Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had to change dentists. It seems there's a new administration and the new dentists aren't as good as before. I wasn’t happy with my last two visits — the service wasn’t the same, and it was hard to understand them. Because of that, I decided to look for a new dental clinic where I feel more comfortable. It's a shame, because I used to be very happy with the care here.

Negative experience: Don’t consider (RUN) I made inquiries re dental issue Consulation only. I was informed No consultation Fee I underwent the examination which included 2 X-rays. I was requested to wait in waiting room for written quote When handed the written quote I was requested to make a payment covering the consultation which was overwhelming, then they add poison to the total cost charge for Debit Card payment

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with the service that Family Dental Care has provided me, and I will recommend this place to my friends and family. I cannot praise them enough.

Negative experience: This establishment should be fully investigated for medical negligence. We had a dental emergency and it was our first time visiting. From the outset, the dentist, Nuha Kamil, was more focused on telling me the cost of the procedure rather than the reason for the procedure, and more importantly the side effects. She was seeing two patients at the one time, it was unclear how focused she was on my 5 year old given she had the other patient's xray results up on the monitor. It was clear that neither the dentist nor the dental assistant knew how to administer the nitrous oxide correctly given the number of times they adjusted the volume. My son ended up unconscious for several minutes. After the panic, the dentist told the assistant to administer oxygen but instead increased the volume of the nitrous oxide!!!! While this is the biggest issue, it was one of many during our visit. I am yet to receive a call from management about this issue. I will be submitting a formal complaint by reporting the dentist and practice.

I saw Dr Pande and she was so gentle and patient with me as a very anxious patient she was very understanding and walked me through the whole process. As much as it’s a horrible necessity I would highly recommend seeing Dr Pande! The clinic is very clean and the other staff were so lovely and assisted with bubbles for my 2 year old and a drink for my husband and child too!

Rana at the front desk is friendly, kind, efficient and super helpful. Dr Bhavna is just Amazing! It was great just to catch up with her again. She greets you with enthusiasm. A beautiful person inside and out, who is extremely skilled at her profession. Highly recommended
