I’m usually a very anxious patient when it comes to the dentist, but Dr Tomazos and the team made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The service was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr Tomazos answered all my questions with such patience and clarity—it really helped calm my nerves. I also brought my young son in for a check-up, and Dr Tomazos was amazing with him. He was kind, gentle, and made the whole experience fun and positive. My son walked out saying he wants to become a dentist just like Dr Tomazos one day! Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert care with a compassionate approach. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Ryan Sherry for a tooth extraction and denture. He was super friendly and made the whole experience way less stressful than I expected. Everything went smoothly, and he explained things really well. Definitely recommend him if you're looking for a good dentist. 10/10

Negative experience: I'm not at happy like I thought I was. I felt as tho I've been coned, & they just say things to you just to make you believe & than just get money out of you. If I knew they where going to clean like a normal dentist, I wouldn't have gone. I'm very very angry at washing my money at smile solutions. Positive experience: I’ve been with Smile Solutions for a number of years and have always seen Naomi, who’s fantastic. During Naomi’s maternity leave, I saw Helen, also great and I was very happy with her work. My regular dentist is Yasmine, and she’s been wonderful as well. However, at my recent visit, I was seen by a dentist named Ryan (initials RS on the receipt). Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. I found his manner a bit arrogant and unwelcoming. I won’t be booking with him again.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Fiona and her nurse Jess. Kind, patient and addressed all problems in a very thorough and knowledgeable way. Lovely treatment style and explanation of all options and procedures, would highly recommend!

Dr. Silvia is fantastic—thorough, gentle, and highly professional. Nurse Jenny is attentive and ensures I’m comfortable throughout every visit. Since I have a jaw issue, they always check in before continuing with the clean, which I truly appreciate. From experience, Dr. Silvia and Jenny work seamlessly as a team, making each visit more pleasant. Their care and professionalism make a real difference. She was incredibly thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything with such clarity. Alice and Morin, the nursing team, were absolutely lovely - they helped me feel so comfortable and completely at ease. I most definitely recommend them for a positive and professional dental visit!

Positive experience: Have had a superb experience with my Invisalign process and so far haven’t had any bad treatments with my dentist, but I have to say that they are not the most trustworthy. You absolutely must ask for a treatment plan or otherwise they’ll be pushing you to start a new one without briefing you into the costs. Additionally, the explanation as to why they want to start a new treatment is very dubious, so you need to get a second opinion with another practitioner to make an informed decision. Be careful and don’t let them take your money without assessing the situation well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just experienced the most amazing service from Dr Peter Henderson ( General Dentist) and Monica Cain ( Dental Hygienist) when I attended Smile Solutions for my routine check-up today. The professionalism and cheerful disposition displayed by these two clinicians put me at ease immediately. Everything I’ve read about Smile Solution’s reputation ( attentive patient care and high practitioner skills/competency ) is vindicated by my personal experience today. I rate my experience 10/10. Fantastic experience: I've been doing cleaning with Poppy for about 2 to 3 years now. Poppy has always been so good in taking care of my teeth, especially after I started wearing braces about a year ago, she's used airflow for braces and it's working so well!

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to write this review for a while, here we go. First off this practice is located in an absolutely stunning building and has well maintained the buildings charm. As a person who suffers from dental anixety and frequent dental issues I've visted the practice quite a few times and can say. The team here is simply put the best, from the front desk that make you feel welcome, to the assistants and doctors who are highly skilled at what they do. I've only had the pleasure of dealing and getting treated by Dr's Tayla & Miranda but I can guarantee that all the practitioners at this clinic will be great. Dr Tayla is Awesome, she made my concerns feel heard, kept me at ease & informed about what's going on and was just so accommodating and professional. I've done numerous treatments with her and I completely trust her with my dental health and will never doubt a word she says. I've also had the honor of meeting Dr Miranda who is really one of the kindest people I've ever met, she's warm and genuinely cares about her paitents and there issues. Smile Solutions elimanted my anxiety about dental work and make every visit an enjoyable experience. I would not doubt this team's experience, dedication, and commitment to what they do. genuinely the best practice I've visted in the world (I've visted practices in 5+ countries) Thank you guys so much for everything you've done and will continue to do for me.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been visiting this clinic for a few times and everytime we came we always received excellent services. The girls at the reception desk on L1 and 10 are amazing. Quick, prompt and friendly. The specialists as well as the dental team are excellent. Very thorough and detailed, not rushing. Our family has been to some other dental clinics in CBD and suburb, but we must admit that Smile Solutions team is much better. Far better. Keep us the good work! Highly recommended.

Vanessa at the reception on level 2 was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. This was by far one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. A perfect 10/10 – absolutely worth it!

Fantastic experience: I’m not much for reviews but I can’t recommend this place & Dr. Avi enough. I stumbled upon it as it was just the first place that had an early appointment and I was extremely lucky. Dr. Avi and the team at Smile Solutions are extremely professional, gentle and possess just a touch of humour to ease the nerves of dental fear. They took the time to explain the process to me, checked in throughout the procedure, ensured I was not in pain, provided detailed aftercare instructions & most importantly knew what they were doing. I’ve ended my dentist shopping journey and will be sticking to Dr. Avi and the team here. If you're unsure or exploring or in pain, I’d encourage you to reach out to them. Fantastic experience: December 2024 This is my second review of Smile Solutions, as I wanted to express my amazement with the efficiency of the new Cerac crown process (where everything is completed within a two hour session, instead of the older porcelain veneer method, with two separate visits two weeks apart). I also want to give enormous thanks to the wonderful, cheery Dr Casey Edgar, whose remarkable technical skill gave me the most beautiful molar crown, in what has been the best-ever crown experience I've had over the ten years I've attended Smile Solutions. I also acknowledge Dr Edgar's understanding and patience in dealing with some initial uncertainty I had about the process, and about my tooth, and for helping me to challenge my assumptions about doing things the same old way. There is no going back now ! Thanks so much Dr Casey, I feel like I've reached a new milestone in my dental journey. She understands my needs (before major dental work I take medication to get down my heart rate), she has a friendly, calm, warm manner and her technical skills are excellent. Fantastic experience: I can not speak highly enough of the team at Smile Solutions. My daughter (6) and I have been coming here since the beginning of the year, and we couldn’t be happier. Dr Susan’s amazingly talented and her nurturing and kind hearted nature has eliminated my daughter’s fear of the dentist, and she now loves going for dental work, and seeing all of the friendly staff. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client at smile solutions for many years, and the service has always been outstanding. Recently, I needed a treatment that required two sessions. I was concerned about getting a new retainer to prevent my teeth from shifting, as it involves a different department. Amanda was amazing in ensuring that my sessions were scheduled close together. Fantastic experience: My daughter & I attend this clinic and we are in love to say the least. The beauty, the feeling of being invited and just all around helpful and competent staff and reception…. To the dentists who have/ in the process of fixing my mine and my daughter’s teeth… Amazing. Me personally, I have always wanted my wisdom teeth taken out, and so around 19yrs of age I attempted to do just that, and attended a different practice. Little did I know I was to walk out with a swollen face, tears in my eyes and PTSD. I was horrified. I’m 29 now and I attended Smiles Solutions, met with the AMAZING Dr. Paul Aulakh who was so confident I was in safe hands and would not experience such distress ever again. I put my trust in Paul, and within 5 minutes, 10 years worth of stress and anxiety disappeared, and he removed a wisdom tooth without pain whatsoever!!! I am very very grateful. My daughter also is extremely grateful. What an amazing clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a repair of a chipped front tooth with Dr Miranda Hojok and it was by far my best experience with a dentist. Dr Hojok was warm, welcoming and explained everything to me as she went. My tooth was repaired perfectly! I would recommend her to anyone! The clinic itself is also beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Had to go see these guys in regards to getting a filling, for someone who isn’t a massive fan of the dentist I saw Dr Florina and she kept me at ease! Positive experience: Was a good experience. Had to get a second appointment for getting my implant tightened. The doctor clearly explained why my implant, that I got elsewhere, keeps getting loose. Although the doctor could only temporarily tightened it but it is still tight after several months-No issue since the visit. Very grateful. Thank you.

We had attended another clinic and felt so pushed to purchase, yet with Betty we were given all the options and will definitely be sticking with Smile Solutions.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for over 4 years. I have had a complicated dental history and it’s great to have a wide variety of specialists on site and I don’t need to repeat my history at every appointment. I have had an implant, crown replacement as well as a tooth removed and ongoing treatment for a number of other issues that went undiagnosed before attending this practice. The service is excellent, they are all at the top of their fields and only want what’s best for you, the patient. I also have BUPA cover and they are a nominated provider so I am generally not out of pocket much, if at all. They also have payment plans, which I have also used once for my implant procedure. All in all, an excellent one stop shop for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure to visit Smile Solutions. Everyone and everything is great (apart from the lifts. Haha— the lifts do give a heritage touch). On top of their quality of care, they also see you as a mate. Visiting dentists can be daunting but going to Smile Solutions feels like a spa day. They should honestly start offering refreshments considering the premium that they charge.

Our daughter was feeling a bit car sick when we arrived and was not sure if she could go ahead with the treatment planned - Casey was very kind and happy to give our daughter the time she needed to feel better and was very happy to cancel appointment if need be. I think that helped our daughter feel in control and able to go ahead with the planned treatment. The treatment itself seemed super fast and efficient. And other treatment needs identified were arranged to be completed only two days after. And the offices Manchester in the Manchester Unity building - superb!!!

I have seen three or four different Dr over a few years with smile solutions, All my Dr along with their assistance have made my dentist appointments so very professional. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Smile Solutions since maybe 2009 when I was forced as my back tooth filling fell out. I was always terrified of the dentist but I saw Madeline Hoopman and still see her to this day. She was so gentle and understanding and got me over my fear of the dentist to the point where I love getting a checkup or clean now. And the building, oh my, it’s stunning. Aside from some splits, the dental equipment and computers, the building itself is still all original and so beautiful. Won’t lie, this is an expensive clinic, but I’ll say it’s worth every cent knowing you’re being genuinely cared for and getting the best treatments available as they are always upgrading their dental technology to stay current and they’ll do anything to ensure your comfort.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes you see pets oddly excited to see their vet clinic leaving one to ponder that must be one amazing vet. Well Smile Solutions has the same caring attitude on the human dental medical scale. No matter what dental work needs doing on my teeth the team are always incredibly patient and kind. For anyone with Trigeminal Neuralgia or other pain related conditions, this is certainly a dentist practice I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am so overjoyed with how amazing my teeth look after orthodontic treatment (braces) with Dr Josh. Dr Josh is an extremely professional dentist and exhibited such care with my extremely sensitive teeth - which look amazing! I also need to say Dr Emily was absolutely incredible. Fantastic experience: Have only had great experiences at Smile Solutions - especially with the incredible Dr Gad. Kind, knowledgeable and patient, Sherin is an incredible profession and delightful person (one of the only people I’ve been able to see to manage my dentist-anxiety). Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to smile solutions for almost 10 years. Initially for orthodontics (Invisalign) and ever since for general dental and cleaning. The central location and excellent, friendly staff mean that every visit can usually be done on my lunch break. Could not recommend more. 11/10

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our three kids to Smile Solutions for 15 years, I can’t imagine how much money I have spent there, but I don’t have a problem with any of that given how great they are there, so friendly and efficient in every way. Naomi, Pippa, and Linda are all fantastic and so great with kids especially. Even when we are her last appointment Naomi makes them feel so welcome . Fantastic experience: As a person suffering with PTSD, I find going to the dentist very challenging. I feel very comfortable with Dr Sandy, and all the dental assistants I have encountered. Dr Sandy’s skill & gentle & clear manner is SUPERB! Reception staff were very helpful & efficient. I also need to add that I find the aesthetics of the building & renovations very enjoyable- helps with the distraction factor!!
