Fantastic experience: I had gum problem but I did not know about that. I have seen Dr Darren Chan for checking and treatment my gum. Dr Chan has explained everything related to the gum very detailed and clear. I have lost few teeth because of gum disease and not cleaning the teeth properly. Dr Chan taught me how to look after my teeth very well. I have been gone through the deep clean and having a occlusal splint. The result is very good. I will keep my teeth healthy from now on. At Gorgeous Smiles Dentists the receptionists, the doctors and all staff are very well come and friendly. I would recommend this practice.

My first set of veneers was done 15 years ago in Hong Kong, and I won’t deny that 15 years of confident smiles, coupled with trained emotional intelligence, have contributed to my professional success and harmonious relationships with family and friends. Over the past year, I’ve been considering whether to replace them with a new set—after all, 15 years of wear have left some veneers with imperfections. Two months ago, I arrived in Melbourne for an eight-week stay and decided to take the opportunity to research dental aesthetics clinics online. The name *Gorgeous Smile* stood out, and I immediately booked a consultation. My first meeting with Dr. Mino, she is very experienced and gave me complete confidence. I am kind of with exceptionally high aesthetic standards, choosing the wrong professional can be disastrous for me—especially when it comes to teeth! I quickly made the decision two days after the first meeting, to get a full set of 19 veneers for both upper and lower arches. Dr . Mino assigned Dr. Claudine to take care of my entire treatment, and Dr. Mino remained available for support at every appointment. Dr. Claudine is the sweetest and warm-hearted dentist I’ve ever met. Her keen eye for aesthetics was evident, further reinforcing my trust in them . She was incredibly patient and consistently encouraging throughout the process, while Nurse Grace was equally kind and attentive. Their supportive and patient approach made it possible for me to complete the full veneer transformation—despite the sensitivity and discomfort. But after all, every transformation requires effort and bit of pain, but absolutely worth it. Once the procedure was done, Dr. Claudine ensured I was 100% satisfied, scheduling two follow-up appointments to guarantee my smile and bite would remain flawless even after returning to Hong Kong. On a side note, both Nurse Grace and two reception sweeties also have their own veneers done in their clinic , which speaks volumes about their trust in their company. Achieving a beautiful smile is one thing, but maintaining dental health is just as crucial! Thanks Dr. Claudine and beautiful team ! Wish you all the best ! Negative experience: I’m beyond frustrated with Dr. Manoo at Gorgeous Smiles. Went in for a simple procedure, and now I’m stuck without a tooth that didn’t even need to be removed. This “doctor” doesn’t listen to patients and only cares about upselling implants and payment plans. They put on a friendly face at first, but the second you question anything, the kindness disappears. I’ve reported them to the protection agency in Melbourne because this is beyond unacceptable. Be wary of their marketing and fake smiles – it’s all a sales pitch to get you to spend more money. I’m done. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually cares about your health, not just your wallet.

Fantastic experience: I haven't always been the best patient or client, but at Gorgeous Smiiles the hygiene specialists and nurses on 13/03/2025 @ 2.30 PM I would like the thank and should be commended . a On my Routine clean and check up also needing 2 x fillings ..Dread not (on special ) .WIN! I have never had an experience more pleasant than today's with any dentist whatsoever. Both ladies who's names have escaped me worked as almost one person.as i found out when i was addressing the assistant as the dentist they we're personable, polite, gentle, professional, hygienic, comforting and well presented. NO FEAR did 1 have NO CHOKING on irrigation water or wincing making ot dangerous for me teeth and professionals at my chair. The two hygienists worked in unison as efficient informative confident/competent and careful caring staff. Yeeew Best part is financial mapping of payments, so everyone can access, great insurance and medicare alliances and the hope of a smile without not smiling once again and smile MEGA feeling balanced confident and a me ready to present in ZOOM meetings as it goes theses job ot looks to be. Thank you for making me wanting to go see ya again and putting with me. And the reception staff are always on point cheers. The dentist, Dr. Minoo, prioritizes profits over patient care. Once I questioned the unnecessary extraction, the friendly act disappeared. Fantastic experience: I am having Invisalign with Gorgeous Smiles clinic and I could definitely recommend it if you want to start ones. Everyone is very caring and professional. Invisalign is a long journey and you have to choose the clinic you’re happy to come back every month or so. Negative experience: Dr Minoo wants me to get X-rays and others. She told me that I can't get Invisalign until my very back teeth has grown. X rays are expensive and is wasting my time. I went to another dentist and they told me that u don't need to wait for ur back teeth to be fully grown to get Invisalign.
Hi Chloe, Xrays cost $48 and not taking them before moving your teeth can cost your teeth, our recommendation if someone offers orthodontic treatment for you without Xrays RUN! we cannot sacrifice your health to provide a cheaper treatment. Our priority is to be ethical and to improve your health.

Negative experience: I made a booking for my husband to have his teeth cleaned and whitened with Dr Claudine Demitry. Unfortunately he said Dr Demitry was very rough when cleaning his teeth. This makes me feel sad as no one want their husband to be in pain. Not coming back, ever.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Gorgeous Smiles, where Dr. Minoudokht Ghamari Gilvaei (Dr. Minoo) was my dentist. I initially came in for a routine cleaning, but was charged over $1,200 for unexpected treatments, including a tooth extraction that I was pressured into. The consultation felt rushed, and my concerns were dismissed. I was told my tooth could be infected, but after the procedure, I was informed it was not. The whole process felt more like a transaction than genuine care. I also never received proper post-treatment guidance or antibiotics, and my follow-up was ignored. I have since filed a complaint with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRA) due to the lack of proper communication and the excessive charges. I strongly advise caution before visiting this clinic. My experience was unpleasant, and I regret trusting their advice.

As per your request and informed consent, we proceeded with the extraction. We would like to clarify that the decision regarding the need for antibiotics is made by the treating doctor, based on a professional assessment of your condition. It’s important to follow the doctor’s recommendations to ensure the best possible outcome for your health. This was explained to you multiple times, and we determined that antibiotics were not necessary for your recovery at that time. Additionally, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) reviewed your case and concluded the complaint to be without basis. You have since moved to leaving multiple negative reviews for this clinic which is shocking behavior.
