Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and easy. The dentist was amazing—very gentle, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire appointment.

She was very reassuring and put me at ease the entire time as I was very nervous due to it being my first wisdom tooth removal. I cannot recommend her enough.

Positive experience: I got a call on the day of my appointment to confirm it and they asked if I could come 15min later which I couldn't as I had already arranged time at work. I think they moved my appointment anyways as I had to wait 30min. Dentist Priya is lovely but she dropped a couple of things on me while working on a filling. The receptionist said the consultation included a check of my whole mouth but because she started with a filling then she did not have time to check and asked me to book another appointment. When booking I stated what the problem was, I believe they should consider this when organizing appointments so the dentist can actually check my whole mouth They also have a fee if paying by debit card and won't receive any cash payments from March onwards.
