Negative experience: It's so funny. It's impossible for you to contact me privately and ask me to delete this review. I want more customers to see your true situation. The real fact is that you let customers waste three hours in vain. If you are about to go, please take a look. If you go here, it is recommended to reserve a whole afternoon in advance! As a professional dental clinic, you should think about how to improve your service efficiency instead of trying to cover up the facts privately. This is not my first time to see a dentist. I don't need you to teach me how to do things.

Fantastic experience: Great experience so far although it is a very long process for veneers in Australia. 7 weeks in Australia compared to 1 week in Bali at one third the cost. Although in saying that I have received amazing dentristry through Dr Kristina and in the long run it's worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: Dr Paul, Dr Jia , Nurse Chloe and the whole team were amazing, patient and kind. My fear of dentist is next level, to the point I only had 2 top teeth left. Fantastic experience: From the moment I met Dr Boon he made me feel so at ease and really took the time to understand my concerns and the look I was after. Dr Gareth did most of my dental work and was just as kind, caring and attentive. His artistry and precision is exceptional, and he gave me beautiful porcelain veneers that are very complimenting and natural looking. I definitely was not the easiest patient and was quite nit picky with what I wanted, I also made multiple change requests because I wanted to see what different lengths and shapes would suit me better. Dr Gareth and Dr Boon were so nice and accommodating about it. The end result, I got to trial different looks and was able to choose what really suited me. Dr Gareth and Dr Boon are amazing and I’m so happy with the results. Dental Boutique Balwyn in my opinion is truly the best! What stood out to me when I first looked at their website/workmanship was that everyone’s veneers looked natural and it really suited their face, the last thing I wanted was large perfect white horse teeth that looked out of place on my face, which unfortunately other places seem to make veneers look like that. Going through the process myself at Dental Boutique, I now understand why their results are so phenomenal, they take the time to really customise and create each veneer to suit your face to perfection. If you’re not happy with your smile or there’s just something you want to fix about it, please do yourself a favour and only go to Dental Boutique, they will truly listen and create beautiful veneers, that will really give you a lot of confidence to smile and to feel beautiful when you smile. I also want to give a special shout out to their finance person Daniel, nurse Naomi and Issy, and all the beautiful reception staff. Daniel organised all my finances for the veneers, he did all the hard work and paperwork for me so that all I had to was read my terms and conditions and sign. For a busy mum of 2, it was so nice to have this sorted for me and this load taken off my shoulders. Daniel was absolutely wonderful, lovely and professional, he did everything with a smile and gave me his direct mobile so I could text any questions. He made a tedious process so simple and easy for me. Nurse Naomi and Issy were absolutely wonderful, engaging, warm, caring and attentive, and the reception staff were just as warm and welcoming, always making sure my car was not parked on the tow away zone when I had a long procedure booked. The whole experience at Dental Boutique is seamless, they are the gold standard of customer service. It only takes 1 person to ruin a good experience, so to have every single person I came across at Dental Boutique be so genuine and warm, made this whole experience really enjoyable. I think their excellent work is also reflected in their excellent culture. I don’t know many people that rave on about their local dentist, but here I am raving on about Dental boutique to my family and friends. The work they do here is really special, it’s so much more than just dental work, there is so much heart and soul that goes through transforming every smile to give each person the confidence to smile.

Fantastic experience: I have never been able to smile with confidence...until now. I got my veneers done and now all I do is smile ! My teeth were so bad that I never expected to be treated with the kindness and compassion that I received by EVERY single member of the staff. Dr Ali absolutely loves his work, and it shows. The nurse Tahlia always made sure I was comfortable. She would have one of my favourite shows on to watch and get me a blanket whenever I was cold. I don't think I could have had a better experience anywhere else. I certainly never have at any other dentist. Also, I suffer from extreme anxiety, and both Dr Ali and nurse Tahlia were so understanding if I ever needed a break. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to improve their smile. Fantastic experience: Had bonding done on my four front teeth by Dr Suma at Dental Boutique, and honestly, chef’s kiss. I came in with uneven, slightly chipped teeth and left with a smile that looks like mine, just subtly upgraded. Exactly what I was hoping for: natural, balanced, not overdone. At first glance I thought Dr Suma looked too young to be that skilled, but turns out she’s just a prodigy. Absolute master of her craft. Super precise, calm, and clearly takes pride in the details. Fantastic experience: I chose Dental Boutique based on glowing referrals from family and friends. These referrals turned out to be spot on, and the results were fantastic. The level of care and professionalism from Dr Kristina and her assistant was excellent. I do have some anxiety around dental procedures, but Dr Kristina put me at ease and the procedures were painless and stress free. Fantastic experience: I'm not good with needles, at all. After meeting the team, they very quickly worked through some superannuation options to get some necessary work done. Had a deep clean (that I kinda enjoyed) from a great dentist. I forgot her name im sorry, (pretty lady!) And 4x extractions awake (that was next level for me) DR. Tom brought a calm, professional and competent composure with his lovely nurse Mary, who held my hand through the injections and extractions. Was done quickly!! Yay to the big stuff over, and some better tools (brush picks things) to maintain healthier gums when cleaning! I would recommend Dental Boutique, admin staff always smiling and greeting, so important in today's world, and facilities were nice, people engage with you. That shouldn't be unexpected but we all know what service is like out there now.. Thankyou

Every step of the way she would always check in asking how I’m doing, and she always made me feel comfortable and safe to say things that I didn’t like about my smile. I knew she genuinely wanted me to come out of my appointments happy with my smile. I always felt that my concerns were heard. To top it off I am so happy with my smile, she is so incredibly talented. The staff are all so lovely and make you feel welcome right as you walk in. I can’t recommend them enough!

Not once during my invisilign and composite bonding process did he tell me what he thought I should do to my teeth; he always left it up to me and asked me what my issues were before his professional advice came in. Fantastic experience: I recently had whitening and bonding on my 4 top front teeth after some years of grinding and chipping had made them uneven and some erosion of my enamel had created some transparency. The dental boutique are very professional, i didn't feel pressured with my initial consultation, but i was excited to go forward and fix my teeth up! Dr Sally and Nurse Zach made everything comfortable and easy during the procedure! It took about a week to get used to my new teeth as they were a different shape to what i had (prior to all the damage). Dr Sally put my mind at ease that they can always be changed if I need! But I'm now super happy with the result and glad i didn't. My teeth are back to perfect!

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t thank Dr Shaylee, Keeley, Anastasia and the team enough! I was a little unsure going in but after meeting them I knew it was going to be the right choice! I had my wedding coming up and was feeling a bit worried about getting my composite veneers done in time. They managed to fit me in the week before, which was such a lifesaver. The whole process was super smooth, and everyone at the clinic made me feel so comfortable and looked after. The veneers turned out better than I could have hoped - exactly what I was after. Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience at the clinic. Dr Sally was so informative, respectful and warm, from the moment I sat in her chair I knew I had made the right decision to go with Dental Boutique, Dr Sally made me feel comfortable the entire process, she explained everything clearly and simply to me and answered any questions I had. We even took a mini juice break when I had been in the chair a little long and needed a moment. I went with 8 composite veneers and Dr Sally UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT - We kept the gap because that’s ‘me’ and just elevated and straightened the rest. They look perfect and so natural. The entire experience from start to finish has been 10 stars but I can only give 5 on google! I’ve recommended Dental Boutique and Sally to a few people already and have nothing but great things to say! I’m VERY happy!! Enjoy my before and after! Oh and one last thing! Dr Olivia was amazing and my teeth look so natural. I did have some whitening issues at the start of the treatment but the team went out of their way to rectify the problem and ensure I was totally satisfied before we proceeded.
