Miss Victoria at reception is so kindly and friendly to explain to me about all the therapy charges, and help me to book next one general check, I would like to stay at this dental clinic.

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal client of this dental clinic for over 6 years and have always appreciated the professional care provided. However, I was quite disappointed with the service I received today from both the dentist and the receptionist. It was not up to the standard I’ve come to expect. With regret, I’ve decided that I will not be returning in the future.

Negative experience: Dental filling fell out because of their incompetence and now have to forkout for root canal and crown. Just a money grabbing business and don't trust all these fake positive reviews.

Fantastic experience: This is easily, without a doubt, the best dentist in the country. I have lived in three states now and never had a better check up, clean and experience then I did yesterday. Everyone was so lovely and so kind. It was also really cheap!? Since when are dentists cheap? Dr. Isabelle/Isabella was my dentist (I think that was her name - sorry!) and she was so thorough and so wonderful, I couldn’t believe it. Cannot wait to go back for my next check up.

Negative experience: My 5 year old daughter had pain in her gums since 2 days. We saw Mitchel on 17th May 25. Before even seeing he said it is nothing as she is getting a new tooth. After inspecting he said the same thing and told us nothing to worry about and the pain would go away in a day or 2. A day later her mouth had swelled and I checked myself and it turned out to be kind of fungal infection and not a new tooth coming out. Horrible experience at Dental One. Went to another dentist who gave medicine for infection and now she is all good. I would avoid such a place where they are so careless.

Negative experience: I strongly advise avoiding this clinic. My experience felt more like a money-making operation than a genuine healthcare service. I had a temporary crown fitted by Dr. Labib at the Craigieburn location. When I called to schedule the permanent crown, I was met with a very rude receptionist, Mandy, who informed me that Dr. Labib wouldn't be available for another 14 days. To make matters worse, they said I'd have to pay an extra fee if I wanted to see another dentist for the same treatment — something that should already be covered. This kind of practice is not only unethical but reflects poorly on the entire dental profession. If you're going to profit from people, at least do it ethically — not by exploiting patients.

Negative experience: Was disappointed with the check up and cleaning service with Dr Mags Rafail. I visit dentist every year for check up and cleaning and this is my first time in my life being told a general cleaning will damage your dental health and refused to have a general cleaning for you. And the dentist suggested to have a $500 deep cleaning instead. I end up paying $85 for a check up and no cleaning was done which my main purpose of visit is actually for a general cleaning. Not recommended for people who aim for a general teeth cleaning.

Negative experience: They don't respect patient's time. They charge you for late cancellation but don't care if they are running behind and make patients wait forever. Made me wait 45 mins just to find that they messed up and need to reschedule my appointment to somewhere day. Not going back again. Please don’t ask me to call the office to speak to manager.

Negative experience: I went as there was pain in my wisdom tooth, after x rays DR AHMED said to extract, being a dental student myself he lacked communication skills, no explanation of the procedure risks etc literally nothing and was not friendly at all as a professional, he was very good at the procedure tho i did not feel a thing and extracted within 1-2 mins but terrible communication, did not try building rapport was very rushed

Negative experience: I had a appointment at 3:15pm for my daughter. I arrived about 10mins early and thought that would secure my spot. As it was my daughter first time to go to the dentist. But no it only extended it. There was 5 people waiting and they were all seen and left. More people came and were being seen, I thought it would not take that long. At 3:45pm I asked the reception how long it would take she said not long but I ll find out for you. She never let me know. I waited another 15mins, At 4pm I eneded up cancelling my daughter appointment and left. It's ridiculous to wait this long.I told reception I wouldn't come back really bad service. I don't know why they would hold kids up. I thought they would be more kid friendly. I wouldn't recommend families go there at all.

Negative experience: Husband had a bad experience got his tooth taken out with trauma to his cheek and gums called up for pain meds and wouldn’t give it over the phone had to come in and then the doctors handwriting wasn’t clear the chemist didn’t accept it The dental clinic offered to only redo the script by hand and we had to come back in again wouldn’t even send it via email or the phone back and forth for their mistake My husband was in pain for 2 weeks only got supply for one week Not a good experience Not satisfied at all
