Fantastic experience: Rudloc Medical Centre is our family clinic since 2012, all the Doctors working in this clinic are really amazing, Dr Farooq has been my doctor for a decade, thank u for being an amazing doctor, who does an accurate diagnosis as always, I appreciate your tireless dedication and commitment to patient like us.

Negative experience: Don’t bother going if you have something urgent, always minimum 2 hour wait time, oh yeah and don’t bother booking appointments. On numerous occasions had I booked and arrived on time only to end up waiting for hours past my appointment and still see numerous individuals be called in and out. A severe lack of coordination or care for the actual individuals that took the time to prepare an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lancelot, is a no nonsense doctor who doesn't waste time, most if not all my appointments are on time and if there is a delay, maybe a 10 min wait. I put my whole family onto this doctor, thumbs up from all of my family. Doctors like Lancelot need to be recognised and awarded for his professionalism. Robert. M

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service, made us wait 3 hours for an appointment we already booked days ago. We booked with Dr Naidoo and people who came before us were seen first. I don't recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cluett is a very professional GP and has been very thorough and helpful on all of our appointments.

Positive experience: It’s quite difficult to get through the phone lines and some things you can’t book by yourself online, so it’s frustrating. On a positive note, I wanted to say how great an experience I had, specifically with Dr Davy Michael. Drs are busy and my experience is not normally fantastic, but Dr Davy was so approachable and set me at ease immediately. I really appreciated his clear explanations about things, things that other Drs hadn’t either known/bothered to explain to me. I also really appreciated his happy manner - nobody wants to be sick and a lot of people are feeling anxious at the Drs, so it was really refreshing to have such a lovely experience.

Negative experience: 18th of June at exactly 1400hrs, my mum got an appointment at 1.30pm and we’ve been waiting for awhile. So I decided to walk up to the front desk to ask and I HAVEN’T EVEN SAY A WORD. This Asian lady looking in her 50s 60s raised her voice and stated! “SORRY IM BUSY GO TO THE NEXT ONE!” (She was just chit-chatting with her colleague and just avoiding me) She hasn’t even seen my face and look at me to serve me like that. I am a nurse my self and I have never treated patients like that. She seems like she hates her job and she shouldn’t work here as a receptionist. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Dr Anthony Cluett is very thorough and always very accommodating. He has been our family doctor for a very long time.

Negative experience: Seemed to be total confusion this morning. It was booked on Hot Doc, who advised that it was my first visit there so be 15 minutes early, although I have been there many times over many year. At check in 30 minutes before appointment time, all my details were checked. An hour and a half later, when a man sat beside me, I said it seems very slow. He said his appointment is in 5 minutes. About 7 minutes later my doctor called him. I advised the check in, and they recommended sitting closer to the doctors door. Sitting there for quite a while then my doctor went and called someone else from exactly where I had been sitting, so I called out as they went past. Something seriously wrong this morning!

Fantastic experience: Dr Anita Jogewar is genuinely kind, caring, companionate and supportive. After seeing many doctors over the years, I’ve finally found a doctor I feel comfortable going back to.

Negative experience: Had a really awful experience here. I rung in the morning to explain I needed a MH plan as I was really struggling atm and my normal doctor wasn’t available. I was booked in by the receptionist and paid $80. To then be told by the Dr he can’t help me and people shouldn’t just be asking for MH plans to get money off counselling sessions even though I hadn’t mentioned anything of the sort. I explained my diagnosed history of MH and trauma and he continued to tell me that because he didn’t know me and it wasn’t a long enough consult. He couldn’t do anything. I said that’s fine I’ll wait for my normal doctor. He did however then proceed to ask me intruding questions for 20 minutes, some of which were really irrelevant to mental health. Like ‘have you had anyone else interested in you romantically since your partner left the country’. I said no, I don’t talk to anyone else. I left crying, with no solution and paying for a consultation which lead to nothing. I felt useless, helpless and 10x worse than when I arrived. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Negative experience: My visit to Rudloc Medical Centre was, without a doubt, the worst medical experience I’ve ever had in Western Australia. They failed to disclose the consultation fee upfront, then slapped me with an $80 charge. To top it off, they informed me that because it was a job-related medical, the fee structure was different, non-claimable through Medicare, and added a staggering $250 to the bill. Shockingly, they have no set fees—staff even asked the doctor to suggest a price in front of me, admitting that fees vary by doctor. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs

Negative experience: Doctors are okay but reception are rude and be prepared to be on hold for hours if you call plus they say their number has been skimmed by scammers but do nothing about, since going with them i have had none stop spam calls aswell as emails, so not sure if they sell or give your information out

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 10.40am, didn’t get in until 12.00 midday. Reception staff had no idea after multiple times asking how much longer do we need to wait

Fantastic experience: I had a telehealth with Dr. Michael. It's the very first time that a doctor really really listen to my concerns without hurrying the conversations. I recommend this clinic with this particular doctor in mind. Happy with the results. Thank you.

Negative experience: Possibly the worst medical centre I have ever been to. Slow, lethargic receptionists that let 10+ line up before they bother looking up. Very unhelpful doctors who care more about getting you out the door than actually helping. The only saving grace is the clinpath employees, who are lovely and fast/efficient. Only come here if you need script refills or a doctor's note, and try to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment if you want to see a receptionist before your appointment time.

Fantastic experience: I was in distress with blood pressure so high I could have had a stroke. There was a 3 hour wait which I couldn’t conceive was viable for me. On explaining to the extremely sympathetic nurse at the emergency desk she made the decision to seek medical assistance within 20 minutes. I am so grateful to her and to the Dr who saw me. I recommend the Rudloc Road Medical Centre for its excellent service. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: I strongly discourage visiting Dr. Farooq at Rudloc. I took my son to him because he had a fever and was not eating properly. I explained the situation to the doctor, but without examining my son, he said, “For dietary issues, come back another day; today, we will only address the fever.” I asked him to write a laboratory test prescription so we could bring the results next time for proper diagnosis and treatment. He refused. We had a similar negative experience with him previously for adult care. It seems he is more focused on making money than providing proper care.

Positive experience: As long as you book an appointment online, the waiting time is ok and there is a wide range of medical practitioners to choose from.Also the emergency department is very good and lots of other treatments onsite such as pathology blood tests etc.-All treatments under Medicare

Negative experience: I had an appointment at this clinic but ended up waiting over an hour to see the doctor. It’s really frustrating when you show up on time and still have to wait so long. If appointments are scheduled, the wait time should be better managed. This definitely needs improvement.

Negative experience: Dr Al Asedy packed up and left the surgery before seeing me despite the fact I had checked in with reception. I had to see another doctor for a sensitive health condition that he had heretofore been managing. Will not be seeing this doctor again.

Negative experience: Someone needs to report this practice and some (not all) of their practitioners to AHPRA. Their disregard for patient wellness in lieu of their arrogance is a risk to the public. Don't attend this practice.Would rate no stars if I could.

Negative experience: Rudloc Medical using Hotdoc is totally pointless. They never attend you on the hour you book. Delays are understandable. However if you book say 11am, u checked at 1030a, and another person checked in before you regardless of their booking (even if they don’t), they get served first. Apparently they’ve been doing this on a “first checked-in first served” basis.

Negative experience: My appointment was booked for 7.20pm to see Dr Patricia Nguyen. I was waiting over an hour until I asked how long she was going to be. I was told I was next in line so waited another 30mins only for her to come out & take someone else in. Not impressed and will not be returning! Do not recommend at all unless you enjoy spending hours in a medical centre & not to be seen.

Fantastic experience: my normal doc was not available. my first time teleconference. it's so quick and convenient. has my medical history and last visit. got my prescription and sick certificate and a compassionate doctor.

Negative experience: An appointment was made with Dr. Kyaw Thein to ask for some assistance with a condition and requesting a medical certificate due to not being able to go to work. Waited for hours post-appointment for the document. None sent, contacted the centre, the lovely receptionist tried to help but call was cut short. Had to drive all the way to the centre, another receptionist was kind enough to book in with another doctor and not being charged again for a simple yet important medical certificate for contracted work. For future goers, please ensure Dr. Kyaw Thein sent you the document and don't trust him and wait for hours for any documents!!

Negative experience: Atrocious service. Hours long wait for a booked appointments. Disclaimer notice should be advertised on website and on premises stating “Appointment times, give or take a couple of hours.” Ensure you clear your schedule for the day to attend your appointment. Will not be returning.

Negative experience: 6 calls to obtain my NDIS number, another 6 call backs over a span of 2 days at which point I have decided to ignore them for their incompetence. They are seriously hopeless and have no intentions on making it easy for their patients. It is all about numbers and money, the receptionists are absolutely hopeless and have no respect, they promise but do not deliver. One star is a bit too much for them. The only reason I call them is because of Dr Falih Al-Asedy who has been my GP for the past 9 years. I am now in NSW and accessing your medical files is almost as impossible as when I was in Perth. Horrible, horrific treatment

Negative experience: I went for the urgent care service for a pain in my spine that i’d had for a week and was told no one was available to help me. Had to book an appointment for the next morning where i was poked for 5 seconds and sent away with pain meds. i was not asked how much pain i was in, what kind of pain it was or how it was affecting me. very unsatisfied.

Negative experience: What a scam place! I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and no-one was bothered to inform me that the doctor left his room. I got offered another appointment with $100 pre-authorization public holiday fee. What a joke! Extremely unprofessional of both doctor and reception staff.

Fantastic experience: Great practice - feels like everything in one. Reception is always friendly and clicked on, and Dr Cluett has been consistently a great doctor for myself and my family.

Negative experience: I had an appointment with a GP there today. After I've requested a referral for a blood test that could help manage my chronic disease, the doctor... opened Google and based on the first, highlighted article decided that I don't need that blood test done and didn't give me the referral‍♀️ Never again.

Fantastic experience: It’s always super busy at Rudloc medical center but the staff and doctors are all very patient and caring, my personal doctor is Dr fahil Al-Asedy and he has helped me a lot in recent years so I’m very grateful for that.

Something has to change as you wait along time to check in if there is alot of people arriving the same time. Calling on the phone is ridiculous and can wait up to 30mins to be answered

Negative experience: This was my first time visiting Dr Patricia Nyaung and she was not nice! Which I was disappointed because my mother had referred me to her praising her up saying how lovely and nice she was She was constantly interrupting me (she didn't allow me to finish anything I was trying to say, I had to constantly stop and start my sentence because of this). I suffer from Chronic Illness in my neck, shoulders and lower back (I didn't get the chance to tell her because I began to get upset to continue conversating with her). She had refused to give me pain relief because I haven't seen her before and because I didn't have a phone (I had my x-ray scans on there), I couldn't access those, and even though I had explained that to her and I've gotten my medications off this medical centre a few times before, she still had refused me. This would have to be the worse doctor I've ever experienced in my life and I felt as though she didn't believe me. She seemed she was already in a bad mood so she just wanted to argue it seemed instead of helping me... I won't be seeing her again after how she made me felt!

Negative experience: Honestly this place is a disaster !!! Takes half a day to get through on the phone , only to have them say they will email the recite they didn't give me at the time and then not do it. 3 times I asked for it only to have to drive back in and stand there while they print it. As for Dr. Clement; he showed absolutely no interest in my injuries and did not ask me about them on my return visits.. but was more concerned why I could not do light duties at wotk instead of recovering away from work, Which my employer agreed i can not be at work either . He showed more interest in things like that than my injuries including refusal for me to have any scans even though 5 weeks later I am still very sore where I have been injured.. The man was totally rude and came across with no interest what so ever Your a disgrace sir to your profession and attitude towards others I will never use this place again nor allow anyone in my life I know to ever step foot in the place. Shame on whoever 4und

Negative experience: Poor service. Booked 3 times for an over the phone consult to get a prescription. No doctors called me. Last appointment was at 10:50am rang up at 3pm asking what was happening with my appointment and the receptionist said she will call the doctor. The next time I called they just told me that they can’t do anything and the doctor went home. Very disappointed. How can this happen 3 times to someone.

Negative experience: I am a pregnant woman and had the most traumatising and unpleasant experience with Dr Patricia Nyaung at Rudloc Road Medical Centre. After waiting two hours because she was behind schedule, Patricia’s approach towards me was highly unprofessional and discriminatory. It was my first time seeing her, so she had no knowledge of my medical history, but I had everything printed out for her to review. Instead of looking at these records, she criticised me for things I “could have done” and blamed me for things I “hadn’t done”—none of which were relevant at the time of my appointment. I had come with the intention of seeking help from a healthcare professional, yet I was met with judgment instead. Patricia Nyaung’s behaviour towards me was unacceptable, and I hope no other patient will ever have to experience what I went through. — A traumatised and distressed pregnant patient

Negative experience: I was refused painkillers or sleeping aids because it was almost 8pm and paperwork would have had to have been done but the doctor wanted to go home.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the service. The check-in was fast and efficient. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable. It was a quick and fast service but nothing was missed. It is a great alternative to hospital admission.

Positive experience: The X-ray technician at Lumus and the tall lady at the pathology department were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond their duties, offering excellent customer service. I wish the receptionist would do the same. By the way, I love the X-ray lab gown at Rudloc—it's long and comes with a belt!

Negative experience: Paid $75 for nothing. Consultation was done for only 10mins and the doctor was no help at all. Didn’t even bother to check the documents I brought. Not welcoming nor empathetic. Doctor seemed to be not in good mood and seemed to rush. The consultation gave me nothing. No advice or anything that could help.

Negative experience: I came yesterday to get an x-ray done for my shoulder in pain and it was just after 5pm, so the receptionist asked me to come back the next day, and be there before 3pm at least because the radiology closes at 5pm….. Here came today, I left work, and reached there at 2:30pm, they said I have to see a GP for a referral first and the receptionist had to give you an appointment from yesterday, as they are fully booked now and no one can see me!! Great! Should I go back to yesterday and ask to see a GP for 5 minutes to give an x-ray paper/referral … and come back today to radiology!?!?

Negative experience: I was turned away and told to go to Charles garden. I was requiring stitches to a laceration on my wrist. I was told that had asked to see a different doctor then they are able to perform the stitches I required. Backwards system and zero critical care

Negative experience: Horrible. I was charged for a long consultation $120 and on their page when you book it states you will get a rebate of $82.90 i only got $38 back. Dr Shibambo did not want to give me a full blood test that i asked for as i try to get everything check every couple years. I wanted to get a referral for a breast check as ive been having pains she said its not needed until 50 years of age. I asked for a script and she said this is now 3 problems and she didn't give it to me i presume long consultation does not cover it i don't know. I went to Ballajura medical and got everything done for $85 and no problems! Its dissapointing!

Positive experience: Waited an hour only to be told to go next door to get stitches removed by nurse. Emergency care was fantastic when we need the stitches put in tho

Negative experience: I visited Rudloc Medical Centre to have a regular blood check. I was charged $120 and got $38 back from Medicare. The doctor, Faith Shibambo, was rushing me through and told me, to my surprise, that I should not be doing a blood check up without having any symptoms. Her reasoning was that it is a waste of taxpayer's money. Now, I am a tax payer too. She let me do the blood check anyway. The lab assistants backed me up and confirmed my information that I am eligible to do a blood check once every year. When the results came out, the same doctor called me to mention there is something to be worried about it. As the first time, she rushed me through. I will not recommend this doctor.

Negative experience: I waited for an hour and a half and got talking to other patients who were also complaining about the wait. One woman had the same time and Dr as me so how could we be booked at the same time? Two other woman had been waiting nearly two hours and one lady was 86 and had been waiting two hours and was too afraid to go to the toilet in case her name was called. She said she had to come to this clinic as she couldn’t afford to pay private and had to see a doctor every 28 days to get her pain meds prescription. She told me that this Dr (Name Withheld) was regularly late to come in. The Dr also told the 86 year old she was too busy to deal with her drivers licence check. After hearing all of this I didn’t think I wanted to see this doctor despite my long wait so cancelled my appointment and left.

Negative experience: I don't like doctor daudo I want to ask something but he said instead to book another appointment,that I only want to ask about vaccine,next time I will book another doctor but not anymore with him.

Negative experience: Worst run medical centre I’ve ever been to. No matter what time of day you come there is a 15 minute wait to see reception to let them know you are here. Currently have been standing in the queue for 18 minutes to see the front desk and there are 16 people in the queue behind me. Whoever manages the running of this clinic needs to be fired. We won’t be coming back again.

Negative experience: I rang up to enquire about vaccination. The receptionist said she would check with the nurse. The receptionist left me ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR, never picked the call back up and I eventually had to end the call because I have other important things to do with my day. Absolutely disgusted with the service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: Dr. Olaitan Oyefeso's lack professionalism by not having empathy left my mental health at stake. Doctor was not kind to explain the things nor willing to listen and was blaming me for my diet as the blood test results didn't turn up good compared to the results couple of years ago. Would have appreciated if the doctor showed a bit of empathy and took effort to explain. Doctor might be knowledgeable or experienced but didn't provide a good service. I think this attitude will leave the patients with mental agony and make feel disrespectful.

Negative experience: I arrived at 3:10 PM for my 3:30 appointment. I waited in a long line til 3:29 PM when I was finally able to check in with reception. I was then asked to swipe my credit card as an "on hold" payment before seeing the Doctor.? (Have never experienced that before) I then waited til 4 PM and no sign of being called. I was running out of available time, but could not get to anyone at the counter to ask how long before I might get in (as the que was now actually out the door...I assessed a 15-20 minute wait. So I wrote a note explaining I had to leave, could not wait any longer, with my name and phone number... and slid it thru one of the reception windows where receptionist was dealing with another client. I left. 90 minutes laqter I see the $75 has been charged to my credit card. Generally a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Amazing doctors office. While sometimes they run over and you're waiting maybe half an hour longer than you'd like to be, I can appreciate the care and attention they give you when you're seen to. People have their own medical issues and sometimes it's out of the hands of the doctors how long the appointments go for and while sometimes it's annoying, I believe they deserve kindness and respect for making the time to ensure everyone walks away feeling as though they've been heard. I've only had maybe 3 instances where I've been unsatisfied but thats been over the course of several years and things that I can reason with now. I would recommend this doctors surgery because everyone including the receptionists are beyond wonderful.

Negative experience: The management of this Medical Centre needs to be held accountable for the blatant disregard for patients’ time. A 2hr wait to see your GP is unacceptable. Delays such as this seem to be the norm rather than the exception. Not to mention disrespectful to their own staff at reception who are doing their best to keep tired and unwell patients at bay. A very poorly managed clinic that needs to do better by its staff and the patients that pay its bills.

Positive experience: Good that you can get a doctor at short notice. Thorough doctor. Bad that I waited over an hour with no warning from reception that they were running so late.

Positive experience: Hard to find a good medical centers, where doctors actually follow up with patiants with test results unless you make another appointment which is a rought you dont ever know your results which puts an unnecessary stain on the medicare system.

Fantastic experience: This is the largest clinic I have ever visited and the queue was long but there was an urgent care queue for those with urgent care needs and prescriptions. The Pharmacy is in this clinic through an open door, for patients in wheelchairs. The doctor was thorough and very experienced, kind and respectful. Parking space is directly outside. Negative experience: My son turns 16 this month and he is a mature young man. I figured he could go to the doctor without me. He checked in at reception and waited an hour to see the doctor and then the doctor told him that because he is a minor one of his parents need to be with him to see the doctor. I have no problem with that but why didn't the receptionist tell him that instead of letting him wait an hour to see the doctor?

Positive experience: Hi the waiting period was pretty long but the Dr was helpful Being a new patient i should have been told to book a long consultation as i had to leave and come back to complete the consultation Overall happy with the service and would recommend it

The wait time was only 1hr for an after hours app, and they dealt with my issue with such care and professionalism.
