Fantastic experience: This dentist and clinic were absolutely accommodating. They went out of their way to help, were caring and professional. They answered any and all questions that I had and couldn’t do enough to assist me and put me at ease. Their quote was less expensive too! The clock was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I was in Brisbane on holidays and needed an emergency dental procedure, Brisbane Dental took care of everything on a Friday afternoon without a fuss and with a smile. The staff were great and so was Dr Bashour.

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in over 2 years and knew I was long overdue for a checkup and cleaning. Was extremely pleasant visit, Dr Michael was so kind and reassuring, so patient & gave me such excellent education/explanations that previous dentist have failed to do, next level gentle, I literally had 0 discomfort. The receptionists are also top tier, going above and beyond with managing bookings and insurance. The clinic has recently undergone some great renovations which has made the experience even better. Negative experience: Had a root canal & tooth extracted. Dr Michael Daniel was running 45 minutes late (was told he had to have his lunch). My wife waited over 2 hrs, she was to see him afterwards. More importantly…. He failed to fill in the script properly ( missed putting details for chemist to fill) in order for me to get pain relief & the antibiotics needed. We have called ambulance tonight & need to follow up with pain relief and antibiotics else where..because Dr Michael Daniel did not take the time ie. ability to fill script properly for aftercare! Will never go back to this dentist clinic. They are disoriented, scattered, disorganised & don’t care for patients that they claim to!

Fantastic experience: Cheryl Liew is an amazing dentist. Very personable, professional and thorough. Convenient location near the CBD and Roma St bus and rail. Very prompt with minimal waiting times. Receptionists are always happy and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: When first contacting them for a consultation quote they made it easy and they were friendly on the phone helped with organising what needed to be done all up to the Day getting the work done Shout out to Amber on the Reception desk Amber is friendly and welcoming and will follow up with answers to any of the questions I had - Dr Raghed Bashour was great he made the process on the day easy and calming explained everything that was going on and made me very comfortable Overall my experience with this Practice was exceptional and thank you to all the people who were involved in my Dental Plan and Surgery

Fantastic experience: I am mostly very nervous visiting dentists re pain, sensitivity and having experienced jaw dislocation from a previous dentist. But Dr Arthur and the team are fantastic!! I see Dr Arthur annually for a clean/check and he is extremely pleasant, listened to and accommodated all my needs, worked methodically and gently, and I can’t fault my experiences!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience with Dr Hazan Olfat. Went in for a sore tooth which needed to be extracted and she could not have made me feel more at ease. Great communication about what she was doing and why. Always clarifying the procedure and making sure I was comfortable. The whole process was virtually painless. Lovely people that you feel comfortable talking with, great care for my dental check up and clean, fast and a good atmosphere. The receptionists were lovely, understanding and super friendly. They were able to fit me in on short notice. Dr Ana Grossi was very compassionate, gentle and made me feel at ease. Dr Michael Daniell was also great. He talked through everything about my procedure and also made me feel very much at ease. The dental assistants were amazing as well! Even though I was coming in with a lot of pain and anxiety this was the best dental treatment I have ever had and couldn’t recommend them enough! Being from Canberra it is enough to tempt me to move to Brisbane or at least fly up for my regular dentist appointments

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of this surgery for 15 years, Cheryl is my preferred dentist and has been proactive with dealing with my teeth and general health issues. She has also performed minor cosmetic dentistry to improve the general appearance of the teeth. Narissa has been a long term team assistant snd it is always great to see her friendly face. Fantastic experience: New patient to Brisbane Dental and required a crown and filling. On the day I was so nervous due to previous bad experiences. Dr Michael and his team were so kind, understanding and gentle. I am so shocked that I had all this done, plus a clean and polish in one visit without pain!!! Michael is a lovely gentle person who looked after my dental needs professionally and to a high standard. My crown feels perfect and my teeth great. Negative experience: Unimpressive service. Dentist did not properly explain reason for or background information on suggested treatment. Also charged $45 for two photographs, whereas other clinics have not charged me for photos.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in the door you are met with by a very welcoming receptionist. When you walk into the Dentist's surgery you are introduced to the assistant. Again very welcoming. I have been going to this surgery and to the same dentist for quite some time. I am kept well informed on what is required and even given a squishy toy to hold onto to calm my nerves (I am such a sook). I can highly recommend this dental practice which has more recently introduced more services to their practice. Easy to access by public transport as well.

Fantastic experience: It was my second experience with a dentist in Australia, I’m Brazilian. My first experience with a Brazilian dentist was terrible, so I decided to get a second opinion, and it was the best choice I could have made. Everything at the clinic makes you feel comfortable, the receptionists are really lovely, and Dr Raghed Bashour was very attentive and calm in explaining the possible treatments for my case. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for the best dentist in the world, go and see Firozah at Brisbane Dental! Firozah is so gentle that I actually went to sleep when she was doing my root canal a few years ago. When I was going to my previous dentist I stopped getting my teeth cleaned as he hurt me so much. Firozah on the other hand has never hurt me once. When I go to see Firozah for my 6 monthly check up it is like catching up with a friend. I know my teeth are very well cared for and Firozah is good at planning my dental health to make sure little issues don’t become big ones. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic! Dr Raghed Bashour is just amazing. I had a very bad infection at my canine tooth and it needed to be removed and bone grafting done to get it prepared for implant. I got quotes from several dental clinics and literally Brisbane dental gave me a quote which was several thousand dollars cheaper. Not only the cost was very affordable, Dr. Bashour did a fantastic work. The staff also were very welcoming and great in communication. They respond to emails pretty quick and also offered me free consultations which saved me several hundreds. I am so happy that I have found them!

After our first visit today with Dr Low, my wife and I came away very happy with the professional care and attention. We both other that Dr Low has a very similar style to that of Dr Ewan ie kind, careful and meticulous.
