It's like having friends working from a professional stance rather than having employees try to milk you for your money. The clinic itself is so neat, clean and organic. Negative experience: Very disappointing customer service! I had to spend extra money because of their receptionist's unprofessional work, I wrote a letter to them and want to have a talk to their manager, but no one replied me, I also called, but the manager seems never have time to talk on phone, they keep saying their manager will call me back to discuss this matter, now it has been 6 days and I have still not got any call from them, it looks like this is their solution- keep me waiting, run out of my patience, then I may let the whole thing go! This is really really disappointing! As an old customer to this clinic, I used to love it very much, visiting it regularly in past 3 years, I deserve a call to show your concern about customer's feedback! But nothing! So I decide to leave this review to let you know how disappointed I feel about you!

Dr. Vishu handled the complex extraction with great skill and care. The clinic itself is outstanding—clean, well-managed, and the reception staff are incredibly warm and helpful. I also had a follow-up visit with Dr. Oren, who immediately understood what I was experiencing. He explained everything clearly and provided the right treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr Annie and the whole team at DentalCare were fantastic with our kids (5 and 7) and ourselves for the 6 monthly check up and clean. Loved the tv and Pokémon playing so I don’t even know if they noticed their teeth being cleaned! She did a fantastic job at understanding our teeth history and health and any concerns we had. Did a very gentle but thorough clean on my teeth. Highly recommend!

He was very accommodating - completing multiple procedures in a 2.5h sitting, which saved me many stressful visits. My wisdom tooth extraction was very successful, with minimal bleeding and swelling. Negative experience: This dental clinic is honestly quite frustrating. I booked an appointment with Dr. Julie three weeks in advance. Just four days before the appointment, they started calling me repeatedly to reschedule. I explained I couldn’t change the time because I had other commitments. The reason they gave was that the doctor had just given birth and didn’t want to work Sunday afternoons—totally understandable. But if that’s the case, why offer that time slot in the first place? Calling me multiple times last-minute to change something I booked weeks ago is unacceptable. It disrupted my plans and wasted my time. Very poorly managed.

Negative experience: I had the worst and most painful experience with Dr Sami today. I have never cried at the dentist before, but I sure did today. She was so rough and did not stop when I was raising my hands in the air to cue her to please stop. Until tears were coming out and my shoulders were trembling, she stopped and gave me a break. I just moved into the area and saw the reviews were amazing, and thought great - I'll do my annual scale and clean here. Maybe she was having an off day, but and I hope she won't have an off day with you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist—the needles and the whole experience made me avoid it for years. That caught up with me recently when I developed a painful infection in my wisdom tooth. Nothing helped, not even Panadol or Nurofen. I finally bit the bullet and went to Carnegie Dental, still full of anxiety. My dentist, Dr Nathan, was absolutely incredible. From the moment I sat down, he was calm, patient, and talked me through every step. He checked in often, made sure my partner (waiting for me) was comfortable, and genuinely cared about how I was feeling throughout the procedure. I had two wisdom teeth removed, and even when I needed breaks, Nathan was kind, never rushed, and completely understanding. He made a nerve-wracking experience so much more bearable. If you’re someone who gets anxious about the dentist, I can’t recommend Dr Nathan at DentalCare Carnegie enough. The whole in fact we’re very welcoming and super nice. Now I actually look forward to visiting the team next and taking much better care of my teeth!
