with Brittany in reception to personally having the pleasure of Dr Sirat being my dental surgeon. Dr Sirat has always been transparent in discussing the procedures and outcomes. Dr Sirat has performed my dental surgeries and changed my previous experiences and interactions of dental visits to one of great appreciation with her genuine care during and after surgery. I honestly could not recommend this practice enough.

Negative experience: I arrived to an organised SWSLHD Oral Health Treatment Voucher funded appointment today at this premise with my partner for two publicly funded appointments. After taking our information, we were informed of the “managements policy” regarding publicly funded appointments. We were both told we had to sign before treatment had taken place. We were informed that the business is “not worried about being scammed, but the hospital owes us thousands, our dentists need to be paid” and most damning of all? We were only being asked to sign before treatment because we were using treatment vouchers. Never would a business ask someone paying with cash to pay before even being examined. Management is discriminatory, and may have defrauded countless people by this point in time with no consequences. “We would never do that” we were told when informing the receptionist of the risks involved for us. I’m not willing to sign a contract for payment before goods or services are exchanged, and honestly it’s entirely ridiculous that we “were not refused service, you just have to sign before treatment”. A simple google search will inform you of the attached information too, I am not exaggerating this situation. Management refused to speak to us personally “as they are in a conference”. My appointment was actually refused because I didn’t comply with a discriminatory policy. Wild. Edit to Add: as you can see by their response to my review, the team here are doubling down on manipulation tactics by attempting to convince you, the consumer, that they won’t take advantage of you! That they won’t lie or manipulate for profit! But they’re already lying regarding my experience in my review, calling my “false and misleading accusations” a “misunderstanding” solely my responsibility of course. Clowns.

Fantastic experience: I picked this place, based on the reviews. I thought how could a dentist have such high reviews ? Went there yesterday and booked in again for next week, and now I understand why. The service is impeccable and pricing was much lower than I had anticipated! Value for money is great, does not compare to other dentists honestly, well above any other dentist experience I have had. Will not go to any other dentist.

Fantastic experience: Today I witnessed a fantastic bond between my dentist and his new assistant. His professionalism and care shown along with clear communication to the new dental assistant was beautiful. Made my experience at the dentist joyful to watch and listen as I got my work done. I'm definitely not a liker of dental work due childhood work but my dental practitioner has given myself confidence to show up get my work done , take care of my teeth and return for regular check ups.

Negative experience: I had a different orthodontist for my braces check-up a few days ago, and the experience was frustrating. He positioned my seat so low that my head was uncomfortably close to his lap, and I could even feel his stomach rumbling. Throughout the appointment, he repeatedly poked my lips and directed the light straight into my eyes, making it impossible to keep them open.

Fantastic experience: So I just received my new denture from Dr Robbie. Just Amazing service, very prompt and professional. My new denture looks fabulous. So much care and perfection was taken. Dr Robbie is so cheerful and friendly and so dedicated to he’s work !! Highly recommend !!

Positive experience: Professional caring staff and reception. Good waiting room. They have afterpay and other payment plans. The dentist I saw gave me options I ended up getting a tooth extraction. It was so scary for me but I trusted the dentist. My tooth was very stubborn, but he finally got it out. They fit me in on a Sunday as I was experiencing pain. I recommend this practice.

They have TV's on the ceiling with nature videos which is really cool. My dentist took his time and was very precise unlike any previous experience. Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. Many years ago I had a traumatic experience with my teeth and the dentist and therefore neglected any future visits, until I was in a situation that I absolutely had to visit a dentist. I found Dr Vincent who has been my dentist now for many years and I have had extensive dental work during this time and spent many hours in the chair….He is kind, gentle, professional and an excellent dentist. I am now able to chew my food properly, I am no longer in constant pain and my once stained teeth are now white. The receptionists are all fantastic and the dental nurses have a calming effect. This dental practice rates A++

After 2 weeks of dealing with others and getting no help at all- CDC helped immediately with my dental emergency. Things that would have taken weeks or months all got done in a day by proficient, kind and knowledgeable dentists. Could not recommend more and this is now me and my family's regular dentist

The Italian coast picture on the wall is the best idea on a dental clinic, made feel more relax and the equipment is top quality I never see on a dental clinic. Janice is the best of the best as Hygienic I had seek in the last 15 years. She is professional and take care of my case.
