Fantastic experience: I had treatments today by a really lovely lady named Katherine. I had fillers. I am very happy with the results, she was very professional and has done a fantastic job. This place is so amazing. I have already made appointments for other treatments.

Fantastic experience: The staff were really friendly and provided outstanding service really listening to your concerns and tailored a treatment plan accordingly.

Negative experience: My daughter did lip filler with them and saw absolutely no difference. I heard many recommendations of Cosmetic Avenue and travelled quite a bit to do the filler. In the review they said to give it time however there is absolutely no difference. Comparing the before and after pictures now we see no difference. I do not recommend anyone to go with them as it is a complete waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Very attentive and the most in depth check up and clean I have been to. When you walk in the place looks great and has a nice clean scent too. Treated with a smile straight away.

Negative experience: Not impressed. I bought a package back during the years of covid as it was advertised at the time of purchase, to have no expiry date. After struggling with mental health and medical issues I’m finally in a position to use said package. However, they now refuse to honour it because “it was 5 years ago and everything’s opened up again since then”. I feel my money was used at a time they really needed it when couldn’t open or work. But the patience and loyalty apparently only goes one way. Incredibly disappointing and dare I say heartless.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have had the best experience here! Everything from the consultation to procedure to leaving the establishment was professional and also very fun. The entire team was so welcoming and kind ❤️ We saw Bianca for our Dysport treatments and she was incredible. The consultation was thorough and very relaxed, yet professional. Nothing is pushed on you, everything is simply tailored to what will suit you the best. The procedure itself was painless and quick. Price point is extremely fair for the level of care and expertise you receive. Overall, amazing experience, we will be coming back for more treatments without a doubt! Whether you are new to cosmetic treatments or not, this is definitely somewhere you need to go!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional advertisement, they call you and tell you we are offering a free check up and clean,and booked me in, came all the way, cleared my schedule then when i came and sat down they told me wait you have to pay 190$ cause that was for ppl with privet insurnace

Negative experience: Terrible clinic, I spent over $1000 for one treatment and then they vanish into thin air. I was supposed to have follow up appointments but the doors were locked. Disgusting to not even let your clients know what is happening.

Fantastic experience: Tayla is amazing, I was really nervous the first time I saw her and she out me completely at ease. I have seen her a couple of times for Botox and I’m always super hap, she gives me the best brow lift! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Cosmetic Avenue Clinic. I paid for services in advance, but they never provided any of the treatments promised. After taking my money, the clinic went into liquidation without any notice or explanation. It’s clear they have no regard for their clients. I feel completely scammed and have lost both my money and trust. Please stay away from this clinic and avoid getting caught up in their deceitful practices

Negative experience: I've had fat freezing on my tummy and hifu on my eyes have not seen any change it's now been 12 weeks. Had 1 more session for my eyes now gone into liquidation!!

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience with Nurse Madi! She thoroughly explained everything, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The procedure itself involved minimal pain, and I felt completely safe in her hands. Afterwards, I experienced no significant pain or extreme swelling, which was such a relief. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Fantastic experience: The whole experience was impeccabile. The team was attentive and very welcoming and caring through out the whole experience! Morpheaus8 had a great impact on my Skin resurfacing especially after the third treatment, but didn’t have a true impact on the tightness, but I’d still highly reccomend it though. The team truly gained my whole trust. Definitely will let this team guide me in any future treatment!

Negative experience: Edit from original post: Was a 5 star review now sadly 1. The girls I dealt with including Chantelle and Maddie were amazing Sinead on reception also wonderful. Andrew went into liquidation without any notice and I lost $3k+ of treatments paid for and owed. Very sad for everyone who has been robbed of income and treatments.

Negative experience: Poor impression & questionable credibility Done PDO threads on the neck. Few things they've done lead to questionable profession. 1. Inconsistent price. During consultation, clinician quote the price $500. Came back three weeks later for the procedure, the same clinician then said $600! 2. Inconsistent aftercare instructions and quote for the treatment done. I did neck PDO, they sent me the aftercare pdf file about Cheek . I called them to resend me the correct instructions for my neck and asked about the number of threads applied to my neck. The reception said she will contact the headquarter and will send me back an updated instructions as well as the price breakdown and the number of threads applied the following day. But after two weeks, still haven't received any updated instructions, price breakdown and number of threads applied. 3. Broken promise/failed to follow up enquiry. Called them again 2 weeks later, the receptionist said she will follow this up. It's been over a week, and still haven't heard from them. How simple is that and they don't care to follow this up. They said the aftercare instruction for the cheek is the same for the neck but they did not provide me the updated document clarifying the price breakdown and how many threads applied. I have told her I have heard some nurses have been removed from their professional practice license as they were found to reduce the consumers' injection dosages for their own use. As such I need to have a document stating how many threads been applied and the price. The receptionist then hurry to hang up the phone. I am not satisfied with their customer services, which seem unprofessional, leaving the poor impression and questionable credibility of their service. Be smart and careful everyone!

At the beginning of this year, I tried morpheus8 treatment (which was recommended by one of the staff there), but unfortunately I didn't get the results I was hoping for, so I wrote an email to the management team about my concerns & issues. Omg! I can't believe the way Carolyn Heuvel handled everything!!! She went above & beyond to find a solution for me as well as she booked me in for a few different complimentary treatments to make sure I was happy! That's called an OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Celine Cauwendy, who's very knowledgeable and professional of what she does did all the treatments for me, and every time my skin got better and better! Fantastic experience: I had such a great sit down with Celine today to look at my areas of concern, pigmentation and under eye fine lines and wrinkles. She took me through all the treatment options I could do and discussed how they all work, the long terms affects and the need to also keep on top of the are with yearly treatments. Negative experience: Very mediocre botox services. Got my botox here for my jaw with Bianca. Started clenching within 1 month . Got 20 more units to refix but didn’t help at all. Waste of money as well as time. Also, have been doing my botox since so many years , never got headache.. Since , i did my treatment my headache never stopped. What a waste!!! Would give 0 stars .

Negative experience: I had 3 x Morpheus treatments that went really well. However, unfortunately the experience ended on a bad note when some of my ‘before’ images got misplaced. I received excuses that included: “comprehensive notes detail that photos were never taken on that date”, “the photos you received are from the initial appointment, and we never took photos on the second appointment” when they were clearly time stamped from my second appointment. Finally, after back and forth emailing, all the ‘before’ photos were miraculously located and provided to me. I felt that I was not getting an honest response and was being fed excuses to cover up an error/misplacement. I would have really just preferred an honest response. It was important to me to see the photos to get a visual comparison of how the treatment has work on me. I won’t be going back or recommending because I don’t feel comfortable with how my client data was managed and I didn’t like that no accountability was demonstrated. When the images were located and sent to me, it was as though nothing had happened and all the previous excuses and inaccurate detail just vanished. If you get treatment done I recommend using your own phone for the before and after photos so that you have them on your own device. I’m sad it ended this way.

Celine looks after my skin, and I am so appreciative of how much care she takes of me as a client, and actually wants to help me, which can be difficult to find these days. She is highly trained, professional and knowledgeable. Cosmetic Avenue also have a great loyalty program, to really show their clients how appreciative they are of their business. Chantelle is the only one who provided me with a clear plan and professional advice based on my condition. I feel completely secure and confident in her care. It's been four weeks since my coolsculpting treatment, and I'm thrilled with the results.

Negative experience: The entire team are lovely however i did my Botox 1 month ago and it didn’t fully treated my forehead. I rebooked on 4 weeks and they would only do it with full charge. When I mentioned that it’s inly 4 weeks the response was it would be better for me not to go there for Botox 45 mins of drive to receive this response Not happy!

Fantastic experience: I saw Ash at Cosmetic Avenue for a consultation and felt so comfortable talking to her about my skin concerns as well as my reservations about treatments. She was super knowledgable, truly listened to what i had to say and answered all my questions. I decided to do a course of Morpheus skin treatments which I was so nervous about. She was so gentle and made sure I was okay during treatment. My skin has never been more glowy and lifted. Highly recommend going here - and request for Ash!

Fantastic experience: Andrew & Chantelle were so generous in accommodating me. Nothing was too hard. I was so appreciative. The treatment I had initially planned for didn’t work out on the day but, Chantelle quickly arranged an alternative which I was very happy with. I’m actually amazed at the results after only one session. I also appreciate that she cared more about the results and the right treatment for me as opposed to just forging on ahead to make money. She made sure I was warm and comfortable and the clinic is spotless and very hygienic. I already look so much better after one session and I’m so happy! Cannot recommend highly enough. I’ll definitely be going back.
