Negative experience: They’ve changed their phone system to AI so now it’s impossible to speak to anyone in reception. This is beyond frustrating! Being able to call a clinic is a basic and essential need and it can’t be replaced by a robot. Not to mention the robot has the worst attitude and tone. It clearly shows this clinic does not care about good customer service at all. I have to go in person now to get my query answered which could have been done with a simple phone call!! Avoid this clinic!

Negative experience: Doctors are great. But the reception and admin staff are unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing. Their systems are slow and inefficient. There is very little communication between doctors and the receptionists and it becomes clear when trying to get information about test results or even to get referral forms for tests. Receptionist tried to charge consult fee for doctor to email referral form. Ridiculous. Also went to a doctors appointment with my doctor, did not inform me she was away that day and got me to see a different doctor. Just poorly ran and organised clinic. Which is a shame since the doctors are for the most part quite good.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with how Bundoora Medical Clinic has treated Dr. Chaundary Panwar after working at this Clinic for over 7years. I have been a patient of Dr. Panwar for many many years, and he is a great Doctor. He is caring, efficient and very professional. When I called the Clinic a few weeks ago to make an appointment, I was told he was on 'leave' - however this was a lie. They practically threw him out. They closed down access to his client's records and made it impossible for Dr. Panwar to do his job. I find this very unprofessional, out of order and totally disrespectful. I will be pulling my medical records from this Clinic and transferring them to: Pan Medical Centre in Thomastown .

Negative experience: I’m pretty disappointed at the service that’s been given today at this clinic, to start off I was referred to do a blood test which I was excited about because in previous discussions at this clinic with multiple doctors I have been experiencing numbness in my feet. which as I was told by a doctor at my work that it could be a sign of having an autoimmune condition which Is why I was going in to do a full work up of bloods however when I went to Melbourne pathology they let me know that there was no ANA test on the referral or anything for autoimmune testing. I felt as I was not heard and this has happened multiple times because I am young! I then tried to reschedule my appointment to get my blood test results when I called a robot named Sara spoke to me asked for my ID information then waiting on the phone 20 mins they hung up on me. So I called back two times again gave my details, I would really love to speak to an actual person as I’m feeling so stressed at the moment as I’ve been paying so much to finally investigate the current issues that I’m experiencing! Just extremely frustrating!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Deana Al-Rubyee is a fantastic GP who I would recommend to anyone. Deana is highly knowledgable and capable in her work, effectively assisting me with health concerns across multiple disciplines, being particularly great with mental health. Deana has gone above and beyond to create a comfortable atmosphere and trusting relationship, showing real passion for her work and genuine care for my wellbeing.

Negative experience: Idiot receptionist staff they provide misleading information. If they didn’t know the answer I would’ve preferred an i don’t know rather than false information. Act like a receptionist please not a doctor

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with Dr. Chris Hudson Our consultation with Dr. Chris Hudson was extremely disappointing. Not only did he fail to address our concerns effectively, but he also dismissed our issue by stating he couldn't perform "magic." When we requested a written prescription, he hesitated and only provided it reluctantly. Unfortunately, the prescribed medication was ineffective, and Dr. Hudson did not seem to grasp the seriousness of our situation.

Fantastic experience: I don’t live in Bundoora so I have no vested interest in giving these guys a good review. The administrator who registered me displayed excellent customer service 11:20 22/4. Dr Khaled Moussa was by far the friendliest and most in depth doctor I’ve had, great dude. I’m even thinking of transferring my files over to them and making them my primary.

One of them as an example is that while the Dr, called us to go for visiting, he kept us in the middle of the door and did not let us to enter, and she was not professional enough to make our situation clear! Fantastic experience: My previous GP of more than 20 years retired last year, so I was looking for a new one. My partner goes to Bundoora Family Clinic Hub, at Uni Hill, so I thought I might try them too. It is very close to us. I went for my first visit today. I saw my new GP, Dr Shahin Habibian. He was on time for my appointment. I had records of my medications and health problems and we discussed my general health and medical history. He made me feel welcome. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and professional.

Negative experience: Well I can't even say one and done with this clinic, as it's more of a case of none and done! I scheduled a mid morning telehealth appointment and never got a phone call. Really poor.

Positive experience: Pros: Went to see Dr. Shome who appears to me as expert in Paediatrics Health to check my son who became seriously ill. No disappointments at all when she carefully investigated the eyes, throat, tummy, chest, recommended a urine test, and prescribed anti-vomiting tablets. Our conversations were engaging with her asking a lot of questions about how things happened and me stating our situation and temporary solutions. It was satisfying to have found a practitioner whom I can share the same motherly care for my son. Cons: The lady (brunette) at reception wasn’t good at connecting with patients. Not caring enough when answering calls.

Negative experience: The reception is so rude and understanding. They hang up on you. How did this place if I could I would give Ziro a star. my name is (Ghazal Shafizadehmojaveri) now go find it. The people working in reception don't have any knowledge. Extremely rude and had no explanation and no patience.

Fantastic experience: It was my daughter's first visit to the clinic and she saw Dr Panwar. He was friendly and thorough in his examination of my daughter's hand. We walked out and she stated that she liked the doctor. (Child never compliments anyone!) So well done and thankyou for looking after my child.

Fantastic experience: I have had great experiences with the doctors here, Dr Tom Russell, Dr Enan Simms-Walker, all very caring and professional. I will use it as my regular GP place from now on. I have been trying different clinics around Mill Park area and struggled to find a good Dr till I visited here. You will know what a good doctor is once you have bad experience somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I have been seeing Dr Tom Russell for the past year, he’s the nicest GP I’ve come across and has actually stuck at the same practice this whole time, which is mind blowing given the industry. We’ve been through 2 practices and 4 different GPs since having kids and I’m so relieved to have a reliable practice where you don’t wait 3 hours to be see and can see the same person. Mind blowing. If you have kids he’s definitely your guy.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this clinic a couple of times, and seen 3-4 different doctors, and I can honestly say that this is by FAR the best clinic I have been to in my life. I normally ignore requests for google reviews but the way doctors take the appropriate level of time and care has been incredible and so I felt compelled to share my experience. My visit today felt like I was talking to someone who had a real vested interest in my wellbeing. I was really quite taken back. Would 100% recommend this clinic.

Positive experience: Update: Reduced stars from 5 to 3 only because they consistently waste patients time and they seem to be comfortable with that. Why patients have to waste minimum of half an hour of their time for every appointment in an environment with other patients coughing...? If it was once in a while, excuses could make sense, but being consistently like that, there's something wrong in time management which have never seen an action to resolve over years I've been visiting here. ------------------------------------------------------ The best advantage of this place is having after hour service, open till mid night and gives flexibility to set an appointment. The doctors and clinic try to be on-time, they can still be better, but they are already much better than some other Clinics and Doctors!

Fantastic experience: My son was sick on a Sunday I googled the clinic and they got him in quickly after my call. We hardly waited over our appointment time and the service was quick and efficient. We were really happy with the clinic and would absolutely use this clinic again.

Negative experience: I surprised to see so many 5 ratings for this clinic, most of them come from people with one or two ratings, so are they legit? If you care to read, here are some details for my 1-star rating: * When GP orders blood screen or other testing, at my previous home's clinics, I will receive a text letting me know result is in. If there's nothing to worry, that's it. Follow-up booking are needed when there are things for the doctor to discuss, or for the patient who insists on seeing the doctor. At this Bundoora Family Clinic, no such updates are provided. 3, 4 weeks past, and nothing, I have to follow up all the time; it's frustrating. I then always have to book a follow-up and pay $70 to confirm that the test results, indeed amazing. Such a waste of time for both the doctor, and myself, bringing profit to the clinic, though. * They made me pay twice on a visit back in December (2,3 months after). I told them the card was added when booking (I booked thru Hotdoc, card details were added), but they kept saying it's not paid. When got home, I got time to check transaction history in banking, and also the rebate records from Medicare, it was PAID. Anyway, too small for me to waste time chasing and correcting that, so I don't bother, I also don't appreciate that, and I hope it does not happen to too many patients, don't put this on the system, system can be checked and make way less human errors. * The waiting time is always at least half an hour. Staff can be quite rude. * One time, I was waiting for close to an hour, and I came up to the desk couple of time, asking for an estimate and whether they could check with the doctor on what's going on. Receptionists didn't check, they said the doctor is super busy, tending patients, their room is right there (and no one coming in or out...). When clock ticking past an hour I asked the receptionist to kindly check one more time, now flying out from the door was the doctor! I asked when we were inside, the doc said she's been in there waiting the whole time too. I just wish the receptionist had done their job. Note: Lots of bad comments on Dr Crilly here, I actually saw Dr Crilly 2 times, she was not the most friendly, but she's polite. And she did the most gentle pap test swap, I think she's fine. Dr Yasandri and Simita are also great. Anyway, find another clinic, this one might be good with children, but they are appalling, if you are willing to spend, spend where it has better services. Update: Bundoora Clinic team who monitors this Google profile replied to me: 'You are not a patient of ours. This is a fake review. We will get our solicitors to deal with this. Thanks' Please do! Invite your solicitors. What makes you jump to the conclusion that I am not a patient? I can see why your services is poor, this attitude will take you nowhere.
