Positive experience: Overall it was a good experience. The appointment setting was seamless. The process was efficient. The only reason I put a 4 star is due to personal preference. I prefer my dentist to be more calm, friendly and cheerful since going to dentist could be intimidating. However if you like an efficient dentist, then this place would fit you.

Fantastic experience: Received best advice from senior dentist Dr Annie there , followed by a clean up , fixing holes with a young and brilliant Doc Angie . Next day, quick and easy extraction even with a difficult broken molar tooth, by Dr Tracy . Overall, I can say that these are very able team of dentist , very sincere honest about the advice and treatment they give you . I am without pain in just one day, and my mouth functions normally, even with an extraction done a day prior . Thanks to the clinic for their quick response and treatment . Highly recommended .

Dr. Michelle went above and beyond during my first visit, spending hours performing the initial stage of a root canal to immediately relieve my pain—I couldn't be more grateful. She's genuinely the best dentist I've seen around the world (I'm sure the others at the clinic are great too). The clinic offers excellent flexibility and accepts Afterpay, which is incredibly helpful when facing extensive dental work.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and welcoming staff. I did not notice any disorder or dirt. The doctor described all the problems well and separately pointed out that there is no point in restoring a slightly damaged filling that does not cause discomfort because, in this case, you will have to touch the entire tooth, which is not advisable. We separately asked about the provision of additional services (X-ray). Overall, I would recommend that place.

Negative experience: Unfortunately this was the worst dental experience I've had. The staff were nice however the dental appointment was very rushed (done in about 12min) the cleaning hurt and all my gums were bleeding afterwards which has never happened to me with other dentists. My partner had the exact same experience - gums sore and bleeding for about an hour after the appointment. They need to take at least 30 mins per patient and be a lot more careful.

Negative experience: Not good service at all. Tricks you into doing additional things without even telling you about it and I have to be the one asking what are doing next and how much does it cost? Be transparent if you want to be paid for your service because don’t expect someone to pay for something you didn’t discuss?!

Fantastic experience: My first time to Australian Dentists Clinic highly recommended! I had a persistent toothache ended up needing a tooth extracted. The dentist Dr Michael Chan explained the whole process, how much it was going to cost (very reasonable price), also talked through what was happening with my tooth extraction - it was a tough one to remove! Very minimal pain afterwards with the medication prescribed, helped alot with my recovery. Clean facilities, helpful staff and prompt service, thank you!

She explained what she was going to do, worked on the tooth with care , and followed up later that day and the next day. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I went to this Clinic due to an accident that made me broke one of my front tooth in half. I made a partial denture here and got my root pulled out due to the irreversible damage. I really love the service and the dentist is very skilful! She said that it might took a while to pull my tooth out, but I was surprised that she did it very quickly. She also gives clear instructions on how to care for my wound after extraction. However, the first denture that I got was a bit off than expected. But I understand that was the lab’s fault, sadly I have to wait for 2 weeks for the revision. But overall I really enjoyed the service. Thank you!

Dt.Michelle was so friendly and did an amazing work on teeth cleaning(teeth cleaning was always painful for me, but not this time thanks to her!), explained what needs to be done clearly in terms of treatment very well. No confusion, no stress at all. Receptionists were very welcoming and professional as well. Highly recommended clinic overall!
