Negative experience: I had a bad experience with the reception staff double booking me 3 years ago but I did like the dentist at the time so went back. When that dentist left I went one more time and was less than impressed with a very non-thorough new (to me) dentist. Since then I found another dentist and they continue to call and harass me. Don’t you think that 2 years later I’ve found another dentist?!?! I’m now living overseas and last night at 3am where I am they called 3 times in a row and broke my DND and woke me up. Please take a hint and stop harassing people who no longer want your services.

Fantastic experience: I was worried about getting my wisdom teeth removed in the chair. But the whole process was seamless. I had no pain what so ever when the procedure was being done (which is what I was worried about) and I had a great dentist & dental assistant will definitely be back

Negative experience: I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your clinic on March 6.. I scheduled an appointment with the expectation of having my teeth cleaned and the stains removed, stained still remain.but I left feeling dissatisfied with the results and the unexpectedly high bill of $376. When I booked the appointment, I was under the impression that the cleaning would effectively remove the stains, but this was not the case. I do not feel that the service provided justified the amount I was charged, and I was not given a clear explanation of the costs beforehand. Had I known the full extent of the charges, I would have reconsidered proceeding with the treatment. I believe that transparency in pricing and patient satisfaction should be a priority. I would appreciate a detailed breakdown of the charges, as well as a response regarding how this matter can be resolved. I am open to discussing a partial refund or a corrective treatment to address the issue properly. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this matter.

Negative experience: Convenient dentist but Dr Zahraa charged me $200 for 5 minutes of removing glue from my bottom teeth. Started the appointment telling me it would be $150 and ended the appointment telling me it will be $200. 2 stars are for the kind and helpful receptionists. Many dentists at this practice, find one who doesn’t take advantage of you.

Negative experience: I just booked an emergency appointment at 12:39pm today(1/2/2025) because of my tooth ache and was supposed to come for 4:50pm appointment. After I finished work I saw the SMS and said the appointment was cancelled because I missed out the several phone calls at 3:25pm and 3:55pm. If you think the patient books an EMERGENCY appointment is not emergency, and you cancel the appointment because you just call, no confirmation SMS, email, don’t call that EMERGENCY. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed that I booked in for a standard clean (advertised as $110 on the website) and then they add on another $65 for consult and $25 for fluoride cleaning (without asking me if I wanted it). It’s quite misleading how the pricing structure is advertised at the point of booking on the website.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere from start to finish. I had my wisdom teeth removed a week ago with another dentist & am experiencing complete numbness on my left side & possible infection so I wanted a second opinion. I rang life care dental located in Forrest chase and explained my situation to the receptionist and specifically asked if I should contact an OMFS surgeon instead as I didn’t want to waste my time/money if they couldn’t help. she said they could help & to send thru my x ray. When I arrived the receptionists weren’t very friendly. The dentist (a very young asain male didn’t get his name) brought me into room & asked for my xray even tho I had already sent it. I gave him my phone to see xray and he just walked out of the room with my phone without even asking me if that was ok. He walked out of the room at least 3 times, to the point his colleague tried to explain saying I think he’s checking with whoever was above him. He showed no empathy for my situation and told me I should go back to my surgeon. I told him the reason I was there was because I didn’t trust my surgeon & then he gave me a referral to another OMFS surgeon ‘he usualy refers people to’ & said i “should see him urgently before it gets worse” even tho my original surgeon said there nothing anyone can do it might resolve with time. So I did waste my time and $$. When I was paying after the app the receptionists were having a conversation between themselves and acted like taking my payment was an inconvenience. This is an untrustworthy business that obviously cares more about profit than the care of their patients. Absolutely disgraceful standard of service and care. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with Dr. Nidhi Narang for a check-up and cleaning. As someone who has fears about visiting the dentist, I really appreciated how patient she was. She took the time to explain every step of the process, which helped ease some of my anxiety. Even though I still felt a bit nervous hearing the machine during the procedure, I knew I was in good hands. After the treatment, she answered all of my questions thoroughly and with care. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you, Dr. Nidhi!

Negative experience: Had an extraction appointment with Dr. M. Wood on 02/09 since my initial doctor was on leave. It is for wisdom teeth extraction as the initial x-ray shown it was half chipped and recommended to take it out, otherwise the exposed decay could spread to others. I agreed because I had my other wisdom teeth pulled out here with no issue back in 2019. Worst and painful 1.5h on my life ! and it doesn't help with them saying the root was too deep / curved, wasn't it supposed to be your job ? after 3x hard attempts ( and the equipment pierced my teeth gums twice while they tried to pull it out ), they still couldn't get it out and they messed up my teeth. I can feel that my teeth is not in the usual place ( a bit loose ) and worst part was he just left the bottom part of my wisdom teeth there saying the 'problem' part had already been taken care of. With half-assed job done & not even calling ( rather than sending automated reply ) to re-schedule follow up appointment, all he can offer is writing me a referral letter to get another appointment to get my gum removed and pluck the teeth from the bone directly if I want to get the remaining wisdom teeth pulled out. Who in the right mind would agree after you have been sitting there for almost 2 hours on excruciating pain ? I am on constant painkiller ( double strength ibuprofen ) every 8 hours as the sharp pain gives bad headache if left untreated. Can't focus at work, can't go to gym, been eating inconveniently since I can only rely on 1 side of my mouth and do my usual activity. I had waited for a week and the pain is only getting worse. I am going to see another dental specialist this week to get it checked and I will see if I can get an advice for potential negligence as I am spending twice just to get my teeth fixed.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience (this was the worst dentist experience I ever had). My appointment was at 2pm but I only got to see a doc at 2.40pm which I believe is unprofessional considering that it is working hours and I (as I’m sure many other people) took time off from work and wasted 40 min for just waiting (on a side note I was there around 1.40pm). I understand waiting happens but 40 min? Other than that Visit in general was negative: 1. I did inform that I’m having issues with bleeding gums and sensitivity, however it felt like doc was in rush and the whole process of cleaning was brutal. 2. Water splashing all over my neck and top. 3. Cleaning / scaling results (the main reason of visit) - hardly can see any difference between before and after (only 2-3 teeth in the middle) and the rest are still the same which is very very disappointing (I understand that calculus removal is not always can be noticed but coffee stains can clearly be seen at the back of the teeth). 4. Noticed some bruises on gums (top) located way further up from the teeth (I understand that it could happen due to pressure however this is way higher than teeth-gum line). Very disappointed considering the reason of the visit (I’d assume quite basic issues) and I can see great reviews about other doctors in the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr Nidhi Narang & Dr Theresa Go have been absolutely amazing to deal with, especially with my fear of the dentist, low pain tolerance and anxiety, they both made me feel very comfortable and calm, answered any questions I had and did amazing work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been using LifeCare dental for years. My dentist is Rahul. He is very gentle and takes care of my gum sensitivity. He explains how I should look after my teeth and gums and always ensures I am comfortable during my appointment. I see Rahul twice a year and feel very confident in his ability to take care of my dental needs. It must be said that the dental nurses are amazing. Thank you LifeCare Dental.

Negative experience: Never got a quote/price. They will not tell you how much it cost without seeing a dentist (by which stage they would’ve already done the operation)- so whatever they say you will have to pay you have to pay. I’m pretty sure this is illegal or at least goes against some sort of law. I originally called and asked for a quote and BUPA codes and they said I had to come in, I come in and they eventually gave me the BUPA codes but not the prices. I call BUPA with the codes and they say I need the provider number. I call back the dentist and they they eventually give me the provider number. I call back BUPA and they say they can’t give me an amount without a quote. I call back the dentist and they say they can’t give me a quote WITHOUT SEEING A DENTIST (which means paying). This is extortion - to say nothing of 2 hours of research, travelling, talking, and being on hold waiting for information.

Fantastic experience: I had a complex extraction done by Dr. Nidhi and I was very impressed by her professionalism and care. She explained the procedure to me clearly and patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She was gentle and attentive, and constantly checked on me to see if I was feeling any pain or discomfort. She also gave me helpful advice on how to take care of my teeth after the extraction. I am very grateful for her human quality and compassion, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Dr. Nidhi to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: Offers the BEST dentistry services! Walked in as a new patient and was seen the same day! All the receptionists were extremely friendly and efficient, as was the dentist. They were able to take impressions, order a new retainer which arrived to the surgery and was fitted within 24 hours! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Negative experience: Got told I had to deposit $50 as a new patient, informed them I wasn’t new and was a returning patient. Was told I had to pay all the same. Even though my private health covers the entire cost. Went and found a new and better practice, was glad of this experience with LifeCare CBD as I’m much happier elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I’m so very grateful for the reception staff, Dr Sohoni and the dental nurse who’s name I didn’t catch. I had a filling fall out hours before a flight to catch on a weekend and was fit in promptly. The appointment was on time, everything explained well, and ran smoothly. X-rays and information was sent back to my regular dentist too. I couldn’t fault anything.

Fantastic experience: Recently was seen by Theresa where she was most gentle in my hour of need. Lovely quick reception service too as I didn't know how to use my private cover properly. Definately will be coming back again.

Negative experience: I finished my work early as I made appointment at 2. I even came in 10 mins early. But I have to wait for nearly 40 mins for my booking. Why do I bother to book if I have to wait 40 mins. The receptionist didn’t even bother to checked with dentist when they see someone wait for nearly 30 mins. When I book this appointment, I have stated I am existing patient. They just texted me to pay deposit as I am not existing patient as they “checked”. Do they just assume people lie? They called me three times when I was busy at work. Then when I finally called them back, they just said “ oh, yes, we have found your profile.” Just waste my time.

Positive experience: Used to love coming here for very professional/ efficient service. unfortunately todays upstairs receptionists were too busy giggling and sitting on their phones to work - delaying my details collection and therefore my appointment by 20+ minutes. Don’t like my time being wasted by giggling school girls and general bad practice.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful management. Waited over 5 weeks for retainers that I was told I was going to get within 5 days. Called numerous times to follow up only to be told we will call you back and they never did. I had to keep chasing up. Then got told the retainers are ready for pickup. Went in to pickup and they couldn’t find it but gave me the mould of my teeth. I was told I would get a refund for the hassle upon pickup of my retainers. Never got my refund. Weeks of chasing up once again for my refund to only be told sorry we can’t give you a refund but we will offer you a discount on your next visit. Why would I want to visit you after this hassle! Absolutely terrible management and service after Dr Alex left!

Fantastic experience: I’ve got no idea what these people giving 1 star reviews are doing because I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. Call up on the day with bad wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted, that got me in first thing next morning. Dentist and nurse were so friendly and helpful, had my tooth out in 20 minutes! State of the arm technology, (a X-ray machine that took pics of your whole mouth instead of when they do that awful and uncomfortable bite down one) Dentist was professional and even had some nice banter to calm my nerves. He definitely knows what he’s doing! Thank you dr.a

Fantastic experience: Dr Go literally saved my life. I had a very bad tooth abscess which was infected such that the side of my face was inflamed. The pain was incredible. Thanks Dr Go for helping me. The reception staff were very polite and competent. When my appointment time was running later they took the time to apologise.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful kind team all round, I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years and finally came in, I needed a really bad surgical wisdom tooth extraction that was done by the senior dentist and had two other dentists work on just the extraction and the extraction itself took over an hour, the team of dentists and lovely nurse made me feel so relaxed during the procedure that my Fitbit thought I was asleep, I had travelled a long way and the dentist (Ash) was very thoughtful and used sutures that dissolved and made sure I had enough pain relief. I was pleasantly surprised to have one of the receptionists call me this morning to check on how I was feeling

Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom tooth pulled out 2 days ago here. Dr. Ash is a legend, answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. The extraction itself was a bit hectic as my tooth was massive and was even hooked at the end but Dr. Ash and the nurse got it done as quick and painless as possible even though it was a bit of a complicated one. Fantastic experience: Dr Ash has been my dentist for over a decade now. He is patient, kind, has really good bedside manners and restored my faith in dentists after having traumatic experiences with dentists as a child. I trust Dr Ash's advice and he has been spot on with his diagnosis of my issues. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain the procedures to me/ provide me with options and allows me to take decisions at my pace. I find the services are very well priced and never feel rushed when I see Dr Ash. Not having seen a dentist for many years until my first visit with Dr Ash, there were many issues that needed to be addressed. He was gentle yet confident and helped calm my nerves. I always feel that I am in very capable hands with Dr Ash and I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: The worst most dental experience I had with Dr. SUE/Xu. So rude, careless and negligent behaviour I received after my treatment. I broke into tears those days. The pain and the damage was so severe. In reality she had vandalised the nerves of my tooths. Later advised to Root canal for a tooth which had no issue ever. She damaged the nervous system in the name of treatment while I was sleeping in her chamber after high dose of sedative. They gave me big dose of sedative that I completely fall sleep. And then in the name of treatment, she ruined my teeth. The left end 2 teeth also been so weak after I had my treatment with her. The senior Doctor Alex probably his name was another person who threatened me that I don't believe him. I felt so helpless those days which completely ruined my self confidence. I should never trust on them and I would never step into that clinic to carry life time destruction. Later on I contacted her, and life care dental repeatedly 5/6 times but they been very rude in replying. She permanently caused a huge damage to my physical health and mental life. Ruined my self estee

Fantastic experience: After procrastinating the inevitable I finally got my wisdom teeth out under the skilful, professional hands of Dr. Ash. Not only was he gentle, he was also VERY PATIENT with my questions (listing out various options including associated costs), paranoia and general fear of seeing the dentist. I had two wisdom teeth extracted under local anaesthesia. The first one only took 5 mins much to my surprise. The second one was an impacted tooth which took around 40 mins. He also explained the post-surgery care and booked in an appointment a week later to remove my stitches. I would totally recommend Dr. Ash! p/s: I wish he’d given me candy for being brave though :(

Fantastic experience: My father has been under the comprehensive care of Dr Ash and the team at LifeCare Dental for over six years now. The reception staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The Dental nurse Jas who works together with Dr Ash does a thorough job and is so warm and friendly in her interaction style. As for Dr Ash he is a patient centred, knowledgeable and holistic dentist. He is committed to evidence based practice and invests time to provide education to his patients. He never over charges and is guided and respectful to what the patient/family wants and their individual circumstances. He is always calm, kind and genuine in his bedside manner which definitely helps relieve any nerves when going to visit a dentist. I wouldn’t trust my father who has complex health issues to any other dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr Alex is absolutely amazing. I first came in 7/3/22 to have an infected wisdom tooth pulled out. I was absolutely petrified, but he was honest, quick & as gentle as possible. He also let me know what was happening every step of the way, and was incredibly patient with me and my anxiety. I returned today to have my stitches taken out and he was just as thoughtful and generous as he was on the 7th. Thank you for allowing me to have my partner & mother come in with me for support and for your patience with me!

Negative experience: One of the worst Dental Services, I have been to. I had an appointment with a certain Dr. Ash on 11 January 2022. Since it was my first time, did not have any idea about the clinic(my mistake here as I should have read the reviews first). Ash was nothing more than a petty salesman. On entering he started selling various services instead of taking care of the patient. As I was getting my teeth cleaned I had to regularly rinse my mouth which takes not more than 3 seconds. He said to me swallow as it was taking time. He cleaned only my outside teeth and not the Inside part as it was taking time and immediately asked me to book another appointment ( which I refused). Also they overcharge you. On the website they mention teeth cleaning cost to be $98. There is another hidden cost of $60 which is dentist fee ( which is not mentioned anywhere on the website). Better take care while booking for Life care Dental and especially that person Ash. There are other better clinics in Australia.

Negative experience: Seems like they get bad reviews taken down somehow. I still remember this place from 6 years ago. I have no idea how they still get away with what they do here, it should be against the law. I went for a routine checkup and it very quickly turned into a shakedown. They said I needed all this work done which would have cost over $1000 when there was nothing wrong with my teeth. I was cornered, outnumbered by the staff, it felt like something they were trained to do and were used to. They shouted at me and threatened me once I questioned their assessment and suggested I would get a second opinion. It's basically extortion. I saw through the ruse and got the hell out of there but I recommend not putting yourself in that situation to begin with. A lot of people probably get lied to here and end up with unnecessary and overpriced dental work. I felt like a hostage and I still remember this years later, it was that negative an experience. Went to another dentist instead, no issues, 6 years later and my teeth are still perfectly fine. Do not trust these people.

Both dentists are a real credit to their profession! They are extremely knowledgeable, very patient, caring and considerate in their approach to dentistry. Fantastic experience: Like most of you i do not like going to the denist but i have found one where i can go. Not only is the building respectable, the waiting area very clean, the dental room fully kitted out but the staff are so friendly. Dr Lucy Ge was wonderful in removal of my tooth, fillings and general clean. I can honestly say i did not relise I was getting a needle until it was almost done. :-). I was so surprised when they did a follow up contact to see how i was going on the same day. Total recommend this pratices.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Don’t over charge and make sure there are different options available. Been attending for 5 years and won’t go anywhere else. Always make me feel cared for, have never shamed me over my teeth when I sometimes felt it (due to a endocrine disorder ) and make sure I always feel cared for. As someone who is disabled they also make sure I am not in pain and move rooms to accomodate wheelchairs etc. amazing people

Going back for my wisdom tooth extraction. **Updates** I've done my wisdom tooth extraction with her and it heals properly without any hiccups in less than a week. From the moment you enter until you leave, everyone you encounter is warm, friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Dr Joanne Berry turned an impacted wisdom teeth extraction (the horror!) into a bearable and even pleasant experience. I was dreading the moment, but it’s hard to stay nervous around her and her team. I was put under general anaesthesia by a sedation expert and was expecting terrible pain and a very swollen face after (especially since i’m over 30). None of my fears came true. I know that it depends on the patient too and each case is different, but it also depends HEAPS on the doctor performing the surgery and Dr. Joanne’s skills are just amazing. If you ever need a gentle, highly experienced and lovely dentist, she is your go-to.

Fantastic experience: Jo and her assistants have been consistently professional and very friendly in their approach to our whole family, making a trip to the dentist a positive and pleasant experience. Fantastic experience: I haven’t seen to the dentist for about 26 years. This was the first dentist I had been to since then. My dentist was Dr Parnian Zareie. She was great. I am guessing she is Australian born and raised as she was easy to talk to. I hate needles and going to the dentist generally but she made it very easy to fix my tooth. I think I only stressed before going to my first visit. She was informative, capable and supportive. She did a great job and I am comfortable with her as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Laith Aswad @ LifeCare Dental after seeing a good google review. I was nearly going to extract my tooth based on my short-term decision but Dr Laith and his assistant nurse explained the options I have and saved my tooth by root canal process. Otherwise it would cost me more to implant a new tooth if I removed my tooth. Dr Laith is very professional and he is very calm and no rush. He allows us to think and makes very sound long-term decisions effectively in favour of patient’s dental matters. He knows his job very well and he does treatment properly with high quality. Dr Laith is very humble and he is taking care very well of his patients. He comes to the lobby area to call you and even he comes with you to the reception area after the treatment, when making payments to make sure patient is highly satisfied (even reasonably charged) before leaving the centre. I highly recommend Dr Laith Aswad to anyone for dental matters with confident. I visited Life care dental on 24 Nov 2020 for a filling and removal of my wisdom tooth. Dr Laith and his assistant nurse did a wonderful job. I didn't have any pain after removing my wisdom tooth. I always recommend Dr Laith and his team.

Fantastic experience: Fast , friendly and very professional. When I called they had no vacancy when they heard me moaning in pain they fitted me in between appointments. I’m so great full to them I had to have my gold crown taken off then my tooth extracted! No Moore pain yippee!!!! . Fantastic experience: The best experience I had. Dr Claudia is the best and had made a difficult extraction/surgery easy and simple for us. Charges are nominal as well but the way she has handled his par excellence. I was told by different dental surgeon that it will cost 5kto 8k and it has to be done in hospital but she did it life care dental clinic with ease and everything is normal within 5 days. Fantastic experience: Was very anxious to have emergency dental done at the start of covid-19 pandemic but it was all worth it as I have now found a reliable and trusted dentist, Dr Claudia and her equally competent and caring dental assistant who’s also named Claudia. Both were very professional and passionate with what they do. I have since trusted them to look after my dental health. So happy to now smile without worries!

Fantastic experience: My second experience here was an emergency tooth extraction. The dentist and his assistant were really careful and empathetic to my situation. They talked me through each step of the way. The dentists bedside manner was second to none and his skill speaks for itself. The extraction was completely painless and the work so carefully done that I was medication and pain free by the next morning. The follow-up call from the dental practice was a nice touch and they were happy to answer follow-up care questions. A follow-up appointment to take the stitches out was again a pain and discomfort free experience. Well done to the team!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental appointment, I had to reschedule it 2-3 times on short notice and they were very accommodating. I saw Michelle for my appointment, she listened to what I had to say and what I wanted done, she did it on that first appointment and the procedure was very quick. Positive experience: I have been to this Dentist before some 4-5 years back and I clearly remember having a much better experience then. I appreciated the fact that I got an earlier appointment; however, I needed to rush to get there on time . And sadly there is zero signage on the forest plaza side , so i has to ring them several times to get directions. And those directions were not clear. Only because I do not go into the city much these days so I really didn’t know the location. Every body was super friendly and it felt like the place maintained good moral among staff. Michelle is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable Dentist; however, I couldn’t help feeling rushed . My mouth was stuffed with spacers and anesthetiser so it was difficult to discuss the problem with my tooth. After I left I felt that the decision to extract was rushed and I didn’t feel reassured and well advised in regard to a root canal. No cost options were offered . I was told I could get an implant later; however, these can be very expensive. I was told I would be phoned the next day to check in on me; however, that phone call was not made. So the job got done but I just felt rushed out the door.

Positive experience: I was able to be seen the day after I called with my crown falling out. It isn't my usual dentist but the lady I saw was able to prevent any further damage and provide a temporary and cheaper solution until I am able to be seen by my dentist. I really appreciate that as I would prefer the larger work to be completed by my own family dentist. The only tiny complaint I have was i was waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment time and the lady on reception looked like she was about to finish for the day so didn't get back to me to let me know what the hold up was. I didn't mind this afterwards, once I received a great service from the dentist.

I phoned at 7.30pm and Dr Claudia Marino happened to answer the phone and said she would happily wait for me to get there as I had a very bad toothache. I ended up having root canal treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr Megan Collins is exceptional. She is personable and delicate in her approach, and the results were fantastic. I don’t really like the dentist, but I couldn’t think of a complaint afterward. The appointment took less than an hour and Dr Collins was perfectly punctual (patience isn’t a virtue of mine)! Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to Perth from the UK and reading various reviews, I thought I would give Lifecare a go. I absolutely lucked out with getting Ida. She's been a fantastic dentist, I put my complete trust in her and has got my dental health back upto scratch, which has shown me how bad it was lacking from the UK service!! Not to mention the fact I had an ongoing (10 year) bad root canal treatment, that's now lead to a removal and subsequent implant being fitted. I couldn't have felt in better hands than with Ida and she's always great at keeping me at ease and well communicate. Safe to say I'll be sticking with her for the long haul now

Fantastic experience: Ive had dental phobia for many many years due to a very bad experience when i was a teenager. This caused me to avoid dentist which my teeth suffered from. But now thanks to Dr Vireena, my phobia is pretty much all but cured. She is very understanding, non judgemental, patient and very very gentle. For the first time in my life I'm looking forward to my dentist appointments, I'm actually invested in my teeth, and my teeth are the healthiest they have ever been all thanks to Vireena. Highly recommend, my partner also see’s her after my recommendation. We can both honestly say she is the best dentist we have ever been too. Fantastic experience: I recently seen our amazing Dr Ida Khosraviani for lip enhancements and anti-wrinkle therapy. Being a dentist Ida had a very good understanding of the face structure and what was required, she was very professional, listened to my needs but made some suggestions which I had never thought of. I also need a small filling and clean – she was extremely gentle and had a lovely bedside matter. I’m extremely happy with my treatment with Dr Ida and would highly recommend her for any dental or face treatments.
